I transfer a payment to my friend
It deduct from my account but not transferred into his account please reverse the amount in my account
Or complete the transaction but do it today or at least tomorrow it's urgent i borrowed this money i have to return it i need serious help from you there is no contact info or customer care no in mobikwik so didn't find a way to contact them help me thnks a lot

    I have paid 02 credit card bills money also deducted and but credit card bills not paid.

    My money of 18000 rs stucked in this wallet.

    They are not giving impotatat on this.

    I think they are not able to give the services.

    Called on care number so much longer waiting for response.

      Received a call from no [protected] friday 13th march 2020 stating online kyc update from the person by name rahul agarwal stating his id: ewe01055 sector 5 noida and his boss name is santosh subramanyam bearing id: bmk070749

      Me by name srinivas. M lodging a complaint
      During the due course of a conversation, he asked me to install the mobikwik app

      I was shocked when i checked my bank balance after the conversation

      He frauded with 2 transactions (A) 1026/- (B) 5000/-

      Need the justice

        Hi this is vishal, last night 14/03/2020 at around 2.56 till 4.10am i received an unauthorised otp's on my mobile numbers. ([protected] & [protected]). First thing i like to inform is i do not have an mobikwik wallet or account. So i would like to know how this otp's were generated on my mobile numbers. Do take necessary action and resolve this issue

        I made electricity payment through mobikwik you payment of 804₹ including super coins of 35 and my amount is 770, transaction was failed but amount debited from my account it is almost 6 days but thei is no trace of refund of amount

          Hi,
          Ticket no.#14109242.
          On 5th, march 2020, i want pay my credit card bill for rs.1726/- through mobikwik. Wallet balance is rs.9.69/.
          To add money, i transferred rs.1719.11/- through upi. My account debited. But credit card was not credited and wallet balance also rs.9.69/- only.
          Immediately i made compliant through 'help'.
          There onward, i have not received any response. And it is showing 'in progress'.
          How can i get money back..

          Still my above complaint are not resolved. Please take necessary action against Mobikwik.
          Electricity bill payment rs 464.61 (5:41pm) on Mobikwik, debited by Paytm bank 13.03.2020.But not success and money paid on zaak epayment services, sir please refund my money

            Ticket no.#14059403.
            On 6th, i want pay my credit card bill for rs.11000/- through mobikwik. Wallet balance is rs.7/.
            To add money, i transferred rs.10993/- through gpay. My account debited. But credit card was not credited and wallet balance also rs.7/- only.
            Immediately i made compliant through 'help'.
            There onwards, i have not received any response. And it is showing 'in progress'.
            How can i get money back..

            Still also not resolved.. It is too bad..Mobikwik is not responding. And in app also it isshowing as 'in process'
            Very bad in responding and Handling Consumer Compliant.
            I do transfer money to my friend but money deducted on my bank account but money not be transferred to my friend account.alredy I raised complaint on this problem but no one given reply is my ticket I'd : 14142234

              I have made 10000 rs from wallet to my citi bank on 3rd march but the amount is debited from wallet not credited into account. I have raised compliant using help button on 3rd march itself ticket number 14018239 still the issue not solved. I have checked with my bank also there is no issue from bank end.

              I have tried to contact you via customer care no one picking call waited nearly 2hrs. I reported in twitter account also no one responding to my tweet.

              Kindly do the needful asap basis.

                Dear Sir,

                Yesterday I did Reliance Jio recharge of Rs. 555/- for my wife number [protected] by Mobikwik app Rs. 555/- deducted from my Bank account but recharge not done. Since tried many times on customer care number of Mobikwik many times but no one is picking phone. Also I did report to Mobikwik helpdesk which complaint is still not been responded by Mobikwik helpdesk team.

                It is my request to Mobikwik team please refund my money or make recharge to my wife number of Rs. 555/- which has been deducted from my bank account.
                Otherwise I am going to file complaint to consumer forum of India regarding this cheating.

                  I made a recharge through mobikwik wallet vide transaction id: xxxxxxxxx2730 of rs.399 as on[protected]. The mobile number recharged is xxxxxx7692 idea. Total amount 399 (-) super cash applied 19.94=paid 379.06.

                  For that amount deducted from my card rs.379.06. But recharge is not successful. Supercash also not updated. History shows "paid from card (#orderid:xxxxxxxxx2730)".

                  Please refund my amount.

                    I have taken loan of 4000/- from wifi cash loan app..., while repaying the same amount today at 10/3/2020 through mobiwik transfer money got debited but didn't credit in wifi cash account... Even it is not reflecting in the transaction history, kindly solve the issue as early as possible, it is for medical purpose i opted for loan and want to continue transcations in future, which might make blacklisted...

                      Hi sir,
                      I paid my credit card bill payment of 2000 rs in which 1987 from my account and 13 rs from wallet in one transaction how ever my wallet amount of 13 rs was not debited from this transaction but 1987 rs was debited from my account when i logged a complaint with mobikwik they stated this transaction was successful if this is successful i want to know why my credit card bill was not yet processed and why 13 rs from my wallet amount was not yet debited and this transaction was not shown in the history aswell i need my 1987 rs to my account please help it's more than 8 days no resolution yet provided by mobikwik for tue ticket i have raised with them

                      I have paid my mobile postpaid bill from mobikwik app and I can see there is no invoice available or the bill paid. I have made number of complaints against this and seems no one is reacting to those or working on my complaints. It's been 6 days and no one is responding properly. I want someone to look into this.

                        I have made my postpaid mobile bill using mobikwik and amount got deducted but i see there is no payment made against my number even after deducting the amount. I want to look into this and solve my issue. I have reached customer care manier times and i see no response and i have written this complain over the application and it's been 4 days no one is looking.

                        What is the status on this compliant. It's been 10 days and no one resolved my issue from mobikwik. Mobikwik is a looting company which is making money like this.

                        Both the numbers of customer care are not working
                        If possible I would give mobikwik a negative rating.. they are looting people like this and not bothered about all the complaints it's been 10days and they still didn't provide me the solution.

                          On 21-feb-2020 in the last from 12 to 13 pm) hrs i got several message for fraud activity transaction and there is huge amount deducted from my account. Below are the details —

                          Card transaction fraud — card number (Citi bank — credit card)
                          Case no 0353 — 10 inr
                          Case no 0357 — 9999.00 inr
                          Case no 0358 — 19, 990.00 inr

                          Wallet transaction fraud —
                          5000 transferred to unknown number — [protected]
                          Then again 5000 transferred to unknown person lalu santra

                          I still didn't get my amount refunded, which was supposed to credited by 25-feb-20 but today is 27th now? Please tell me the reason why immediately n credit the amount before 4 pm today. My wallet is blocked so i cant check anything.
                          Resolve this is on highest priority.

                            I booked a ticket through uts rail connect app. The payment has proceed upto otp verification through mobile ik payment and after that process automatically cancelled and ticket was not booked.
                            So there is no booking takes place but amount deducted from my debit card. Please help me out from this and hou i get my refund.

                              While purchasing amazon pay gift card through mobikwik, amount got debited but gift card not received and refund was also not received. Order id:59ffed3fbacd7. Screen prints of amount debited and gift card not received attached. There's is no response to my ticket id 14050268 raised via mobikwik help menu. No customer care number to report about the issue

                                On 22/02/2020 i made a purchase on myntra app for rs.2549/- and paid using my mobikwik wallet linked to my mobile number [protected]. This transaction failed immediately with mobikwik app and its invoice is not available on mobikwik website aswell, but the money was debited from my bank account. I raised a complaint with mobikwik for claiming refund of this amount into my mobikwik wallet 10 days ago, but there has been no response from them. Further, as mobikwik does not provide any on-call or e-mail assistance, i am unable to contact them any further to get this issue resolved. As requested by mobikwik, i have attached the e-mail received from myntra stating that the transaction had failed. Request your help in resolving this issue.

                                  Yesterday i got a call from 91 [protected] purported tobe from hdfc bank stating that an amount of 10000 is available to you as a bonus. Then she asked for my debit card details. I refused to give as no bank asks for that. But she somehow convinced me and she collected detail. Three or four times otp came. She told me that that card is not working and asked if i have any other card. So i gave her my citi card. Initial messages were "payment declined by bank".
                                  When i checked my messages i really lost 10000 from dfc bank and 10000 from citi card
                                  Immediately i cancelled the cards. All these payments were effected through mobikwik. Their customer care numbers [protected] and [protected] are not responding. No email of mobikwik is shown at their site.

                                  Please take immediate actions to refund my money.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have paid rs20000 for credit card thorough mobikwik on 25th february, 20. I have raised complainant on 27th of february that money is refunded or credited to my credit card account. But after that they will not refund my money or it's not reflected to my credit card also. Tried to contact them multiple time till date but no response. Today is 4th march but i dint get any response or refund. Please solve it.

                                      My money Rs.2906 has been credited towards 11wickets on 4th jan 2020. I made a complaint to mobiqwick team. They first asked me to submit a photo copy of my ID proof, then they asked to fill a questionnaire. But all for nothing, finally now on 28 feb they are telling me to approach cyper crime. There has been no consent OTP sms asked for this transaction. I do not know what to do?!! Herewith I submitting my screenshot of fraudulent transaction. The wrong marked transaction are not done by me.kindly help!
