Hi i was trying to book flight ticket at easemytrip.com via mobikwik wallet but my ticket booking failed but amount debited . Easemytrip declined that they have not received my payment & their customer care not helping closing ticket without any reply.iy has been more than 10 days i have not received my refund & i can see transaction was successful in mobikwik app & also my bank account & payment was made to zaakpay mobikwik . Please refund my amount & take strict action against their support team for not resolving, closing ticket without reply.
