Mobikwik — amex mobikwik fraud transactions for cc - 3798 [protected]

There was a fraudulent transaction done by amex card : 3798 [protected] request to mark this transaction as fraud and already raised complaint in cyber security bangalore police. Also communicated to the bank and asked for dispute. As the otp was not entered by me (Card holder - nandan kumar) and somehow hacked in between and the card is now blocked. Please provide the details of type of transaction. Already tried communicating with mobikwik to flag this transaction but not able to connect with the customer care.
