Mobikwik — Amount deducted for failed transaction and not refunded | |||||
This is regarding refund for order number 20621491 and 20622405. I have not received refund for the order placed on 31 May (la pino'z pizza) order number 20621491 and 20622405. Refund was initiated for 20621491 but not for the 20622405. While both the orders were same and failed due to network issues the amount was deducted. Even received confirmation from zomato saying the transaction failed. And even after raising issue with the wallet there is no resolution. Now when I try to comment on the issue I am not able to submit. Was this information helpful? | |||||
