Last EMI amount deducted on 7th june 2023 which is amount Rs. 5, 420/- through autopayment mode. but on 6th june i paid amount Rs. 6, 127/-.

    I already paid the rest amount which is Rs. 6127 of EMI on 6th june 2023, but today again amount Rs. 5420 has a debit from my bank account. I attached screenshots of my app conversations or bank statement.

    Please refund my deducted amount in my bank account.

    I didn't get the revert from your side from 8th june 2023 to till date.

        I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with Mobikwik and IDFC First Bank, which has caused significant distress and concern. I recently obtained a copy of my CIBIL report and discovered a false loan entry of Rs. 1000, allegedly provided by IDFC First Bank through Mobikwik. I am deeply troubled by this false information on my credit history, especially since I have never taken any loan from Mobikwik or IDFC First Bank.
        Furthermore, upon reviewing the loan details, I noticed that the mobile number associated with this loan entry is [protected], which is not my number. This raises serious doubts about the authenticity of this loan transaction, as the loan was supposedly granted without my knowledge or consent. I have never shared my personal information or authorized any transactions with Mobikwik or IDFC First Bank involving this phone number.

          I have just done a recharge but it is on wrong number
          I have also talked to customer care 3-4 times but they leave on hold and then the phone gets disconnected.
          The number on which I had to recharge is :- +91 97121 – 41365 ( Right Number )
          And the number on which wrong recharge has gone is :- +91 94121 – 41365 ( Wrong Number )
          The recharge has just been done a while ago, so please look into it as much as possible and help me.

          Recharge Amount :- 2, 999/-
          Tax Ref Id :- RJ[protected]
          Operator Ref No :- [protected]

          Had the recharge been of a small amount, I would have probably forgotten, but if it is a matter of recharge for the whole year, then you people will have to help.

            Mobikwik employee called me and abused me as well as my father and started threatening me that if I won’t pay the zip amount they gonna call my contacts list and tell them how they gonna take action. I want them to stop harassing me as I am into sone serious financial issues. Mobile ok please spare me sometime to repay my dues.

                I am Jagatram Mohanta ([protected]), have availed the service of Mobikwik App since last two years. Every time, I was adding money to the Mobikwik Wallet and subsequently the same wallet money was getting used in money transfer. In the same trend, I had added Rs.9500/- in the Mobikwik wallet on 01st May 2023. However, the same got stuck. Whenever, I am trying to transfer the money, it is denying citing a reason "PAN AND AADHAAR GENDER DOES NOT MATCH". The issue has been taken up with the Customer Support Centre of MobiKwik many times. I have provided all the required documents for verification also. However, at the end, they suggested to re-apply the PAN and the acknowledgement copy of it. The PAN got re-issued also. Even though the same issue is still persisting. I am feeling harassed and agonized. The amount is still stuck, I am unable to transfer the fund from my wallet. The complaint is not being attended by Mobikwik now.

                        I made 5 rent payments of INR 19500+ charges to my landlord using credit card but it has been more than 24 hours and the payment has still not reached my landlords account.
                        Yesterday was the last date of rent payment and my landlord is calling me since yesterday for payment.
                        Mobikwik is not giving any valid reason for the delay.

                          I have made a purchase of Rs. 2234 from the myntra app and paid through the MobiKwik Zip wallet but unfortunately it got failed. But the MobiKwik app is showing transaction successful, it is an pay later payment. Now, when I have raised this issue with merchant and the MobiKwik they are blaming each other but my issue not resolved yet. I have also received the order and paid through the cash and later I returned back one and cancelled the order two pants, because of payment issue. Please resolve this issue as it is showing transaction successful in MobiKwik wallet, which I have pay to the MobiKwik for pay later scheme. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                I have used mobikwik zip pay later amounting to 557rs only. After using it they have charged me 199rs activation charge which they haven't told me or mentioned anywhere then i have contacted their customer care number and they said me that in 24hrs they will contact me or will send an email to resolve this issue. But no response made by them. After few days they started calling and messaging me to pay 1389rs of repayment of loan with all charges. I have called them and told them about 199rs activation charge and past issue again they told me same and response at all made by them. One day they contacted me and told me to pay 700rs to settle it and i have paid 700rs to settle the loan then 1-2 days they stopped calling me and messaging me. After that they again started calling and messaging me to pay whole 1389rs to settle the loan. They flooded me by their calls and messgaes, they always call with different numbers and messages. If we contact their customer care they or share our problem to those who called us for repayment they always say we are not customer care, this is computer generated call we can't resolve your this issue please contact customer care. They are harassing me by flooding calls and messages. I am lawyer in surat district and sessions court, if i got harassed by them then just think of the innocent people how they are dealing with them.

                                In about 4 5 days, my problem is resolved. I have messaged them on that particular whatsapp number and told about this complaint then they have closed my loan. Thank you so much for helping.

                                I have used mobikwik zip pay later of 3000/- but i failed to pay as I was hospitalized and they added interest of 3000/- and they are telling to pay 6000/-..i requested to mobikwik customer care to gv time to pay till November but there collection agants are doing daily vurlgur messages and involving my parents...and receiving lot of messages from their recovery agents and blackmailing that they will send field executive to our home to receive money...i want to move on to the court for their language...so plz take proper action on them

                                  Loan closure/ repayment

                                  I have availed loan from mobikwik zip emi due to financial issues i couldn't pay emi for a while now past few weeks I've been receiving WhatsApp messages and mails to close loan and i told my situation and they sent to a link waving the panelty of loan now after contacting mobikwik they are saying do not pay and asking wait when i want to close the loan before it effects my cibil even more. Do contact for details regarding this issue...

                                  My name is Santhosh Vinayaka, I am using zip pay later of Rs 2500 in this app and utilised the amount of 1900 rs, last date for bill payment was 5th May and i tried to pay the due amount but due to bank server down i could not make the payment, so i raised a request to mobikwik due to server down I could not complete the payment but they suddenly charged 32% penalty and imposed compound interest for bot penalty and principle amount for every 15 days they doubling the amount, I requested to waive off the penalty, Since we are dependent on technology when something goes wrong with server .what can a common people can do, even RBI should look into this issue.
