Mobikwik — Airtel prepaid 3g mobile recharge 309 rs. recharge 1.3gb for 28 days as per mobikwik but service provider provide me 1.3gb for 21 days

I have recharged my Airtel no. by mobikwik app for 3g of 309 rs. As per mobikwik they have to provide me 1.3gb for 28 days But service provider provides me 1.3gb for 21 days, .This is wrong description provided by mobikwik, So please provide me actual balance according to mobikwik add ..
Please look into this problem & also try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
