My name is Bikram Purkait. I am booked a indane lpg cylinder on mobikwik dated 20 December 2020 amount rs 684rs, , this amount is debited from my bank on the same day but my lpg cylinder still not booked, , when i contact mobikwik they say that merchant had successfully get my payment but i am not get my lpg cylinder, , so pls help me, , and also mobikwik phone number is not reachable, ,

today at 05.02 pm i get a fraud call from a man who claim that he was from mobikwik, he want to install teamviewer quick support on my phone and try to fraud on me, , ,
i get a call from this phone no - [protected]
please help me, ,
i get my money 684 rs back...

    Recently my frnd suggest me to use mobikwik.so I tried the app and signed up.after that zip mob option was there so I gone through it .entered my Aadhar num and pan num, so after successful processing it says u r zip mob is activated and u r able to use 1k incase of needy situations.so that's fine.after that I gone through terms and conditions and found that there is agreement kind of statements and u r able to get 50k as loan and that is our agreement etc.i just shocked I didn't even know what happend there.i just entered my pan and adhar.so I requested mobikwik care executive to deactivate my account.i raised a ticket and after one hour they replied with wt is the reason...like that.i decided not to use mobikwik again .so I confirmed that plz deactivate my account asap.after two days I opened app found my account is logged out.but when I try to log in, it saying like user disabled.wts it mean? My account is deactivated or not? If not deactivated kindly ask them to do it as fast as they can.i finally learnt don't wan to use any app without proper knowledge

            My UPI transaction ID is[protected].
            I tried purchasing a gift card of ₹2, 000 of flipkart on MobiKwik using ₹100 supercoins and ₹1, 900 via UPI transaction. But my amount got debited from my bank account and not from the MobiKwik supercoins balance and I have recieved a notification that the transaction is successful...!

            What is this happening...? Neither I have recieved the gift card nor I have recieved the refund and MobiKwik says my transaction is succesful...!

                      I had paid my electricity bill of rs.561 through Mobikwik. Order no.MKO [protected] on 23nov.
                      I hv e- receipt of the same...but current bill generated from KESCO is showing it as unpaid...and all the customer care no.are not reachable.., please help me to resolve this...as i hv all the transaction details of the same...

                            On Dec16, 2020, I have tried to make payment to BSNL through MOBIKWIK FOR VALIDITY EXTENSION of mobile no. [protected] via my DEBIT CARD twice. Though the amount[Rs 22+Rs 22=Rs 44} is debited in my relevant SBI account but not transferred to BSNL for the purpose it was done.The details are as follows:
                            1. OTHPG787141 MOBIKWIK GURGAON Rs 22/-
                            2. OTHPG799458 MOBIKWIK GURGAON Rs 22/-

                            Kindly look into the matter and try to redeposit the amount Rs 44/- in my relevant account as early as possible.

                                I made a purchase of rs. 214.9 in JioMart on 28Nov20...payment failed but money debited from my account.. I have already raised complaint against this issue but still not resolved... Kindly check from your side once and refund my money as soon as possible...
