      On 13 september, 2018 I have transferred rupees 210 to an account.
      The amount has been debited from my wallet but not credited to the beneficiary. I tried to reach out to the customer care but there is no customer care at all.
      I even mailed at [protected]@mobikwik.com but they didn't even bother to reply with at least an auto generated message mail.
      We are lower middle class people... 210 rupees matter to us. They are so indifferent about our problems. I read reviews on the playstore app after getting caught in this issue. There are hundreds of people facing this problem.

      I want the amount to be transferred to the beneficiary asap.

        I send 5000 rupees on August 30th from my account in MobiKwik app through UPI payment. Amount deducted from my account. But receiver didn't get the amount. Please return my money. But payment history is showing''pending'' till now. Please I need that money urgently. I have lot of problems... I am writing for that amount. I don't know how can solve my issue.

          Myself saurov richil, mobikwik account mobile no - [protected]. I used to be a user of mobikwik website/wallet. But it has been long time mobikwik disabled my account and i am not able to access that account anymore. I didn't know the possible reason behind this ban but as per some sources i came to know that mobikwik doesn't allow multiple accounts in a single phone and bans such account.in my case this was the reason. But i need access to my that account as it's important for me. I tried to communicate with mobikwik regarding this via social facebook page and some of their e-mail support address. But they never said anything supportive or helpful. So i am here to solve my account ban issue so that i can access my account again. Please unblock my account as i need access to my mobikwik account.

            I faced problem on 11.09.2018 around 11.30 hrs i made attempt to recharge my vodafone post mobile no [protected] but was failed, so i made complaint to your customer care no and also to this complaint site. On 11.09.2018 around 14.00hrs i received massage that the payment was successful. But on 11.09.2018 several persons contacted me to the aforesaid no asked me to provide my debit card no, all times i denied and told that money has deducted my mobikwi9k wallet.. Even this morning around 10.30hrs one person from mob no [protected] represented himself contacted me to mob no [protected], send an otp in mob and asked me me to provide debit card no otherwise he will block my mobikwik account.. Please arrange to enquire into the matter and take necessary action the persons.

                My mobikwik phone number is [protected]. I have 4900 rs in my mobikwik account. I m facing serious issues with your service.

                U made me stuck. U hv my money that i am not able to use for anything. I need explanation why you are not allowing to use my own money n keeping it in your wallet for your own use.

                I tried following:
                I tried to transfer my own money to my bank account using ups, imps, neft. Its failed.

                I tried paying my electricity bill. Its failed again

                I tried paying credit card bill. Its failed

                I tried using virtual card. Its failed

                I am going to send you the screeen short for everything. I want my money. I am a limited earning person. Due to such activity i m facing seripus issues in my personell life. Before i escalate or approach higher authority n lawyer, fix it on priority.

                  I was trying to. Load my payzapp account for an amount of rs. 21, 000/- though the amount got debited from my mobikwik virtual card but didn't get credited in my payzapp account. When i escalate it to mobikwik they replied the transaction got settled please chk with payzapp which i did. Payzapp replied on email. Stating transaction was failed now mobikwik is asking 35 days time to escalate it and to check with payzapp. Seriously its my hard earned money why on earth do. I need to wait 35 days to get my money.

                    I have recharged my airtel number with 179 rs and it got deducted and i didnt get recharge.Mobikwik wants me to cal airtel and airtel is saying that they didnt receive any amount and wants me to contact Mobikwik.
                    Mobikwik is not responsible any call for my deduction money.

                    The issue by saying the amount is now recharged but still i didnt get any recharge.

                        I ordered a product through shopclues online which i made the payment with mobiquik virtual card but due some default i have to return that product whose is reflecting by 7 september. But sir till now it have not camed in my wallet [protected] through payment gateway the rrn (Refund reference number) is[protected] please help regarding the payment issue of rs 166!!!

                          I am facing lots of issues from your end. I want to update my adhar with [protected] number but my adhar is already used in [protected] and its desable. Now i am unable to use any account properly. I have complaint many times but my issue is still as it was. Its my worst experience from mobikwik service. I am your customer since last 2 years.
                          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I have booked the ticket from Bangalore to erode on sep 8, 2018. Money has been deducted but ticket didn’t generate saying that “we couldn’t contact the operator please try some other operator”.
                          If ticket is not generated or ticket is not booked then why do you deduct the money.
                          Kindly refund my money.

                              I have installed mobikwik app on my phone. My pin was blocked either by mistake or purposely by app. I uploaded the documents as asked but even after 10days i am not able to transfer my money to my account. There is no response from customer care help line and no response from custmor help web site. I don't know what is wrong. 10 days is too much. There is no other no.

                                My last transaction of 7-sep-2018 which was imps transfer to bank account of axis bank is showing successfully done but today the account holder is very tensed that money is not reached to his account. When i checked into my wallet history it's not showing invoice summary. If mobikwik is not transferred money to account then refund my money. I also tried to contact mobikwik customer care on no. [protected] there is no answer only ivr recording was asking me to hold. I'm really fed up with mobikwik. T. I'm requesting consumercomplaints.in to take an specific step against mobikwik.

                                  I transferred my wallet balance Rs 1752 to my another mobikwik wallet on 29th August 2018. The amount was not credited to the beneficiary account but the money was debited from my wallet Later, I raised an issue to them on 30th August 2018 9.14 pm with ticket no. 9049480.They said the transaction was not successful and the money will be auto reversed into my account.But it has been 7 days and I have not received the amount yet.

                                    I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place today, using my self credit card. i got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my Credit card has been blocked. He asked for the Credit card number and the one time password. As i does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, I was easily duped, and gave off the Credit card number. As soon as the call was over, i got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 10, 000 was made from her card towards Mobikwik.com. i was quick enough to get the card blocked and also filed an FIR with the local police. I have sent a mail to the backend department of mobikwik.com which handles all fraud complaints ([protected]@mobikwik.com), but haven't received a reply yet. I have also filed a cyber complaint so that it could be tracked early and hopefully the transaction could be aborted at an earlier stage. However, I haven't received any response yet from any of the sources. Could anyone suggest a better approach which will help me in getting back my money?

                                      I have had a nightmarish experience with online mobikwik help professionals. The level of service is amazingly poor given that it is an online wallet and one would expect them to be able to at least handle errors due to technical glitches promptly. It all started on 4th august 2018 when i made an ola booking and cancelled it via mobikwik however the mobikwik app froze and till this date it's blocked 1980 for ola booking (Blocked not debited which means the transaction wasn't processed at the end of mobikwik) and additionally ola via mobikwik is bow inaccessible for me as it keeps showing "please wait while we track your ride".
                                      I raised a request (Ticket no. 8859479) for the same in the last one month they first resolved the request by messaging me how to book cab on ola, after pointing out that the error was about money incorrectly blocked they reopened and "escalated" to it after 28 days of escalation (Only god knows what escalation takes so long to process) they closed it again referring to transactions before the one that's causing the problem and informed me that the issue is resolved. Then when i sent them another bunch of screenshots so show how they were wrong they inform me that the transaction is processed with no reference to which i had to point out to the people that the transaction log clearly indicates that their claim is false.
                                      Their response so far would have been hilarious if it weren't for the little bit of money involved. I am a big user of various wallets and onlieb portals like a lot of people but the absolute incompetence of the "help" in mobikwik is beyond belief. You are a mobile wallet and are seeking to supplant traditional banking channels only thing that defines you is a robust it platform and effective customer complaint resolution mechanism, but sadly the you are lacking in the latter massively. This is not a one-off as my attempts to get kyced on you wallet also showed me. I hope this catches the eye of someone who has the common sense and autohority to resolve this.
                                      I am unable to attached the screenshots here, but you should be able to see the relevant screenshots attached to the chat trail with the ticket no.
