Mobikwik — Advertised that offer can be redeemed till 1 year every month if lumia 640 xl phone is purchased. All of sudden called off the offer

According to the advertisement, I have to buy lumia 640xl mobile phone befor nov 2015 and I can get 100% cash back evry month for 1 year from the date of purchase. I qualify every condition they mentioned. but now they say that they called off the offer. This is day light robbery, luring customers to fall for the offer and making them scape goats.
