On 11september 2014, at 7:00 am...i was added money from my bank account to my mobikwik wallet...my 200 rupees was debited from my bank account bt i did'nt get it in my wallet..it shows that"your money is safe with us..i want my money back to my bank account...thatsit..

          i am a first time use mobikwik for recharge my airtel no. [protected] then i was select amount 440rs full talk time and proceed to payment with my credit card and then i will enter otp code and proceed to pay their after i will received a sms statement of my credit card is payment of rs440 is successful but this site shows recharge failed and i didnot recived any txn id so i need to refund my 440 amount back

            This is to inform u that we have recharge([protected]) 50 rupees from your mobile application.the amount was cut from my MobiKwik wallat but we did not get any recharge.the amount was gone.pl do needful.Transaction ID[protected]. i need to refund my 50 amount back...
            I have a 250 valet balance in app. i recharged prepaid bsnl recharge amount 150 to my number [protected].
            But it was not happened and also wallet balance is deducted. recharge not happened.

            And another 100Rs recharged to [protected], but that mobile is not having this mobiwiki feature, it is 1000 rs Samsung mobile, this recharge is also not happened.

            Finally my Wallet balance is '0'. So what could i do? can i have my balanc eback to my wallet or what can i do.

                  I was done the payment of my IDEA (Mobile number :- [protected]) Postpaid Mobile through Mobikwik.com on 30-Dec-2014, but the same still not received by IDEA and it is not showing in my account.

                  my point is, what is services by the mobikwik.

                  Request you please close this issue on urgent basis.

                  sir, I recharged Rs 90 on mobike no [protected] on 14/01/2015 and 24/01/2015 each time .The balance is deducted from my bank account but recharge is not done so i lost Rs180. I do not get recharged amount on my mobile no. i recharged from mobikwik account.

                    Respected, I have recharge for my Airtel no:[protected], from Indian bank on 9/22/2014 at 9.32.35 A.M, for SMS booster of 92 and payment has been made and amount also has been deducted from my account but still I didn't get any recharge i already sent an mail to customer support also but no response ..pls try to get me my money or else if can't please block this such fake website really ...[censored] experience ever had in mobile recharge.. a very strict action to be taken against them.

                            Sir/Madam, I am very upset & dissatisfied with MOBIKWIK services..It Always use to harrass customers.. I have made an online recharge for my Videocon D2h through Mobikwik by online payment on 12th sep...Also the company gave me a message on my mobile that the recharge was done successfull..(Order No.- [protected]) But when I made contact with Videocon D2H with reference to recharge(Consumer id[protected].. They told me that problem is with mobikwik(The company have not paid the amount to videocon & thats y our account is not recharged).. Then the biggest problem I faced that there is no consumer contact no. for Mobikwik users so the users can contact the company... I mailed the problem to the comany by making a complaint ticket No.1194383 (which the comapny closed & told that it was the problem of videocon)...
