my account is blocked how to unblock.

Due three or more wrong entry of my pin/password my mobikwik wallet account is blocked. I am not able to unblock and transact. I am attempting to upload my documents but the wallet prompts service is not available now. Please help me and guide me how to again active my wallet.     I have been following for since last two weeks but they are not response anything.

    I have placed order from my mobikwik wallet to street style store. The amount has been deducted from that but there is no record for that order in my account in order history

      I used mobikwik wallet for paying my bill in bisbasket and in that transaction money got deducted from my account but not paid to merchant.
      I raised ticked no.7879001and 7876614 to customer supprot but their is no response from them.

        As a new user i was unaware of mobikwik's wallet working of their supercash format. But when i tried to redeem my cashback, i couldn't gain it. And still i cannot get it app's working stops as i try to redeem my supercash points during 7pm as shown by the app. Pls see to my complaint and take strict action against company.

        Sir, we have done wallet to wallet transfer for sum of rs. 5000 on 07.02.2018 vide invoice 564a15a1f92a4. Amount got debited from Wallet but not credited to another wallet. Complaint is lodged ticket no #7822294. Kindly reverse the amount back to my wallet at the earliest possibility. Thank u

          Dear sir / madam,

          Please be informed, i am shocked about fraud transactions from my sbi credit card ends with 5735. This happened at all of sudden on 14/01/18 in between 10.30 to 11.30am when i was at my rented house. I never disclose my ccv number or related information to any one even with my family member. There is a possibility, some one hacked either my phone or sbi data base or both.

          Transactions are like transfer to paytm account rs.3500/- this online transactions which required otp. I haven't receive any otp number for such transactions.

          When i checked with customer care centre of sbi at 11.30a. M, i learnt from customer care executive that some one has debited the amount from my card then they have raised a complaint agaist these frauds & issued a complaint number and on dt, 19/01/2018 i have filed a fir in my nearest police station saket (New delhi). My fir number. Is 37b and my case number is [protected] dt. 19.01.2018 please do find the attachments related to these transactions and fir registration proof. I believe you will help to trace the mobikwik account number and details of mobikwik account holder as early as possible.

          Again i requesting you to kindly help me for find out the culprit who debited the money from my card to his/her mobikwik wallet and refund the same. If you will not cooperate me i will take legal action.

          Please find the attached document for your reference.

              According to offer "pay across 3 categories & get 500 payback points!" i am eligible to get 500 payback points but, still, i haven't received the same. I have done the transaction with mobikwik at minimum one partner from each of any 3 categories as: food, shopping (Yatra: rs. 8, 034 on dec 09, 2017 at 4:17pm), entertainment (Bookmyshow: rs. 398.92 on dec 08, 2017 at 3:31pm) & nearby stores (Oyo: rs. 5, 733 on dec 03, 2017 at 11:19am and yatra: rs. 6, 289 on dec 02, 2016 9:17am and big bazaar: rs. 2, 990.26 on dec 16, 2017 at 3:01 pm). Its more than 3 months.

                There is no response from customer support, i think they dont have any team to resolve these issue. Ultimately the consumer have to face the problem.
                I dont think india will build a good digital payment platform until unless these fraud companies are existing.

                  I am a frequent mobikwi user, I mistakenly transfer 450 amount to another number, I contact with him but he doesn't use this app. I tried to contact with customer care but there is no toll free number however they have only help Window by chat and they are unable to contact me.
                  Please help me out.

                    Mobikwik has since dec., 2017, restricted to a very far extent the use of cashback which is against public policies. The company had not informed about these policicies before the earning of cashbacks that it would in future change the policies to be detriment to the customers-a policy strongly against public interest which no other company follows at all anytime-the promises things but does not abide by them - complained so many times but govt. Doesn't intervene in public interest-all the wallet and supercash should be refunded to customers bank accounts or as required by the customers - a good givt. Should urgently intervene and stop the company from following such unfair practices without further delay.

                      I have made a recharge of 449/- of my jio no [protected] through mobikwik but there is no recharge done only amount was deducted from my account.
                      It was written on the page that if recharge not done it will be credited back within an hour but after two days also neither i have received any amount nor recharge was done.
                      Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                        Mobikwik fraud people by their supercash. They give give option to convert their supercash at 7:00pm. But i tried 10 times daily at 7:00pm. With latest update but they give same error daily "something went wrong please try again" and after some time that show "all cards are exhausted try again tommarow".                             On 28th Jan Mobikwik debited Rs. 104 from my wallet leaving bal 0.
                            Transaction could be seen in transaction history of the app.
                            I complained with there customer support but they falsely claim that it was debited against wrong credit to my account! This is looting. There was no wrong credit to my account.
                            Mobikwik is looting.
                            Plz take action.

                              It is such a shame that my experience with mobikwik has been so bad. I added 17500 on mobikwik and now when i am trying to some amount to my bank, it has been declined continuously. I haven't been able to find any working helpline no, such a shame. I am a lawyer and i just want to sue mobikwik for being such pain in the stomach. They have been so many complaint regarding it i see but nobody seems to care at all.

                                    I am new i want to inform mobikwik that jio new series mobile numbers are not accepted by the mobikwik system always it shows invalid number also the company call numbers are worst and no responsive, they have ticket system which also not accepted the jio, new series which is 6xxxxxxxxx ten digit number,

                                    Immediately fix this error to signup for the account with that numbers of jio start with series 6xxxxxxxxx

                                    Yesterday I have transferred Rs 2100.00 to my wallet from my bank account but Rs 1100.00 comes in my wallet. Please check and correct it. Where is the balance amount of Rs 1000.00. I have transferred Rs.1000.00 to my customer Account No [protected] IFSC: CBIN0283555 but the amount has not been transferred
                                    yet. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
                                    I have lodged the complaint to Mobiquick but they have not taken any action till date Therefore I request to RBI Official to stop the transaction of this Company.
                                    Today a phone call received from Mobiquick Customer care Representative Mr. Deepak (Mobile No [protected]) at 6.30 AM. He was asking about my account number and CSV number of my card but I have not given such information to this fellow. I request you to please take necessary action against this man.
                                    I received a call today at 3.30 PM form mobile no [protected] and the person has not tell me his name he was asking me my card number and CSV number of my card Please stop this type of call otherwise I will lodge a complaint in police department and you will be responsible for the same.
