Payment of inr 810 was completed on 18/4/2016 towards dist tv recharge.
But dish tv never received the payment till now, already more than 15 hrs spent and still counting.

I lodged complaint ticket which is not responded.
I also tried calling their customer care number -

[protected]

I was kept on hold for a mind blowing 29 mins today morning waiting for a agent to answer which never hapenned and eventually they disconnected the call.

Seems like "one mobikwik systems private limited" is turning into a big money laundering business.

I don't know how i will get my money back, but its a good lesson learned for future.

Mobikwik — Fake promise

I had brought a microsoft lumia 535 because of the offer given by mobikwik, that is using the promo code lum300, i will be given rs.600 wallet balance for the amount of 300. But now the promo code has changed without any information and i dont understand why this fake promise.

    Money debited from bank but mobikwik showing as transaction failed,
    On 17th March when I was adding money to my mobkwik wallet, I received the error message as "Transaction failed", but my money got deducted from my bank account.

    While I was trying to email the Mobikwik support team about this issue the application was not allowing me to raise a ticket.
    I somehow managed to create a ticket by using my web browser, till today I have not even received the confirmation email that they have received my grievance request.
    I am fed up of this, this company has done a similar thing with a friend of mine.

      I tried to add rs. 800 from my icici bank account to my mobikwik wallet on 16/04/2016. Rs. 800 was debited from my bank account but not added in my mobikwik wallet. I made a complaint to mobikwik vide ticket/complaint no. #4798914 and #4800974 but i did not get any response from mobikwik. I called so many tim es customer care of mobikwik but no one is picking my phone.

        On 15 April 2016 i made a complaint to change the use id in Mobikwik use register contact number and Some one called me and he his asking for my details and i had not provide the full detail he had done 13900rs translation through the my debit cards. it an worst application i not going to use this application any more and i made a complaint on my bank regarding this.

          I have made a payment of INR 1190 from mobikwik for my airtel postpaid recharge. I have made a payment in three instalment (500, 500, 190).

          But the airtel team is saying that they have received only 690 rs, rest 500 they haven't received. Therefore, I reached to customer care of mobikwik and they promised that they will resolve my problem with in 48 hours. I launched a complaint on 11 april and they responded on april 12th.

          From 12th of april my issue is not resolved and I am facing severe issue with my phone. I tried to contact them again but they havent responded till now.

          I want to launch a complaint against them and want to let them know about there carelessness which led to severe loss of mental peace and economical loss of business.

          I am also attaching the confirmed invoices which they have sent to me along with this complaint as a proof of this case. In Addition to that, I am also attaching the screenshot of complaint where they have promised to resolve my issue in 48 hours.

          Furthermore, I am also attaching the airtel mail where they are stating that they havent received ant mail.

          Please look into this issue and give me proper justice.

          I paid 2513 from my credit card to Mobikwik on 25 feb 2016. The money didn't get credit into my account. I raised several tickets with mobikwik customer support but they are not responding. I contacted my credit card bank, and they have confirmed the money was paid to mobikwik.

            Terms and conditions are never clear, too many complexities
            Most of the time the clear terms are not mentioned straight away.
            There are too many hidden conditions
            This is a regular problem with mobikwik.

            Personalised text messages and notifications are sent and then they claim them not to be applicable on your account.

            Why send personalised text messages if not apllicable.

            Kindly look into the same.

                I got my and my mother's mobikwik wallet account (total 3) blocked one day for no reason though I was using different phone numbers as well as different cell phones for those 3 different accounts. It was necessary as 3 family members were using 3 different accounts.

                When I called customer, the executive stated the reason that it could be because o[censored]sing same bank account for adding money to those 3 different accounts. Now that was epic. One would have to make a bank account to transact through mobikwik? Then what shall be the use of online wallets provided by them?

                Still, I accepted it and assured to not touse same bank account for further transactions. For resolution of my complaint, customer care asked for the copy of bank account statements which were lastly used for transactions and it was stated to revert it on [protected]@mobikwik.com with complaint id. I did the same thing on the same day.

                Today it has been more than 10 days and there is no revert from mobikwik customer care. As my accounts are blocked, I could not reopen the complaints stated resolved by them. Because it asks for login credentials once i click to reopen the complaints.

                Plus there are 2 customer care numbers stated on their websites :[protected] and[protected]. These are unanswered no matter whenever I call either in the morning or noon or evening or night.

                I am helpless now. I have my money and refunds from different websites, which are stuck into these wallets. I just need my money back. I do not want to use mobikwik anymore, but I just want my stuck money used anywhere just once from mobikwik wallets. Mobikwik has no right to keep my money in their wallet and giving no access to those wallets.

                Most third class website, mobile application, wallet and most third class customer service have been maintained by mobikwik. If they cannot handle pressure, they could not have expanded these much.

                I have stated all 3 my mobikwik acount details i.e. email id and phone numbers.

It has been more than 10 days and my complaints are then unanswered.

                Today I try to make payment to myntra through mobikwik wallet via internet banking after completing OTP the transaction processing for long time and failed. But the amount is deducted from my account.. Cheating...

                  I made a transaction against Book My Show for RS. 397, the amount got deducted though the transaction was unsuccessful. I received a msg from Book my show stating that the amt was not claimed by them and so the amt will be remburssed by original transaction mode.
                  I received a call from mobiwik after raising a complaint and the guy was asking about my debit card detail which I refused to share and ask him to mark a official mail in case they need my AC details. At the time of making this payment the mobiwik page was by the fault open in my ph but after the transaction I closed the same and now I don't remember which mail id is Registered with mobiwik. My no is showing as registered but I'm not able to change my password through "forgot password" option.
                  Please assist ASAP.

                        It was offer from mobikwik that on purchase of certain lumia handsets, rs 300 cashback will be given every month for 1 year using code : lum300.
                        I purchased handset in september, and was able to redeem cashback.
                        But after 4-5 months, it showed that coupon code is invalid.
                        I talked to customer care of mobikwik, and i was given reply that mobikwik can terminate its offer anytime without informing customers.
                        I purchased the handset only because of this offer.
                        Kindly look into the matter

                          Sir, i have buyied my phone microsoft lumia 535 in month of september when i buyied my phone from mobility world galleria market, gurgaon the shopkeper told me that you will get rs 300 per month from mobikwik account and this is valid for 12 months . I got rs. 300 for 5 months and after that i am not getting my money when i enter my mobikwik promo code they said that this coupon is no longer valid for you . After that i call mobikwik costomer care centre they never pick my phone . Also i have called up the mobility world shopkeper there they told me that the problem is facing by many users you can wait for some time sir i m waiting for almost 2 months and no response was given by them .

                            I requested to transfer 8700 rupess from mobiwik wallet to my bank account numer on 28 .March 2016. They have given a ticket number 4681730. They said that refund will be done in 3 to 15 working days.
                            Still now the money was not refunded.
                            Today i have called the customer care and enquired about the ticket status.
                            They said that refund is not initiated. They will start the process now again and given another ticket number.
                            They are not responding properly.

                              On april 10th 2016, my mobikwik wallet has been looted and an amount of 5200.00 is missing in my account. My home town is in kerala, india and my current mobile number has changed to someone in madhyapradesh, india . How come it possible to misuse an account which showing the security system of mobikwik is the worst i have ever seen. On what account how somene can fund money in their system. There is no guarantee that it will be safe . They do not have responsibility towards the customer. I have asked for a refund &they are responding that they are not liable to customers for the misuse of the account. Atleast kindly make an enquiry on this and to provide a report. Hope you will take some action on this matter.

                                  Dear sir, my mobikwik wallet is disabled. i am not able to login to my account. there are 3300 Rs in my wallet please activate my mobikwik wallet.
                                  I transferred Rs 183 from my bank account to the wallet twice but it credited the wallet only once. But my bank (BOI) charged me twice with the amount.
                                  I tried contacting the customer care but nobody is answering. Also no response received from their email.

                                    I paid rs.250/- only from axis bank through net banking to add to my mobikwik wallet to-day. But it was not added for which i failed to make some important transactions. My user id is [protected]@yahoo.com and the amount paid is deducted from my axis bank a/c vide no. Inb/[protected]/zaakepayment services pvt.

                                    Request to look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount to my bank a/c early.

                                      I recharge dth of rs.1500 and coupon code dth1000 apply successfully. As per coupon rs.130 cashback.

                                      But company, despite successfully apply coupon deny to give me cashback and says u r not selected user. No any msg at time of coupon entered show to me.
