Mobikwik — amount not refund mobikwik to my sbi credit card

I have made payment from sbi card to my idfc saving account, due to some reason amount not transfer in account but amount debited my sbi account. Mobikwik transaction show amount refund bank... But amount not
Credited my sbi card last 24 hour. No status updated my amount. No conect mobikwik any customer support number, i have last 24 hour try to contact mobikwik customer care, but unable to connect any contact number, very bad service provide mobikwik, mobikwik hold my amount, kindly help get my amount. 3rd november 2019 time 8:45pm transaction date in mobi kwik,

Updated by mishra1993 @MobiKwikSWAT I made a transaction at 9:45 pm on November 3, 2019, through Mobikwik, I transferred the money from my SBI Credit Card to my account through Mobikwik, amount not transfer, mobikwik show transaction bank refund, not refund in my sbi card. order no.596737ee852e2. kindly help . attached transaction screenshot.transaction amount 21363/-.
