Mobikwik — Amount deducted and transaction failed but didn't get the amount back

I am mayur belekar,

I have recharges my mobikwik wallet with 3000 rs. And then i did the payment of rs 2700 for irctc transaction,.

The amount got deducted and the transaction failed, the amount deducted recorded is not appearing in the transaction history,

Image attached with this is showing, added 3000 rs but the wallet balance is just 34.

Please take the proper action.
