As i did not get any feed back for customer support team even after complaining more than 5 times, Iam escalating it further and want this issue to be resolved ASAP, . it's been more than a month i have raised complaint for this issue, i have provided screen shots and all to customer support team, has asked mentioning that as I have received Spencers gift card without pin, I have just recived only 14 digits gift code, while claiming for same though online or offline its asking PIN, which i did not rcvd, there was no proper resolution provided for this as i have complained it more than 5 times in span of 1 month.
If its not possible to send gif card PIN, IPlease cancel this gift card voucher and credit back my amount.
