i have done bill payment for mobile no [protected] for 330 inr on 11.09.2014 at 17.27.02 pm transaction was not sucessful and bill amount hasbeen debited from my bank account but still the amount is not credited in mobile account

so please you are requested to reverse the same amount in my bank account or pay the amount of 330 INR to my mobile account

      Refundable amount didn't credited in my wallet after mobikwik confirmation mail. Amount Rs. 223.2 Transaction ID MMBK[protected] mail Date 09.09.2014. Secondly, My wallet debited with Rs. 682.2 to ebay. Dated 09.09.2014, I never place any order in this amount and in this date. I have not received any transaction mail and SMS of this transaction. I have already complain to mobikwik help line but they are saying "system not showing information regarding boboth of transactions. Please look into the matter and credit both of payment in my mobikwik wallet. I am sending image of mail and my wallet transaction history.                         Dear Sir,

                        Just now I have received a call calimed from MOBIKWIK.COM.Phone No. [protected]

                        I requested them to reactivate my account as soon as possible. Who agreed to do so but I have to reveal my ATM Cum Debit Card Details
                        Upon his request I provided him my CARD No. 4505XXXXXXXXXXX
                        Have informed him EXPIRY Date Also 11/2018
                        CVV No. XXX

                        But that person cunningly & indirectly asking for my ATM PIN no also...
                        But as per RBI & Bank Guidelines I did not disclose my PIN to that person.
                        Now question stands here ... Will I have to disclose card details to the MOBIKWIK to just activate my account ??? OR otherwise they will keep my account blocked ?

                        I request MOBIKWIK to please activate my account at the earliest & I am not going to disclose my CARD details any more.

                        The Copy of the COMPLAIN is also being forwarded to RBI for their information.

                            I couldn't able to access my mobikwik account for more than 2week, my registered mobikwik mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com and my primary phone number is [protected]. I have already complaint against the same to mobikwik via email ([protected]@mobikwik.com and to [protected]@mobikwik.com) and also raised a ticket (No. 1221616). But they are not replying at all. My mobikwik wallet contain around 110 INR. When I tried to access my account by android app, it's showing error message as "Your wallet is blocked and your account has been found suspicious". In desktop there is no error showing but I couldn't able to logged in. I tried to change the password too. But it's also not working. Please resolve my issue.

                            I am not able to access my Mobikwik account/wallet through desktop/mobile App as every time i try to login it gives error as " Wallet locked". I have already raised several complain tickets for this issue but there was no response at all.

                            I'm using mobikwik for the past one month. I have done lot of recharges and booked tickets using mobikwik. But unfortunately my wallet has been locked. I can't login to my account. I have sent a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com and also submitted a ticket. But still I haven't received any reply regarding that.

                              This is very wrong, didn't get recharge and this company cut the rupees, and also didn't get any mails that recharge got done...These are my details..I want my money back otherwise files the complaint against this company...You can see the photo attached as a photo proof.                                 Tried many attempts to pay BSES rajdhani bill of Rs 10000 by mobikwik.com but no luck everytime it says "Sorry! Recharge/Bill Payment Failed, Please Re-Try" and mobikwik added amount in wallet from my credit card but not crediting in BSES account because of above error. I tried to reach mobikwik.com by 3 incident tickets mentioned in subject but did received good response. Executives are resolving tickets without any information and communication and the amount still in my mobikwik wallet. I am expecting this Rs 10, 000 refund as am unable to make BSES rajdhani payment from mobikwik.com portal Regards, Manoj

The founder of MOBIKWIK MR BIPIN SINGH is a big time scammer.I think by now you must have understood he is claiming to be the best in all social sites doing his best to cheat people doing all kind of fake proclaim. He has learn all through his life is scam.

                                        my mobikwik log in id is pooja.[protected]@gmail.com and primary no is [protected]. my mobikwik account is looked. i have mail many time at [protected]@mobikwik.com but there is no response given by his side.i have also submitted complain in mobikwik help option my ticket no is 1163670, 1131268 created in[protected].but my problem is not solving yet. i have Rs.2095 in my mobikwik wallet but there is no response of your side from[protected]. so please reactivate my mobkwik wallet immediately.
