Hi While purchasing amazon pay gift card through mobikwik, amount got debited but gift card not received and refund was also not received. Order id:59ffed3fbacd7. Screen prints of amount debited and gift card not received attached. There's is no response to my ticket id 14050268 raised via mobikwik help menu.
