Mobikwik — airtel postpaid payments not credited to merchant airtel | |||||
Hi I have paid airtel post paid payment through 4 transactions of rs450, 450, 440 and 500 = total rs1840 on 14th sep. To my surprise only the first transaction rs450 been credited to airtel but the remaining 3 not paid to them despite charged from my wallet in mobikwik. I raised ticket on 15th and the system says with in 3 days this will get resolved but nothing happened even after 5 days. Best regards Seshagiri meka [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
