I have been paid the amount of Rs.389/-on 27/08/2021.last two years the amount is till now not received from Mobikwik.Now the same amount of Rs.389/-not received from finance -mobik now this amount with Rs.100/-panlety every month must be receovered from Mobikwiwk.Now the total amount must be recovered of Rs.389/-+2400 penelty charges .Now total amount is due from MOBIKWIK OF RS.2789/- TILL NOW.

MY AMOUNT IS DUE FROM MOBIK OF RS.2789/-

I am writing this to bring to your attention that I have not received the cashback that was promised to me by MobiKwik on Go Indigo Website. I made a transaction on 24th April 2023 for Rs. 5514 using my MobiKwik wallet, which was eligible for a cashback of Rs. 500. However, even after waiting for the stipulated time period, I have not received the promised cashback.

I have tried reaching out to MobikWik customer care several times, but I have not received any positive response from them.

This is manikanta jyothula, on 20/04/2022 there was a unauthorized transaction happened in my mobikwik wallet. I have not done any kind of transaction as such. someone called [protected] from this number unfortunately some unauthorized transaction happened as below. I have given complaint to mobikwik, but none of them till now no response. After i sent an email to fraud alerts email as per their procedure, they sent me a questionnaire and i replied back after that i didn’t have any update. Atleast mobikwik is doing investigation or not?

After this fraud i have seen my transactions and i found almost everyday there was a fraud transaction tried on my mobikwik, as i don’t have balance those transactions failed. Unfortunately on 20th i have balance and it got deducted. I need mobikwik to dig in and investigate and respond me asap. Atleast i am expecting a call from your team to get an update. Because i tired of calling mobikwik customer care, it never connects to an agent.and my cibil score dicreased

I have tried booking Irctc ticket through Mobikwik wallet. The transaction has failed, and irctc has refunded the amount. But i cant see the amount in my mobikwik wallet.

Not sure, why do i have to come to file a consumer care complaint for refunds. Where is your customer care team? how to reach them?

Sorry to say but I am extremely unhappy with how the matter has been dealt.

On 13th April 2023, I try to pay a credit card bill from Mobikwik for the amount,
Rs: 160687.96, the transactions failed and they are not refunding after 24 hrs.
Service calls and mail say they are working on the same, without any satisfactory answers and results.

Credit card is due in a short period, and MobiKwik is negative towards complaints and not responding well.
Need help.

I have complaint my fraud issue which has been performed via fraudsters on 26th of March and I have reported to Mobikwik on same day also same time but till now I have not received any resolution, I am understanding that how can Mobikwik manage, because when I tweet on twitter then I was receiving answer from fraudsters Mobikwik handlers.
I am saying again and again to Mobikwik that I have not received any call or mail from your side but they have replied 8 time that they have sent all the details to me, but I have not received any mail or call regarding this.

i've never done any transaction.
