    Hi i was trying to book flight ticket at easemytrip.com via mobikwik wallet but my ticket booking failed but amount debited . Easemytrip declined that they have not received my payment & their customer care not helping closing ticket without any reply.iy has been more than 10 days i have not received my refund & i can see transaction was successful in mobikwik app & also my bank account & payment was made to zaakpay mobikwik . Please refund my amount & take strict action against their support team for not resolving, closing ticket without reply.

              No credit for sale of gold

              Address: Ayodhya, Budhwar Peth, Phaltan 415523

              On 31/10/2020 I sold gold worth Rs.5000/- and on 02/11/2020 again I sold gold worth Rs.2000/-. Both transactions got failed. Gold balance deducted by the same amounts but amount never credited to my account....

              I tried to make an emi payment for a loan I had taken from mobikwik. In the transaction section of the app it shows that the refund has been processed but it has not been credited back to my bank account till date. This was done on the 12th of November and now even after 7 days I haven't received it.

                A payment of Rs.3212.00 done on 05.11.2020 against credit card (5318********1953) due via MobiKwik app from debit card.

                Also note that the said amount deducted from bank (Attached).

                Now requested you to kindly give credit to the said amount to my credit card.

                    Tranaction for recharge of Rs 98 was not processed and failed but mobikwik has taken the money from my bank account wrongly This is unfair please immediately refund the same or I will be constrained to take legal action against Mobikwik.The complaint and helpline numbers nor the email [protected]@mobikwik.com is not working.

                              I have made recharge to my Hathway broadband connection with customer id no. [protected] on 12.11.2020 but the transaction failed. Mobikwik though deducted my amount did not returned it till now. Mobikwik complaint section is such that you cannot communicate with the customer service through chats. The customer care no. is also always busy. In this respect, i am unable to even know the status of my issue. I am attaching my complaint registered with Mobikwik but the response from Mobikwik is still awaited. Kindly take some action against them.
