From this number he has called us and taken a sum of rupees 10, 000
And got transaction to ur mobiwink application please do resolve it and his current active number is[protected] please resolve and send back amount to our account sir please it's a request

I tried to transfer 20000rs via mobikwik from my bank account to my uncles bank account.
The transaction failed but i didn't get the refund yet
I've shown my wallet history, there is successful transaction of 20000rs, I've made the transaction on 24th September with (UPI Ref no[protected].

    amount transferred to a closed account

    I've transferred the amount of rs.10, 000 to the wrong account number ending with 6284 instead of 6281. I received a message while transferring in mobikwik stating account closed and the amount of 10, 000 is also debited from the wallet. While inquired in bank they stated the account 6284 doesn't exists and is closed.
    It's been more than 4 days and there is no response nor customer support from mobikwik. My ph. No is [protected]br...

      On 19.9.18, at 10.30 am one mr rahul tripathi, introduced himself as executive of bombay mobikwk unit. Putting good faith on his words i gave my credit card no with details. To my great shock he has been drawing amounts of rs 62380.00 within 2 hours. At the end of the day he promised to reverse. The total amount within 24 hours.
      Next day at 10.30 am he again called me and assured to recredit the total amount at one stroke.. But mr tripathi wanted my debit card details. With much anxiety i gave the details. Again he took rs[protected]+9980) from my sb account.
      Total loss to me swept to rs 82340.00.
      When i requested him continuously to recredit the amounts he is telling me that it will take another. 4 days for reversal.

      I am a senior citizen managing to make my both ends meet with my minimum pension.
      Shall i request to take immediate steps for reversal of rs 82340/ to my sb account[protected]/ canara bank erode 638003. Ifsc code cnrb0001131

        I have paid my electricity bill via mobiquick, the amount was charged from my bank account but the bill remained unpaid. Now there is no contact iis possible with the company that number given of customer care are wrong, on help desk they dont reply. Three days passed but no reponse at all.

        What to do this company if any contact number is available than please provide

          I wish to bring to you notice on 17 th sep 2018 using my debit card person called from [protected] and [protected] told that she called from sbi asked fordebitcard number and onetimepassword.my mother attended the call as she has not much knowledge about internet banking process.she was easily duped and gave off the debitcard number.as soon as the call was over she got sms from the bankstating that thetransactions of the amount rs21000 twice was made from mobikwik.com.we blocked the card as well as given complaint to the bank manager.localpolice.filed for.also filed a cybercrime complaint.so that it couldbeaborted an earlier.will you help me in getting back my money

            Hello, mobiqwik, i have done 02 transactions through mobiqwik today morning on 21/09/18. My already existing wallet balance on mobiqwik was around 2448. Something. (I also have a mail from mibiqwik & history to prove it).
            -then, today morning (21/09/18), i recharged my tatasky with rs. 48/- & so the wallet balance got around 2440. Something. Plus i got supercash of rs.12/- for this recharge. - then, on same day today morning (21/09/18) i shopped on myntra with rs. 2441 through mobiqwik. Its only extra rs.1/- than my wallet balance on mobiqwik which was rs 2440. Sonwthing already. But to my surprise, this mobiqwik made me add extra rs.28.64/- from my hdfc bank. & even after the successful transaction with myntra, to my another surprise, my supercash balance of rs. 12/- was also gone making it zero. So where all these extra money paid by me gone? The amount may be small but i am right in reporting issue if wrong transaction. Check the history in my mobiqwik account. Its my birthday & when other apps are giving me discounts & gifts, this mobiqwik is wrongly calculating & costing me money falsely, outright looting me.
            Mobiqwik seriously need to refund me following, rightfully.
            1. Rs. 27 in my wallet balance
            2. Previous rs 12/- supercash back to my account.
            3.& rightfully 10% supercash as running under the current scheme for successful myntra transaction. I wish you look in to this issue & refund me above. Mibiqwik has never solved any of my past queries with my satisfaction but only same, repetitive, clichéd official reply. It also spoiled my birthday enthusiasm having to spend time to report this issue.
            - you pl. Either call me ([protected]) or give me legible, working number of mobiqwik where i can talk to customer care of mobiqwik. I rightfully need this issue solved to my satisfaction this time atleast.

              I have paid airtel post paid payment through 4 transactions of rs450, 450, 440 and 500 = total rs1840 on 14th sep. To my surprise only the first transaction rs450 been credited to airtel but the remaining 3 not paid to them despite charged from my wallet in mobikwik. I raised ticket on 15th and the system says with in 3 days this will get resolved but nothing happened even after 5 days.

                On september 15, 2018, i had paid a water bill of rs. 857/- (Rs. 814.15 deducted my oriental bank of commerce atm and rs. 42.85/- deducted my mobikwik super cash wallet, rs. 42.85/- added my supercash walltet) but rs. 814.15 but added my account or mobikwik wallet.

                Kindly added my rs. 814.15 added my account or my mobikwik wallet.

                  I've booked a rail ticket bearing pnr no.[protected] for 04 persons in mobikwik wallet vide txn id: [protected] dated 24.08.2018. Payment is successfully done. On the date of journey (I. E. 15.09.2018) i've got an sms from indian railways informing the rac status of my travel tickets. As i'm not interested to travel with rac tickets and as there is no option in mobikwik wallet for cancellation of rail tickets, i've raised a request in mobikwik help desk vide ticket no.9180766 for cancellation of tickets, few hours before departure of the train. But there is no response or action from mobikwik. I've also tried many a times to contact mobikwik through their contact no.[protected] and[protected] but there is no response.
                  Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      My father received a call from [protected] yesterday i.e 12th Sept at 7:18 pm from SBI identifying himself as SBI Branch manager and saying that his debit card has been blocked and need to upgrade to new debit card, Coincidently he received a new debit card from SBI for security resons 2 days back so my father thought this might be regarding that only, and he shared the Debit card details and after 3 minutes he received a SMS from SBI for a transaction of Rs 25, 000 at MOBIKWIK POS with transaction details. I am attaching the screenshot for the same. Kindly help in tracing the transaction and provide the refund for the same.
                      I have already made an complaint at the nearest police station.

                        Today on 13 Sept 2018, I did two transactions of Rs 893, by using Mobikwik mobile application.Each amount has been deducted by my bank accounts.Finally the transaction was failed but the deducted amount is not settled in my bank account.
                        I am surprised to notice that Mobikwik which deals and interact with Indian Banks do not have telephonic customer complaint assistance.
                        I mailed my complaint to mobikwik help desk inbox, but only a complain ticket is generated there and no follow-ups are going to be entertained.
                        This make me very hopeless and disgusting.

                        I have purchased product from Myntra on 19 August 2018 by Mobikwik payment and return that product. I have got an notification message on 24 August, 2018 that your money is refund and it will reflect in your bank account in 7 days by Mobikwik. But yet I haven't received an amount in my bank.
                        Mobikwik swallowed my money by disabling my wallet. I advice everyone to keep far from this company and switch over to other companies.

                              On 13 september, 2018 I have transferred rupees 210 to an account.
                              The amount has been debited from my wallet but not credited to the beneficiary. I tried to reach out to the customer care but there is no customer care at all.
                              I even mailed at [protected]@mobikwik.com but they didn't even bother to reply with at least an auto generated message mail.
                              We are lower middle class people... 210 rupees matter to us. They are so indifferent about our problems. I read reviews on the playstore app after getting caught in this issue. There are hundreds of people facing this problem.

                              I want the amount to be transferred to the beneficiary asap.

                                  Myself saurov richil, mobikwik account mobile no - [protected]. I used to be a user of mobikwik website/wallet. But it has been long time mobikwik disabled my account and i am not able to access that account anymore. I didn't know the possible reason behind this ban but as per some sources i came to know that mobikwik doesn't allow multiple accounts in a single phone and bans such account.in my case this was the reason. But i need access to my that account as it's important for me. I tried to communicate with mobikwik regarding this via social facebook page and some of their e-mail support address. But they never said anything supportive or helpful. So i am here to solve my account ban issue so that i can access my account again. Please unblock my account as i need access to my mobikwik account.

                                    I faced problem on 11.09.2018 around 11.30 hrs i made attempt to recharge my vodafone post mobile no [protected] but was failed, so i made complaint to your customer care no and also to this complaint site. On 11.09.2018 around 14.00hrs i received massage that the payment was successful. But on 11.09.2018 several persons contacted me to the aforesaid no asked me to provide my debit card no, all times i denied and told that money has deducted my mobikwi9k wallet.. Even this morning around 10.30hrs one person from mob no [protected] represented himself contacted me to mob no [protected], send an otp in mob and asked me me to provide debit card no otherwise he will block my mobikwik account.. Please arrange to enquire into the matter and take necessary action the persons.
