My mother's mobile number received Mobikwik OTP, even she doesn't use Mobikwik and never used it in past, she jist uses the number to make phone calls only.

I'm worried that someone is trying to use my mom's number to make a fraud out of it.

      Hi,

      Irctc ticket has been cancelled but the amount not refunded. Irctc realese the amount but is not refunded by mobikwik. Transaction details are as follows, transaction id: [protected]

      Please look into it and refund the amount to the user ASAP.

            I have paid my mobile bill but the amount was not paid. Mobikwik people told they will resolve the issue and asked me to share my mobikwik screen and asked me to add money to the wallet and I was doing the same also they have debited my money from my card again and the total amount comes to 7510

                I have never registered my mobile number with Mobikwik. Yet on 15th April 2020 I got a message which had an OTP and it also mentioned it will expire in 15 minutes from then. Could someone look into this as soon as possible and let me know who tried to link my number?

                  On 11th april 2020, an amount of rs.10, 000 used by mobikwik gurgaon and on 12th april rs 5000 has been used at www.mobikwik.com without my authorisation.

                  No messages from hdfc nor from mobikwik, today when i got the message from hdfc with overlimit, then only i checked the statement.

                  Please let ume know for further course of action to be taken at my end.
                  Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    I made a credit card bill payment of icici bank on 09 apr. Till date the amount is not credited to my card. Due to this im paying escalated interest rate on daily basis. My customercare query is still showing pending status. Further i advice all to refrain from using mobikwik for credit card bill payment as it can land you in trouble. My order id - mbk[protected]

                                This is to inform you that on 3rd april 2020 at 11.45 am i was making payment of my hdfc credit card from my ubi bank account through mobikwik. So rs.2994/- was deducted from my bank account. And on very next there was an error to complete the payment process. So i did the same after few time. And it's deducted 2nd time from my account to complete my bill payment.
                                Now i haven't yet get back my first transaction money which was incomplete to pay due to an error. Neither it's showing in mobikwik wallet. Infact it's totally untrackable. Even after so many mails they had taken no action. Also their all service centre numbers are not responding at all. Even my mobikwik wallet is disabled too from last 36 hours. Please solve above all issues.

                                Also wants to inform you that I have already checked my HDFC credit card statement regarding payment. only one payment has done after two deductions from my bank account. Where is another payment?

                                    Please help me in this worst situation my wallet account is zero and the person who is calling me as a Mobikwik representative is harrasing me, and asking my card number, card date and cvv number he has already made payment to a merchant of Rs 20000/- and Im asking to refund my money he is not providing his customer support details also

                                        I had recharged my electricity bill of rs 1416 (Kerala board) through mobikwik app. On checking it is found that the recharge is not succesful and the amount had been debited from my account. The order id is 903ea76594a0. The recharge is done on 04..4.2020. Even i had contacted kerala electricity board and state bank of india. Even they came into the opinion it is the mistake of mobikwik application and they even said there are frequent complaints of this type aginst mobikwik and other online payment applications. Please look into the complaint and take necessary action. If not, i may even go to consumer court on behalf of my complaints and other who are facing these sort of complaint as am an advocate. So either credit the amount into my account as soon as possible or make the recharge successful.
