Respected Sir,
some one fraud transaction from my Mobikwik wallet, fraud amount is 7453 (864 + 3500 + 3089 amount debited from my wallet Amount). I have all evidence of Fraud transaction. I was complain in mobikwik company but they are not response in my any mail & call. I was complain in my nearest police station & FIR copy sent to Mobikwik company but they are not replying any mail. I also all evidence give to Mobikwik Company but they are not response.

please solve my problem & refund my wallet Amount asap...

Same fraud happened on my account for Rs 15000 approx. Got harassment calls from recovery agents for months. Contacted RBI and NCH the calls have stopped but bill is stil due

      I was paying electric bill of ₹603 on 01/02/2021 using mobikwik app ₹412 from mobikwik wallet and remaining ₹181 from upi but Payment failed and upi amount deducted from bank account but refund has not been credited yet

        Mobikwik is very unprofessional and cheap company. I paid my credit card bill using them where in they deducted INR40K from my account but did not pay my CC bill. When I came to know I followed up for my money as well as interest (INR5K) charged by the CC company. They paid back 40K after 2 weeks of follow ups but yet to refund interest charged by my credit card company. They are so unprofessional that they are not saying they would not pay clearly but prefer to close the ticket which I reopen again. Should I lodged a complain at the consumer court. Any direction in this regards.

          I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 29 January 2021 of rupees 141.55. Amount was deducted but mobile did not get recharged. Kindly solve the matter it is showing PG transaction.

            Electricity bill payment done by mobikwik but after OTP process stopped due to app server. Now amount is deducted from bank account and payment got cancelled though amount is not returned in account yet. Please solve my problem it will be highly appreciated... please solve as soon as possible.

              Dear sir
              I have successfully paid the credit card bill of Rs 2000 through mobikwik on 21/01/2021. Mobikwik sent a message that they have successfully paid the amount with Reference number KKBK[protected]. But andhra bank (now union bank ) credit card biller informed me that it is not done yet. And it is also not reflecting in my credit card current statement. So please help to solve my issue.

                  I have recharged my Jio Number via upi from mobikwik of Rs. 2599, amount is deducted from bank account but transaction is still in pending state and recharge is not completed. I have raised dispute my ticket id is 18137689. I want my money refunded either recharge done please

                    My name is Dharmendra singh. My mobile no. is [protected]. I have paid my credit card bill payment through mobikwik on 30 January and payment done from mobikwik, but still not credited in credit card bill.
                    today is last day. 2 days already passed after payment, but payment not done. Pls solve this asap.

                    same story. i paid my CC bill on30th. 01st was the last date.
                    even now it is not credited. we cannot reachout their customer care also.

                    as per their CC bill payment section it takes 72 hours to process but now it is more than that.. i will be ending with payment penalty and interest now. pathetic..

                          Credit Card Bill Payment Pending issue On Mobikwik

                          I paid my Credit card bill today i.e 29 jan 2021, but it is not reflected in my bank side and in Mobikwik it is showing as Pending. The Mobikwik team is not responding....

                          I added 250 rupees through my debit card from sbi to mobikwik yesterday, 28/1/2021. The money was debited from the bank, but is not showing in my mobikwik account. I am HARIKRISHNAN.B . My mobile number is [protected].

                              I deposited 600 rupees to wallet on 8 January but it didn't not added to wallet but amount debited from bank account I raised complaint about the same, now it is showing transaction successful in help section but amount not added to wallet nor it is refunded, along with that I deposited 5 rupees today but 84 deducted from my bank account and in transaction history it is showing paid for purchase of policy please refund my both transaction amount

                                Hi there,

                                I have made a payment to my Citi bank credit card using Mobikwik txn MBK[protected] as usual and they deducted INR40000 from my bank account. I got surprised to see my subsequent CC bill, where it was showing amount was not paid to them by mobikiwk and they have charged interest on it. I followed up with them thorugh tkt # 17443128 dated dec 7, 2020 and they took almost a week to refund back the money on 17 Dec 2020 and I made the payment to my CC on the same day though Paytm. On interest they said they would pay and asked me to upload the copy of bill. I told them that it would take few days as interest until that day would come in the next cycle bill and instead of honoring they closed the ticket and not paying back the interest accrued due to their mistakes. I have been following up for some time and even raised a fresh ticket in parallel #18074450. Thanks

                                  Today I transferred rs. 20000 with UPI ref id.[protected] from standard chartered account to my icici bank account using mobikwik app. The amount got deducted but it didn't reflect in my other account. I called up both the banks but error is because of mobikwik.

                                  Please resolve my problem orelse I will lodge complaint against mobikwik.
