I tried to book a bus ticket from vellore (Tamilnadu) to hyderabad on[protected], an amount of rs.1365/- was deducted from my account and the ticket was not generated. Afterwards, i booked the ticket with some travels. I donot know how to get back the amount back. Since then i tried to contact your office, but could not.
