I had recharge one bsnl mob on 6/5/20 for rs.138/- through mobikwik and accordingly the amount has been deducted from my account but i did not get the recharge till 15.5.20 causing great inconvenience to me. The issue was taken up with mobikwik several times but they have intimated only one thing that recharge was successful at their end and ask me to obtain written evidence from bsnl that my recharge is not yet done to concerned mobile. I have speak with bsnl customer service number 1503 thrice and they informed that bsnl have not received any recharge request/amount rs.138/- from mobikwik for recharge of concerned mob on 6/5/20 onwards and expressed their enabliity to provide any written documents in this regards. The same was communicated to mobikwik immediately but mobikwik has informed the same thing again and again that recharge was successful at their end. If the recharge was successful then why i did not get the same till date. This is the real dirty practice of mobikwik to harass the enocent customer and not bother to resolve their issue. I have decided to stop to recharge anything wef.6/5/20 onwards through mobikwik till my issue is resolved. I request to mobikwik to restrain themselves from this kind of i'll practices with customer in future. If i not get back rs.138/- then it would be a huge loss for me at this period of juncture due to spread out of covid-19 across the country. Moreover, i am not in a position to speak any one for want of recharge from my mobile. My condition is very pathetic because according to mobikwik, untill and unless they receive any written evidence from bsnl, mobikwik wouldn't refund my amount and other hand bsnl expressed their enabliity to provide any written documents in this regard. Kindly lookinto the matter at the earliest enable me to get my amount back.

MY ISSUE IS STILL PENDING AND NOT YET RESOLVED BUT UNFORTUNATELY MOBIKWIK HAS MENTIONED THAT MY ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
My issue is not yet resolved
First try resolve my issue. The same not yet resolved.

The same was intimated to mobikwik with a request to refund my amount but they have sent the same msg that my recharge was successful at their end (Copy enclosed). If my recharge was successful then why i hv not received the same till date. Kly look into the matter at yr end enable me to get my amount back.

    Today is 16/5/20 and my recharge was done on 6/5/20 but still I am not getting any quick and fruitful response from Mobikwik. Condition is very pathetic and un acceptabl.

    ON 16/5/20 I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME MSG FROM MOBIKWIK MENTIONING THAT RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL AT THEIR END AND ASK ME TO OBTAIN WRITTEN DOCUMENTS FROM BSNL AUTHORITY IN FAVOUR OF MY CLAIM THAT MY MOBILE RECHARGE IS NOT YET MATERIALISED. I REQUEST MOBIKWIK AUTHORITY TO DIAL BSNL CUS SER 1503 FROM ANY BSNL MOBILE AND ASCERTAIN ABOUT AUTHENTICATION OF MY CLAIM. I REQUEST U TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST FAILING WHICH I WILL POST MY ISSUE TO ALL SOCIAL MEDIA WITH DOCUMENTS ABOUT NEGLIGENCE OF MOBIKWIK AUTHORITY TO RESOLVE THE GENUINE PROBLEM OF INOCENT CUSTOMER WHICH MAY SEND A NEGATIVE SIGNAL AMONG THE PEOPLE TOWARDS MOBIKWIK MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY.     IN RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT MOBIKWIK HAS INFORMED ME ON 18/5/20 THAT MY ISSUE HAS BEEN REFERRED TO A SPECIAL TEAM OF MOBIKWIK WHICH MAY TAKE TWO DAYS TO ESCALATE THE ISSUE. ACCORDINGLY ON 21/5/2020 MOBIKWIK HAS INFORMED ME THAT ON CHECKING IT IS FOUND THAT MY RECHARGE WAS FAILED AND MY AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY WALLET. INITIALLY MOBIKWIK WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN MY CLAIM THAT RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE TO THE CONCERNED MOB. IT TOOKS 16 DAYS TO RESOLVED MY ISSUE. IN THIS 16 DAYS MY CONDITION WAS PATHETIC BECAUSE OUT GOING CALL WAS STOP FOR WANT OF THE RECHARGE. IN VIEW OF THE CARELESSNESS AND NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF MOBIKWIK I AWARDED ONE STAR TO MOBIKWIK WITH A REQUEST NOT TO REPEAT THIS KIND OF ILL PRACTICE WITH INOCENT CUSTOMER IN FUTURE. IT IS TO BE MENTIONED THAT I HAVE ALREADY DISCONTINUED FOR USE OF MOBIKWIK FOR ANY KIND OF RECHARGE ETC IN FUTURE. FROM MY END GOOD BUY MOBIKWIK FOR EVER BUT YOU REMEMBER ME ALWAYS FOR MY DRASTIC STEP ENABLE ME TO GET BACK MY REFUND.

        Sir, i am adv. Arunkumar from kerala. On 11/5/2020 at about 1.35 a. M i was recharge my mobile through mobikwik application rs.51 (48.46) rs debited from my sbi account. But the mobile was not recharged till now and that amount will not returned to my account. My mobile number [protected].
        That mobikwik application registered the mobile number is another number that is [protected]. Now i am also produced the messages from sbi for the debit amount. If you have any further clarification please call my number [protected]

              Very worst services worst application worst staff. Fraud company. I took loan from mobikwik they start moratorium service on my account and when i said i don't want they start trying [censored] things and not cancelling my moratorium to take interest from me. And so many things more which proofs mobikwik is fraud company.

                Money is debited from my credit card of rupees 45 for Airtel number ([protected])recharge of (rupees 45). Error is seen, after the completion of the transaction from the credit card but the money was debited from the credit card. So, refund it at the earliest.                                   Dear team,
                                  I want to complaint regarding fraudulent transaction by register mobile numbers in mobikwik.

                                  I have placed order value of rs.
                                  1000/ on 4th april, 2020, on mob: [protected] and [protected] after which amount was deducted from my credit card. Below is the msg for your ref:

                                  Alert: you've spent rs.1000.00 on credit card xx5932 at mobikwik on[protected]:18:39:03. Avl bal - rs.783410.76, curr o/s - rs.16589.24. Not you? Call [protected].

                                  Post that, person blocked my number and not responding to calls. For security reasons, i had to block my credit card to avoid unauthorized debit.
                                  Further investigated that they are looting continuously to people over phones. They have updated these mobile numbers with reputed shops on the google search where people are getting trapped.

                                  My further request to please take immediate action and help me. I will be highly thankful if my hard earned money will be refunded and those fraudulent persons will be behind bars.

                                  Attached copy of police complaint is for your reference.

                                  Further to my complaint, I want to inform you that I am getting threatening calls from same pple to take back complaint. The number from which I receive calls is [protected] and [protected].

                                  They are calling with new numbers to trap people like us. They must have cheated many people and these criminals should caught immediately.

                                  I would request your support to resolve this issue and help me getting refund and lodge police complaint from your end.

                                        Sir on date 12th april 2020 i booked hp gas cylinder from mobikwik with rupees 789.50 with my order id mk[protected] with full amount paid online
                                        Sir on date 16th april cylinder was delivered to me with slip of 789.50 rupees as cash on delivery order i discussed whole matter with delivery boy that i paid online but after so much discussion he said he will go now and will not deliver cylinder if i not pay him full amount of 789.50 rupees again in cash sir so at last i paid him as cash also and now when i complaint about this with mobikwik on same date of 16th april i shared photo slip of delivery also with them they till now not properly replying to me saying please do complaint on bbps option on their application i tried but it was giving error from so many days so i called mobikwik on their customer care number they told me bbps compliant they filed and given me complaint number = api[protected] & api[protected].
                                        Bur sir all those compliant numbers they given seems to be fake because they told me go to bbps option on their app and click existing compliant and enter this number you will get details about resolution but when i try to do this it was "complaint not found" sir i m frustrated now because now they are not replying to my query i want my money of online booking as back to my source because in hp gas there is no option as they adjust bill in another delivery or anything they deliver when we book and pay them i m clear frustrated now my registered mobikwik mail id [protected]@gmail.com & mobile number [protected].
                                        Sir my this complaint is for 3 companies mobikwik, hp gas and bbps because all of them not solving my query kindly solve my issue and initaited my online paid amoyunt as refund please beacuse i already paid whole amount in cash also if they want delivery slip i can provide them that also
