Fake recharges

Dear friends never do any recharge on mobikwik as this is bogus fake company
I have done recharge and amount got deducted from my account but my mobile no did not get any recharge amount. This is india here fake companies also survives shame on you

Even after 7 days, bill not paid, no response to any ticket raised

I am absolutely not liking mobikwik. For everything i have to raise tickets, which is not responded for weeks until i raise it again on fb Ticket number 593857, 601172, 603351, 606330 pending for past 7 days. Airtel Bill paid for Rs.225 not credited even after 7 days. They absolutely do not respond to the ticket raised. No other means of communicating your problem....

i have done transaction wide ref no. Account blocked without any explanation

I am fed up of trying to contact them since nobody in customer service answers the phone(it hangs up every 2 minutes, claiming all reps are busy and advises to file a ticket). My password doesnt seem to work and the only method to reset that is by generating an OTP (one time password) which gets sent to the primary mobile numer. NOW, if the otp doesnt ever reach my mobile how the hell am i going to reset my password or access my account....
