[Resolved] Mobikwik — Amount debited from bank account but not credited to Mobikwik Wallet | |||
Hi, I have transferred Rs. 5200 to my Mobikwik Wallet to use it for shopping on eBay... The amount was debited from my account, but Mobikwik.com said that the transaction has failed. I created a support ticket with TICKET #752267 right away and soon received a mail from Mobikwik (which specified the Transaction Id as [protected]) saying that they have temporarily blocked the amount and need my id proof scan copy to release my money.. I have already sent across my id proof, but they haven't credited the amount to my wallet till now. Also a few days ago Rs. 5.1 was debited from my wallet for an unsuccessful transaction to eBay (Order # [protected]) and I have already raised a support ticket with Ticket # 748606 for this. This also has not been resolved till date. Please look into this and resolve both the issues ASAP. Thank you... Was this information helpful? | |||

My complaint for Rs 5.1 is still pending; however one which mattered the most i.e of Rs 5200 has been resolved on 31-May-2014 (to my surprise in just 3 days) and I have already utilized all my money. Thanks for getting this next to impossible task done in such short time :). Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
