    dear sir, Please check out after doing recharge the payment deducted from mobiwik wallet and got the below message hi, your recharge TRX- ID [protected] for rs 156.0 is pending if you do not get the recharge today the amount will be refunded to your wallet automatically ... 4 days has been passed i have still not recv the amount or not even the recharge ... each and every day i complain i get ticket no ... below are the 4 ticket no 1. 714077 2. 716566 3. 720681 4. 724849 kindly do the needful and solve the issue ... please i dont want recharge now please refund my 156rs to mobiwik wallet ...             My mobiwik registered mobile number [protected].on 12midnight I have recharged on two airtel number with 1gb 3G rs.255.but it was successful.i have confirmed it with airtel they informed me that it was not successfull.i m continuously calling on mobiwik customer care but there is no response from them.the number is always busy.i have raised three tickets for my issue but there is no response.i kindly request mobiwik toh refund my rs.510/-.please refund it ASAP.

                I have tried to recharge airtel digital tv for RS 220. At first trial the amount was debited and recharge was failed. I tried for the second time for RS 220 again then the amount was debited, and it was shown that recharge was successful. But the airtel services are saying that that they havent got any recharge for that id. And the helpline number is like just for cutting our balance as it goes on playing music and no one answers. Is it a fraud to earn money from customer calls??? Help section is also a waste of time on your website.Ticket generated for help is never processed. Process it sooner so that there will be no need for further complaints to higher authorities. ID: [protected] Date: 18/05/2014

                    I (shabana shaikh) added 2000 (two thousand rupees) in my mobikwik wallet to pay my electricity bill and after the transaction I received a mail on friday (16th May) that the amount was refunded to my wallet again (transaction id: [protected]) so now I want the money refunded back to my bank account so please help me out in this and tell me what the procedure is and how much time will it take. it will be a great help thanks..

                            I try to recharge my mobile for Rs.197. The amount was successfully debited from my account but recharge was not successfully done. I tried to call them through customer care number but there is no use, also I sent a complaint to their mail and create two tickets. Everything waste bcoz they never solve my problem.

                              Hi, Your recharge TRX-ID [protected] for Rs 199.0 is pending. If you do not get the recharge today the amount will be refunded to your Wallet automatically.

                              No recharge done for 2gb data plan for Idea number [protected].
                              As promised they didnt even refund The money.Only the amount was deducted successfully.

                              So I just want to ask MOBIKWIK WHERE IS MY MONEY?
