[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Amount deducted from my account but not transferred to the merchant site

I have done a transaction on the Indigo app through Mobikwik wallet attached card and the transaction was successful from Mobikwik end but has not been successfully deposited at the merchant site that was Indigo. I have contacted the Indigo customer care and they told me that the amount would be refunded bck by Mobikwik as the transaction fault is from their side I have raised a ticket over the transaction but no response has been given yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

Tried to contact the customer care of Mobikwik 100 times but they are not responding. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and provide the refund as soon as possible.
