Mobikwik — amount debited in my bank acount but mobile bill not paid

I have sent mail on 16-Sep-2014 regarding my vodafone mobile bill payment Still you people not taken any action in this below mail this is the
service we expect with your web.


Dear sir/Madam I have done bill payment for Vodafone post paid mobile no. [protected] for 350.00 INR on Mon 9/8/2014 1:08 PM bill paid successfully and bill amount has been debited from my bank account but still the amount is not credited in mobile account so please you are requested to reverse the same amount in my bank account or pay the amount of 330 INR to my mobile account
