Mobikwik — adding money to wallet is not added to the amount debit from card
On 23 january 2018 i added a money (Rs 400/=) to mobikwik wallet ([protected]) by credit card. But transaction is failed and payment is debited from my credit card
After few days on 12 feb 2018 i recognized that the money not added to my wallet & i registered a complaint (Ticket#7847687) on mobikwik help.
They replied that "unsuccessful, the transaction is failed if any amount debited from your wallet will be refunded in 2 days"
After 3 days they replied to submit bank pdf statement to verify the debit amount with credit cards first 6 digit number & last 4 digit number, it also mailed by me on 24 feb 2018, they only replied as the payment was successful

I am also added money and make transaction in wallet but this issue is not cleared still 50 days
