Mobikwik — amount not refunded to bank account | |||
Sir. The txn of rs 4135.00 was made by me on 1.11.19 at 4:43 pm via mobikwik upi app [protected]@ikwik to transfer rs 4135.00 from my sbi bank account number [protected] to finnovation tech account number [protected] ifsc code yesb0cmsnoc. The txn was failed and not succefull from mobikwik wallet eventhough the amount of rs 4135.00 is debitedfrom my sbi account number [protected] videtxn id no. Upi/dr/[protected]/finnovat/yesb/[protected]. Also not credited to finnovation tech account number [protected]. I requested to sbi and finnovationtech customer care to book my complaint but they refuse to book and advise me to takeup the case with the concerened app authority from txn is made and failed. Recharge was failed...and did not receive any refund ...but they display a fake statement saying refund had received with same transaction id of recharge transaction id and i did not even receive any wallet balance ...when i try to contact coustomer care there is no response from them ..plss dont leave these fraud websites...
