I try to payment of 2059 in my mobiquick wallet to my credit card.money deduct in my wallet and invoice not generated.i try to contact with mobiquick help line email id but not solved since last 7 days.my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I was ordering stuff from myntra using mobikwik of rs 1763 but the amount got deducted and the order didn’t get placed and now they’re not refunding the money

I have paid, 19999 to my Sbi credit card bill payment on 13th May 2022 using mobikwik app from hdfc credit card .

But till date sbi credit card bill Payment not done.

My name is Abhilash A.recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care .But I didn’t get any solution.On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please take action and unlink my adhaar from that unkown account. Also attaching my Aadhar with this request.

I have used 228 indian rupees from mobikwik zip wallet, so i have tried to pay used amount on due date,
But unfortunately i couldn't able to pay due to technical glitch from mobikwik side
And 5 days later i got a message asking me to clear the due amount and observed that i have been charged with 304rupees extra (Ie more than i used amount)

And when ever i tried to pay the mobikwik...

On 17th april 9pm, i have made payment of rs2349, to apepdcl through mobikwik app and money was debited from my bank account, payment was in pending state till 19th of april, after that it turned into success ie more then 24hr, but till today operator (Apepdcl) did not receive money till today ie 8th may, mobikwik is not taking any step to resolve issues, they want a written confirmation from govt. Office (Apepdcl), where as at apepdcl the say because paid to mobikiwik you have to solve it with mobikwik, i have never got any proper response from mobikwik,

To avoid electricity disconnection i have made payments again with a fine, i have been visiting local office again and again to solution till today,
I have attached my my payment screen shot and my payment history with my operator,

Plz help me with issue

Hlo sir I'm requesting you to waive off my penalty because I'm a student and I cannot pay that much of money and it's affecting on my cibil that will affect in my future. So, you are totally ruining the life of a boy before it got started that to for 494 rupees of loan this isn't fair

This is manikanta jyothula, on 20/04/2022 there was a unauthorized transaction happened in my mobikwik wallet. I have not done any kind of transaction as such. someone called [protected] from this number unfortunately some unauthorized transaction happened as below. I have given complaint to mobikwik, but none of them till now no response. After i sent an email to fraud alerts email as per their procedure, they sent me a questionnaire and i replied back after that i didn’t have any update. Atleast mobikwik is doing investigation or not?

After this fraud i have seen my transactions and i found almost everyday there was a fraud transaction tried on my mobikwik, as i don’t have balance those transactions failed. Unfortunately on 20th i have balance and it got deducted. I need mobikwik to dig in and investigate and respond me asap. Atleast i am expecting a call from your team to get an update. Because i tired of calling mobikwik customer care, it never connects to an agent.and my cibil score dicreased

I am rajeshbhai b gandhi from bharuch gujarat.Mobikwik has given zip bill of rs.4837.24 but till now i have not taken any loan from mobikwik. Why he has given wrongly bill to me.I will given information to rbi to cancelled such type of finance company who has wrongly given bill to me in my accounts.I have not taken any loan from mobikwik.If this amount not removed than i will write to pmo -prime minister/finance minister and rbi.When i have not taken any loan from this mobikwik than why given recovery bill to my name.This finance company is given wrongly bill to me than i will take action against fraud finance company -is mobikwik.I am writing to pm/fm and rbi.To cancelled the licenced of mobikwik to quickly cancelled buisness licence as earliest.

As i have reported some zip fraudulent repayment transactions, mobikwik had disabled my wallet on 25th April 2023, . Later they disabled my account instead of give a clarification in this regard .

From that day, i am requesting mobikwik to enable my account back via email to [protected]@mobikwik.com. They are not replying. The support mail id [protected]@mobikwik.com never accepts mail and will always bounce. I called customer care phone[protected] and told this issue once, getting this number is a luck. It will pick the call once if you try 10 times.

Now mobikwik had generated the zip bill and asking me to pay. I have mailed them multiple times without the wallet being re-enabled i cannot pay it, as there is no other option. But they are not responding but keep on sending me sms and email to pay the bill and warning me it will affect my cibil score. Now they added penalty also to that, means they know i cannot pay the bill, still they are troubling me like anything.
