After using it they have charged me 199rs activation charge which they haven't told me or mentioned anywhere then i have contacted their customer care number and they said me that in 24hrs they will contact me or will send an email to resolve this issue. I have availed loan from mobikwik zip emi due to financial issues i couldn't pay emi for a while now past few weeks I've been receiving WhatsApp messages and mails to close loan and i told my situation and they sent to a link waving the panelty of loan now after contacting mobikwik they are saying do not pay and asking wait when i want to close the loan before it effects my cibil even more. My name is Santhosh Vinayaka, I am using zip pay later of Rs 2500 in this app and utilised the amount of 1900 rs, last date for bill payment was 5th May and i tried to pay the due amount but due to bank server down i could not make the payment, so i raised a request to mobikwik due to server down I could not complete the payment but they suddenly charged 32% penalty and imposed compound interest for bot penalty and principle amount for every 15 days they doubling the amount, I requested to waive off the penalty, Since we are dependent on technology when something goes wrong with server .what can a common people can do, even RBI should look into this issue.

I am try MobiKwik first time as a zip pay account and payment cut ne ke baad Maine order cancel kr Diya or payment sari refund aa gai but iPhone 200 fee le li extra or ab vo 200 500 mein convert kar diye gye jab Maine payment return kr hi Di to ye mujhe msg pe itni fee pay krne ka Kyu bol rhe hai or Mai fee pay kru bhi kyu???

This is a friendly mail regarding my zip payment, i made payment on time on 30/11/2022 due date from mobikwik zip tab and amount were deducted from my account and its all done from my end, but it's not reflected your zip app and showing overdue amount.

I received lots of calls from collection team but no one can resolved. Very poor service and embarrassing experience, day by day my cibil hampering.

I try to payment of 2059 in my mobiquick wallet to my credit card.money deduct in my wallet and invoice not generated.i try to contact with mobiquick help line email id but not solved since last 7 days.my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I was ordering stuff from myntra using mobikwik of rs 1763 but the amount got deducted and the order didn’t get placed and now they’re not refunding the money

I have paid, 19999 to my Sbi credit card bill payment on 13th May 2022 using mobikwik app from hdfc credit card .

But till date sbi credit card bill Payment not done.

My name is Abhilash A.recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care .But I didn’t get any solution.On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please take action and unlink my adhaar from that unkown account. Also attaching my Aadhar with this request.

I have used 228 indian rupees from mobikwik zip wallet, so i have tried to pay used amount on due date,
But unfortunately i couldn't able to pay due to technical glitch from mobikwik side
And 5 days later i got a message asking me to clear the due amount and observed that i have been charged with 304rupees extra (Ie more than i used amount)

And when ever i tried to pay the mobikwik...

On 17th april 9pm, i have made payment of rs2349, to apepdcl through mobikwik app and money was debited from my bank account, payment was in pending state till 19th of april, after that it turned into success ie more then 24hr, but till today operator (Apepdcl) did not receive money till today ie 8th may, mobikwik is not taking any step to resolve issues, they want a written confirmation from govt. Office (Apepdcl), where as at apepdcl the say because paid to mobikiwik you have to solve it with mobikwik, i have never got any proper response from mobikwik,

To avoid electricity disconnection i have made payments again with a fine, i have been visiting local office again and again to solution till today,

Plz help me with issue

Hlo sir I'm requesting you to waive off my penalty because I'm a student and I cannot pay that much of money and it's affecting on my cibil that will affect in my future. So, you are totally ruining the life of a boy before it got started that to for 494 rupees of loan this isn't fair

This is manikanta jyothula, on 20/04/2022 there was a unauthorized transaction happened in my mobikwik wallet. I have not done any kind of transaction as such. someone called [protected] from this number unfortunately some unauthorized transaction happened as below. I have given complaint to mobikwik, but none of them till now no response. After i sent an email to fraud alerts email as per their procedure, they sent me a questionnaire and i replied back after that i didn’t have any update. Atleast mobikwik is doing investigation or not?

After this fraud i have seen my transactions and i found almost everyday there was a fraud transaction tried on my mobikwik, as i don’t have balance those transactions failed. Unfortunately on 20th i have balance and it got deducted. I need mobikwik to dig in and investigate and respond me asap. Atleast i am expecting a call from your team to get an update. Because i tired of calling mobikwik customer care, it never connects to an agent.and my cibil score dicreased
