When bought hp lap during diwali, they gave an offer "hp amazing diwali offer". One of the products include "rs. 2100 cashback from mobikwik for six months" - in which the user adds money to mobikwik account rs. 350 while using promotional code, then mobikwik adds rs. 350, to a total of rs. 700 for each month. The offer is valid for six months from dec. 2015 to may 2015.
After 3 usage, that is after month of feb. I can't able to use the offer, for the month of march.

When i contacted them, they replied that the offer is terminated, without any reason or prior notice. I paid rs. 999, for this amount and promised, cashback for 6 months. But they suddenly after 3 months cancelled the offer.
I want offer amount rs. 1050, to be refunded, either by mobikwik or hp redemption cell. I also request for proper reason for the cancellation of the offer.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Mobikwik has given an offer of RS.2100 wallet money on purchase of HP laptops. Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350. MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700. This scheme is from Dec 2015 to May 2016.

    I was able to redeem the promo code in the month of Dec 2015 and Jan 2016, Feb 2016.I am not able to redeem it in the month of Mar 2016 as it shows Promo Code is no longer valid. This is not the first instance of Mobikwik cheating customers in the garb of terms and conditions. It has been a part in many such frivolous complaints in the past as well. Please ensure speedy settlement of the issue and take appropriate actions against the company.

      I recharged last month 199 rs ( 4g plan)rupees for my airtel number [protected] .I didn;t get any recharge . No body responded properly very bad service.i am very disappointed Please take action. I send sever email to mobikwik to regarding this issue but still no response. I called them several times .       i have booked two tickets in irctc.co.in and cancelled one passenger ticket from both the tickets but still i have not received the refunded money from irctc cancellation in my mobikwik account.

          Transaction number :[protected]. Amount of Rs 153.85 deducted from my wallet but the order at Bueno failed because of technical error and hence my order could not be processed. It has been 10 days now that I have been waiting for my money still I have not got it. I called the Mobikwik customer care at least 4 times till now. Firstly, they take a very very long time to connect to the representative and their representatives are not giving any satisfactory answers to my queries. They keep on telling me that I will get my money in 1 or 2 days but its has been 10 days and still there is no refund from their side. Please help me get my money back.

              I recharged to my mobile number through mobikwik website from my account.After i click pay submit button confirmation there one message displayed your request will proceed.
              Already 16 hours over but till i did not get any recharge amount from this mobikwik website. I saw recharge history also from my account there deducting amount and my mobile number.But till i did not get my recharge amount.
              This is not first time before one month back it occured .
              please refund my rechage amount.

              Anyway, I came across this new app called Bill Bachao that I installed a couple of weeks ago. This app has many smart feature. In one of the features the app shows us all the available plans of each operator, we can select the one we like best and save it for later use. It also tracks our internet usage, calls and messages. Based on the usage summary, the app will suggest us three best plans that are more suitable for us than other plans. It will also show us how much we save on each plan. Besides this, the summary it sends of our internet usage, calls and messages and app wise data consumed helps us reflect on our bill and analyze in which area we can curtail our usage.                     Greetings,

                    I tried to book bus tickets on 30/04/2016 (around 5:40 PM) through MMKTRAVELS.in for Puducherry to Bangalore travel date on 16/05/2016.

                    I selected payment gateway as mobikiwi wallet and used YesBank netbanking for the payment of Rs 1423.10.

                    In between transaction failed and money got deducted from the account.

                    Kindly look into this issue ASAP. It has been more than a week I m waiting for the reversal.

                    Note:- I booked same tickets by initiating another transaction using hdfc credit card.

                        I have done a payment of 494 RS on 8th May. And it wqas 20% cashback on Big basket if we pay through mobikwik, but I have not got my money till now.

                          I booked tickets for 24 movie at 2.30 and paid it through mobikwik but it turns out that i didn't get the tickets and our money is gone .when i complained to the customer care at 2.45 they asked for 2 hours time.our show was at 6.30 and i was calling him from 6 and he didn't not respond ..now we want our money back ..this very reckless not responding to our complaint and offering good service .this can't be tolerated .we missed our movie and lost money ..they better pay us back.

                                On 21st april 2016 while i was trying to purchase some grocerry from ask me grocery rs.1365 deducted from my mobikwick wallet but not transferred to the merchat at 11:20 pm. Trying several mails to their customer care, even when we call to their customer care no. S call picked up automatically and price for the call started and keep on hold for 20-30 minutes thus deducetd 100s of rs. While trying customer care. I thing this is a fraud wallet and must be closed as soon as possible.
                                Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Money debited Rs.300 from my HDFC Bank, please refund my amount.

                                  Sir/mam,

                                  I had already raised a ticket on mobikwik site. Ticket no. #4863383 and #4882422.
                                  Complaint is :
                                  I made a puchase on ruplee app for rs.1000/- and as per their offer if you pay through mobikwik wallet you will get 15% cashback upto rs.1000/-, so i made by mobikwik the transaction date is 30th april and as per terms the cashback is to be credited within 24hrs.
                                  Also the matters was brought by me in front of mobikwik in above said tickets on 30th april and on 3rd may 2016. But no reply from them and tickets are still in progress. This is kind of cheating with customers by mobikwik and ruplee both.

                                    Its been 10 days to resolve my problem . Mobikwik deducted money from my wallet but not talking about refund.

                                    Mobikwik and Mebelkart both are doing fraud with customer.
                                    Mobikwik deducted money from wallet and not paying to mebelkart.Or mebelkart lying . I dont know.

                                    When I contacted to mobikwik they are not responding properly.
                                    users are advised not to rely on Mobikwik services.

                                        Hi Mobikwik,
                                        This is regarding the Recharge of Below Aircel no. I recharged from the mobikwik site. According to information on Mobikwik site i should get following plan. For Rs449, Rs 349 TT + 3 GB 3G/2G Data + 399 Local & STD SMS. Data & SMS Validity 60Days.

                                        This was clearly mentioned in Your Site. When i checked aircel site, they mentioned it as Website only offer and I didnot get any offer except "Free Local calls for 18 days" which is not the offer i want.

                                        It is a mistake from your Side to Mention their Web only offer in Your Website and Misleading me to recharge. I request you to refund my money to my account as i essentially got nothing for the Recharge of 449Rs i did. Following are the details of the transaction.
