I was going through my HDFC credit card EMI option where i found a transaction of 12500 INR on Mobikwik which has been converted on 6 months EMI option for a transaction on 29th jan 2016. I added 1000INR from my CUB account to Mobikwik account but the transaction failed and money wasn't added to my mobikwik account. I complained regarding this issue to mobikwik that the transaction failed but the amount of 1000INR was debited from my account and I didn't got the refund back. The balance of 1000INR was debited from my bank account but till date it's not refunded back. I added money in the month of February 2016 and it's April 2016. I don't know it's bank database problem or mobikwik but I want my money back.

    I have recharged my Airtel no. by mobikwik app for 3g of 309 rs. As per mobikwik they have to provide me 1.3gb for 28 days But service provider provides me 1.3gb for 21 days, .This is wrong description provided by mobikwik, So please provide me actual balance according to mobikwik add ..

    On dated 21.04.2016 @ 1.15pm rs 948 debited from citi bank credit card but not recharged d2h or not added my money on my wallet.

    Need my money urgently on my wallet.

    I tried many times to contact customer care numbers but its hopeless, no number answered, , , , hours and hours hold receiver...

    Customer care numbers mentioned on internet are not correct, need to update and required good service.

        The amount 240/- got deducted from my bank account but it was not reflecting in my wallet. The issue is happen on 13th jan 2016. I have contacted customer support for minimum 4 times. I got 2 complaint number on this 4206170 and 4653828 ( raised by mobikwik team) . On this complaint as they as asked i have sent my bank account statement 2 times. This is the worst experience i ever received from a recharge websites. Their customer contact number is not atoll free number also. I have spend more than 2 hours calling them. This is the normal automated replies that i'm getting from their team.

          Hi. I have purchased Lumia 535 for getting cashback from mobikwik and now using Mobikwik on my Lumia 535 and doing recharge for 300rs using coupon code LUM300. Every time i use it, and coupon code applies successfully, The change code in December & January.but this time, its showing "Invalid coupon " Then they said that they rights to change the policy know their policy has change but before purchase of the they mention this type of policy us. In policy the mention the offer is valid till 15 November 2016. then how can they change policy in between Can you please help me out? but as per offer they was suppose to give cash back up to December 2016 or min. 12 months.

                My amount of 8, 000/- got blocked in the account.
                As requested by you, i've already submitted my documents, few months earlier itself. But you couldn't keep-up ur promise of re-opening my account.

                My intention is to continue this account, with all the benefits/offers provided by you.

                    I have Rs.128 in my mobikwik wallet. Whenever I try to use that amount it goes for OTP. After a while it says alternate number & primary number should not be same. Its more than 20 days. I complained 14 to 15 times. But they are not unblocking my account

                      I have recharged my no. [protected] (Telenor) with mobikwik on 11.04.16 at 18:55hrs for rs. 518. According to mobikwik site as well as telenor site i should get talktime of rs. 628/- but i got only rs. 452/-.
                      I raised the issue with mobikwik vide ticket no. 4775544 abd asked them to add further rs. 176/- as talktime on my telenor no. [protected].
                      They denied to help and asked us to contact telenor team for further support.
                      Then i raised a complaint on telenor for the same but even after continous effort and communication with them they are denying to add rs. 176/- extra on [protected] which was not added at the time of recharge.

                      I request this forum to kindly intervene in the matter and ask telenor and mobikwik to add rs. 176/- on [protected] and provide me compensation for all the difficulty i had to face since last 9 days.

                        Payment of inr 810 was completed on 18/4/2016 towards dist tv recharge.
                        But dish tv never received the payment till now, already more than 15 hrs spent and still counting.

                        I lodged complaint ticket which is not responded.
                        I also tried calling their customer care number -

                        I was kept on hold for a mind blowing 29 mins today morning waiting for a agent to answer which never hapenned and eventually they disconnected the call.

                        Seems like "one mobikwik systems private limited" is turning into a big money laundering business.

                        I don't know how i will get my money back, but its a good lesson learned for future.

                        Comsumers be-ware!!!

                        Mobikwik — Fake promise

                        I had brought a microsoft lumia 535 because of the offer given by mobikwik, that is using the promo code lum300, i will be given rs.600 wallet balance for the amount of 300. But now the promo code has changed without any information and i dont understand why this fake promise.

                          Money debited from bank but mobikwik showing as transaction failed,
                          On 17th March when I was adding money to my mobkwik wallet, I received the error message as "Transaction failed", but my money got deducted from my bank account.

                          While I was trying to email the Mobikwik support team about this issue the application was not allowing me to raise a ticket.
                          I somehow managed to create a ticket by using my web browser, till today I have not even received the confirmation email that they have received my grievance request.
                          I am fed up of this, this company has done a similar thing with a friend of mine.

                            I tried to add rs. 800 from my icici bank account to my mobikwik wallet on 16/04/2016. Rs. 800 was debited from my bank account but not added in my mobikwik wallet. I made a complaint to mobikwik vide ticket/complaint no. #4798914 and #4800974 but i did not get any response from mobikwik. I called so many tim es customer care of mobikwik but no one is picking my phone.

                                I have made a payment of INR 1190 from mobikwik for my airtel postpaid recharge. I have made a payment in three instalment (500, 500, 190).

                                But the airtel team is saying that they have received only 690 rs, rest 500 they haven't received. Therefore, I reached to customer care of mobikwik and they promised that they will resolve my problem with in 48 hours. I launched a complaint on 11 april and they responded on april 12th.

                                From 12th of april my issue is not resolved and I am facing severe issue with my phone. I tried to contact them again but they havent responded till now.

                                I want to launch a complaint against them and want to let them know about there carelessness which led to severe loss of mental peace and economical loss of business.

                                I am also attaching the confirmed invoices which they have sent to me along with this complaint as a proof of this case. In Addition to that, I am also attaching the screenshot of complaint where they have promised to resolve my issue in 48 hours.

                                Furthermore, I am also attaching the airtel mail where they are stating that they havent received ant mail.

                                Please look into this issue and give me proper justice.

                                I paid 2513 from my credit card to Mobikwik on 25 feb 2016. The money didn't get credit into my account. I raised several tickets with mobikwik customer support but they are not responding. I contacted my credit card bank, and they have confirmed the money was paid to mobikwik.

                                  Late replies to queries
                                  Terms and conditions are never clear, too many complexities
                                  Most of the time the clear terms are not mentioned straight away.
                                  There are too many hidden conditions
                                  This is a regular problem with mobikwik.

                                  Personalised text messages and notifications are sent and then they claim them not to be applicable on your account.

                                  Why send personalised text messages if not apllicable.

                                  Kindly look into the same.
