Mobikwik — amount transferred to a closed account | |||
I've transferred the amount of rs.10, 000 to the wrong account number ending with 6284 instead of 6281. I received a message while transferring in mobikwik stating account closed and the amount of 10, 000 is also debited from the wallet. While inquired in bank they stated the account 6284 doesn't exists and is closed. It's been more than 4 days and there is no response nor customer support from mobikwik. My ph.
