Mobikwik — amount debited but phone not recharged | |||
Hello sir. On 12 of march i recharged my idea number with 479 rupee . I got message that recharge is pending but after some time i got a mail that recharge was successful but my idea number was not recharged.my transaction ref id number is WAL[protected].i called many times to mobikwik customer number but its fake it never connect. I compained in mobikwik aap in help section their they says your problem is resolved but still i have not got my money .. Plz help me out..its my humble request.. Was this information helpful? | |||
