Dear team,
I want to complaint regarding fraudulent transaction by register mobile numbers in mobikwik.
I have placed order value of rs.
1000/ on 4th april, 2020, on mob: [protected] and [protected] after which amount was deducted from my credit card. Below is the msg for your ref:
Alert: you've spent rs.1000.00 on credit card xx5932 at mobikwik on[protected]:18:39:03. Avl bal - rs.783410.76, curr o/s - rs.16589.24. Not you? Call [protected].
Post that, person blocked my number and not responding to calls. For security reasons, i had to block my credit card to avoid unauthorized debit.
Further investigated that they are looting continuously to people over phones. They have updated these mobile numbers with reputed shops on the google search where people are getting trapped.
My further request to please take immediate action and help me. I will be highly thankful if my hard earned money will be refunded and those fraudulent persons will be behind bars.
Attached copy of police complaint is for your reference.

Further to my complaint, I want to inform you that I am getting threatening calls from same pple to take back complaint. The number from which I receive calls is [protected] and [protected].
They are calling with new numbers to trap people like us. They must have cheated many people and these criminals should caught immediately.
I would request your support to resolve this issue and help me getting refund and lodge police complaint from your end.
