I have created a new mobiwik account and added 4000rs from my bank account for booking a flight ticket...while booking it showed me that User is blocked...i have my money in that wallet and u blocked that account as it is o[censored]r money...this is not the right way..i need my money back..or else this issue will be raised to police level and press level...this is not the way you treat ur users

Dear Mobikwik,
I had made payment of INR 558.41 to foodpanda on 7th May 2016 using mobikwik wallet. After the payment process the transaction cancelled, the money was debited from my bank account and the order on foodpanda was also not placed. My registered mobile number with mobikwik wallet is [protected] trough which i use to login during payment through foodpanda. I have been trying their customer support number but no one is responding. I have already generated ticket on their website but no response.

Itried to recharge my mobile through mobikwik on[protected], 2 times & on[protected], one time of rs.148 but mobile not recharged & money deducted all the 3 times from my pnb account. Still neither refunded in my account nor in my wallet of mobikwik. We understand that your money got deducted thrice but recharge has not been done.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

We checked and found that your payment was unsuccessful as mobikwik did not get an update from your bank for this transaction.

As a standard bank policy, the amount automatically gets credited back to the same account within 3-15 working days from the date of transaction.

This may vary from bank to bank as per their guidelines, which is beyond our control.

Please contact your bank for further information.

I contacted our bank, he said that money has been transferred from bank & update from bank has been sent for all the above three sucessfull transactions. So please refund money of all the three transactions immediately otherwise we will have to go through legal action.

Dear mobikwik, on 16/05/16 at about 19:57 hrs, rs.590 has been debit from my sbi bank account namely jubin kumar in the account of pos 89050028 at www.mobikwik.com txn# 226151. But money was not received in wallet. So please look and take necessary action on the matter. Hoping for excellent support from your side and making me satisfactory constumer of yours.

To start with, this is the most pathetic app for recharging the mobile phone. I've been trying to recharge my phone from past 2 days and all I'm getting are stupid and lame excuses as to why recharge is not getting done (Images attached for your reference). I've tried every possible number given on the Internet and the responses I'm getting is that the number either doesn't exist or its busy attending other customers (two conclusions can be drawn from it: either your app is so pathetic that number of tickets are extremely high or its just a caller tune and nobody is actually trying to resolve the issue). I want this to be resolved. And I want this to happen real quick.

A transaction of rs3159.04 was made using mobile number [protected](primary number) and otp at Myntra using Mobikwik wallet on 7 may..no transaction e-mail received..nor any transaction history in Mobikwik wallet...then the product was cancelled at Myntra for refund.. Refund processed but not received in wallet..where is my Money..what kind of service is this... Complaint was raised and is in progress since 8 days

I have recharges my mobikwik wallet with 3000 rs. And then i did the payment of rs 2700 for irctc transaction,.

The amount got deducted and the transaction failed, the amount deducted recorded is not appearing in the transaction history,

I transferred 1000 rupees for bank account and it showed transaction failed .even though it cut the money and neither transaction was processed. Why do you need to cut when I typed a wrong digit which made the account number invalid . another 500 was cut and the beneficiary hasn't received it . Refund My Money As Soon As Possible. Money doesn't grow over tree, its hard earned money.
I request you to Sincerely look up to the matter...

Mobikwik never refund money to our account and if we call them for complaint they don't attend the call for hours and this way the complete balance of the phone vanishes. Really suffered a lot rs 500 is now nowhere in my account as they did not even refund it. Thank you so much mobikwik I seriously deleted the app after such bad experience. I want my money back whoss transaction id is 1HRGGNHORWCPU whose status is still pending since 14th May 2016. I was sending my money to another person who has still did not recieve it.
When I call you people don't even accept it so it would be very kind if you refund my money as soon as possible. Services are promised to meet out to the people when someone opens up a business or an organisation but here you people don't even responsd to the customer's needs. So kindly solve my issue at the earliest.

I recharged 299 Rs 4 g recharge to my airtel mobile :[protected] . I didn't get any recharge and I lost money . I called several time to mobikwik customer care no body responded . I created several ticket regarding compliant in mobikwik website with out solving problem they closed the ticket. this is very annoying. I called them they are talking very careless. Mobikwik is one the fraud company .Please take action immediately.

I have read complaints over here and was worried even more. I hope issue gets resolved fast. I have made a transaction on may7, 2016 to myntra. Money got debited from mobikwik wallet but transaction got failed on merchant site. I raised a ticket and they said it will get refunded within 10days. But, not yet refunded. Tried calling both the customer care numbers but no response. Not responding gives bad view on you guys. Please keep up your words by resolving issues. And take care of transactions. Please respond. Hi Concerned, I had tried to recharge on 11th April for DTH, but not done and money deducted, I have raised request on same day, and continuously I am trying to contact ur team through your APP but not responding, request your special intervention and refund my money on priority.Its 1 month over but still my money not refunded, I am totally disgusted of your services, I use so many apps but never experienced such worse thing ever.

Hi this suresh pydikondala.. I recharged 19- apr-2016 data (4g) pack 299 plan to my number : [protected]. I didn't get any recharge. Mobikwik guys not responded properly. I created ticked regarding the issue in their website, no body is responded properly and their end they closed the ticked its shows resolved. It;s very annoyed. When bought hp lap during diwali, they gave an offer "hp amazing diwali offer". One of the products include "rs. 2100 cashback from mobikwik for six months" - in which the user adds money to mobikwik account rs. 350 while using promotional code, then mobikwik adds rs. 350, to a total of rs. 700 for each month. The offer is valid for six months from dec. 2015 to may 2015.
After 3 usage, that is after month of feb. I can't able to use the offer, for the month of march.

When i contacted them, they replied that the offer is terminated, without any reason or prior notice. I paid rs. 999, for this amount and promised, cashback for 6 months. But they suddenly after 3 months cancelled the offer.
I want offer amount rs. 1050, to be refunded, either by mobikwik or hp redemption cell. I also request for proper reason for the cancellation of the offer.

Mobikwik has given an offer of RS.2100 wallet money on purchase of HP laptops. Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350. MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700. This scheme is from Dec 2015 to May 2016.

I was able to redeem the promo code in the month of Dec 2015 and Jan 2016, Feb 2016.I am not able to redeem it in the month of Mar 2016 as it shows Promo Code is no longer valid. This is not the first instance of Mobikwik cheating customers in the garb of terms and conditions. It has been a part in many such frivolous complaints in the past as well. Please ensure speedy settlement of the issue and take appropriate actions against the company.

I recharged last month 199 rs ( 4g plan)rupees for my airtel number [protected] .I didn;t get any recharge . No body responded properly very bad service.i am very disappointed Please take action. I send sever email to mobikwik to regarding this issue but still no response. I called them several times . I also would like to know what is my status of this issue and what is the solution. Please let me know soon

I have transfered 4000 rupees to my friend wallet amount got debited immediately but till now it is not been creditted to his wallet.

Transaction number :[protected]. Amount of Rs 153.85 deducted from my wallet but the order at Bueno failed because of technical error and hence my order could not be processed. It has been 10 days now that I have been waiting for my money still I have not got it. I called the Mobikwik customer care at least 4 times till now. Firstly, they take a very very long time to connect to the representative and their representatives are not giving any satisfactory answers to my queries. They keep on telling me that I will get my money in 1 or 2 days but its has been 10 days and still there is no refund from their side. Please help me get my money back.

Yesterday morning i have recharged with mobikwik wallet to my Airtel no[protected] rs of 130 have not recived till now... even too i have received a conformation messages from yours sites but also i didnt receive any amount to my mobile no or wall.. I[censored] want to see a conformation messages surly i will show it.. Iam using mobikwik wallet to recharge my monthy payments for my Number..

I recharged to my mobile number through mobikwik website from my account.After i click pay submit button confirmation there one message displayed your request will proceed.
Already 16 hours over but till i did not get any recharge amount from this mobikwik website. I saw recharge history also from my account there deducting amount and my mobile number.But till i did not get my recharge amount.
This is not first time before one month back it occured .
please refund my rechage amount.
