Hello sir, on 23rd march 2020. I used mobikwik app to purchase amazon e-gift card worth rs 678. I used my debit card as a payment mode. Amount got deducted from my account is 644.1 and 33.89 by applying super cash. But still i have not received the gift card from mobikwik. I already raised a complaint on this but no response from mobikwik. I am posting my transaction details below.

Complaint marked as Resolved They called me ...and asked for some kind of otp ...they were not willing to speak in english ..i cant understand as well ...so i didnt share the otp which was sent to my mobile ...becoz mobikwik itself says they wont call or mail ask for otp ...so i told them that and they put down my call ... Later another call came but it wasnt clear ...so i cut that too ...and later came the notification of my gift card .
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Yesterday my customer has transferred money into my account but it is not showing in my wallet. Kindly resolve issue at earliest i need money
