        I had taken a loan from mobikwik and from last 2 months i was unable to pay my loan amount and i have requested them for loan opt because of this lockdown.
        But any how i manage the cash and i had paid the amount for 1 month and i'm ready to clear my due but there application is not accepting to complete the payment.
        But whenever i get money in bank account they are deducting it and saying it as penalty.
        So i need my extra money or do something to resolve it

          Hello team,
          I did 2 transaction of 20k each on 7th of mar 2020 to merchant muthooth finance. 1 transaction has been received by them and another one they have not received. I have raised many complaint with both parties and the mobikwik confirmed that trsaction is successful and contact merchant.
          I did contacted them many times even they have confirmed that amount not received in their account. I got the email confirmation as well from them.
          So now i did contacted and sent all the information to them and they are closing ticket's without the proper solution. Now where is my amount gone and stuck and who will refund this amount.
          I appreciate please help me in resolving this issue because it's more than 2 months now and no resolution from mobikwik.

          I have attached screenshot of transaction, ticket number screen shot and muthoot finance confirmation. Please help me on this.

              I had done a recharge of rs. 149 on my mobikwik app for my airtel number on 18 may 2020 around 10:30 am and money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge not done in my airtel number [protected]. And i had also emailed them but no response till now. I think mobikwik is not that good that i expected. Mobikwik has turned me down and disappointed me. I think it is a fraud company such thinks come to my mind.
              Please mobikwik take some action and refund my money as soon as possible else i will not recommend my friends to use mobikwik again. I want quick response from you i[censored] really are a good company

                I recharge a phone operator bsnl from mobikwik rs 187 using debit card but the they said (mobikwik)said the recharge failure but my money is debit from my account after the says it refund to the bank but it didnt credit to my account

                    I didn't a recharge of rs.118 in bsnl through there mobikwik app and opted for the combo25 coupon which would give me rs 25 cashback but these cheaters didn't gave any cashback and are not even receiving my phone calls

                      Irctc cancelled my ticket and issued refund on 2nd May, 2020. But mobikwik has not yet refunded to my wallet . Following up since 1 week but to no avail.

                        Due to covid -19 i am job less from jan 2020. Every day they call me for emi and message, and email receiving from mobikwik.
                        I told them when i join my new company i will clear your dues.

                          I had recharge one bsnl mob on 6/5/20 for rs.138/- through mobikwik and accordingly the amount has been deducted from my account but i did not get the recharge till 15.5.20 causing great inconvenience to me. The issue was taken up with mobikwik several times but they have intimated only one thing that recharge was successful at their end and ask me to obtain written evidence from bsnl that my recharge is not yet done to concerned mobile. I have speak with bsnl customer service number 1503 thrice and they informed that bsnl have not received any recharge request/amount rs.138/- from mobikwik for recharge of concerned mob on 6/5/20 onwards and expressed their enabliity to provide any written documents in this regards. The same was communicated to mobikwik immediately but mobikwik has informed the same thing again and again that recharge was successful at their end. If the recharge was successful then why i did not get the same till date. This is the real dirty practice of mobikwik to harass the enocent customer and not bother to resolve their issue. I have decided to stop to recharge anything wef.6/5/20 onwards through mobikwik till my issue is resolved. I request to mobikwik to restrain themselves from this kind of i'll practices with customer in future. If i not get back rs.138/- then it would be a huge loss for me at this period of juncture due to spread out of covid-19 across the country. Moreover, i am not in a position to speak any one for want of recharge from my mobile. My condition is very pathetic because according to mobikwik, untill and unless they receive any written evidence from bsnl, mobikwik wouldn't refund my amount and other hand bsnl expressed their enabliity to provide any written documents in this regard. Kindly lookinto the matter at the earliest enable me to get my amount back.

                            ON 16/5/20 I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME MSG FROM MOBIKWIK MENTIONING THAT RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL AT THEIR END AND ASK ME TO OBTAIN WRITTEN DOCUMENTS FROM BSNL AUTHORITY IN FAVOUR OF MY CLAIM THAT MY MOBILE RECHARGE IS NOT YET MATERIALISED. I REQUEST MOBIKWIK AUTHORITY TO DIAL BSNL CUS SER 1503 FROM ANY BSNL MOBILE AND ASCERTAIN ABOUT AUTHENTICATION OF MY CLAIM. I REQUEST U TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST FAILING WHICH I WILL POST MY ISSUE TO ALL SOCIAL MEDIA WITH DOCUMENTS ABOUT NEGLIGENCE OF MOBIKWIK AUTHORITY TO RESOLVE THE GENUINE PROBLEM OF INOCENT CUSTOMER WHICH MAY SEND A NEGATIVE SIGNAL AMONG THE PEOPLE TOWARDS MOBIKWIK MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY. I REQUEST MOBIKWIK AUTHORITY TO CHECK MY RECORDS WHERE I HAVE RECHARGE MORE THEN 10, 000 RUPEES THROUGH MOBIKWIK DURING LAST ONE YEAR. SUBMITTED FOR KIND PERUSAL AND NEEDFUL ACTION.                             IN RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT MOBIKWIK HAS INFORMED ME ON 18/5/20 THAT MY ISSUE HAS BEEN REFERRED TO A SPECIAL TEAM OF MOBIKWIK WHICH MAY TAKE TWO DAYS TO ESCALATE THE ISSUE. ACCORDINGLY ON 21/5/2020 MOBIKWIK HAS INFORMED ME THAT ON CHECKING IT IS FOUND THAT MY RECHARGE WAS FAILED AND MY AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY WALLET. INITIALLY MOBIKWIK WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN MY CLAIM THAT RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE TO THE CONCERNED MOB. IT TOOKS 16 DAYS TO RESOLVED MY ISSUE. IN THIS 16 DAYS MY CONDITION WAS PATHETIC BECAUSE OUT GOING CALL WAS STOP FOR WANT OF THE RECHARGE. IN VIEW OF THE CARELESSNESS AND NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF MOBIKWIK I AWARDED ONE STAR TO MOBIKWIK WITH A REQUEST NOT TO REPEAT THIS KIND OF ILL PRACTICE WITH INOCENT CUSTOMER IN FUTURE. IT IS TO BE MENTIONED THAT I HAVE ALREADY DISCONTINUED FOR USE OF MOBIKWIK FOR ANY KIND OF RECHARGE ETC IN FUTURE. FROM MY END GOOD BUY MOBIKWIK FOR EVER BUT YOU REMEMBER ME ALWAYS FOR MY DRASTIC STEP ENABLE ME TO GET BACK MY REFUND.

                                Sir, i am adv. Arunkumar from kerala. On 11/5/2020 at about 1.35 a. M i was recharge my mobile through mobikwik application rs.51 (48.46) rs debited from my sbi account. But the mobile was not recharged till now and that amount will not returned to my account. My mobile number [protected].
                                That mobikwik application registered the mobile number is another number that is [protected]. Now i am also produced the messages from sbi for the debit amount. If you have any further clarification please call my number [protected]

                                      Very worst services worst application worst staff. Fraud company. I took loan from mobikwik they start moratorium service on my account and when i said i don't want they start trying [censored] things and not cancelling my moratorium to take interest from me. And so many things more which proofs mobikwik is fraud company.
