Maine union bank of india se sbi credit card ka mobikwik app se payment kiya tha lekin transaction failed ho gaya union bank of india se payment deduct ho gaya lekin abhi tak refund aaya nahin 14 days go gaye customer care number bhi nahin lag raha hai samne se reply bhi nahi aa raha hai mail kiya mobikwik apps pe complaint screen short bhej phir bhi koi reply nahi transaction ref i'd[protected] amt 7500 aap ko bhi screen short bheja hoon please reply

    This is sandeep kumar pal from ghaziabad.
    Today i am making a complaint for unauthorised transactions made by mobikwik last sunday from my credit card
    I took money from credit card in my bank account but the money has been deducted from the credit card and has not come to the bank account yet after which i am having a lot of trouble
    To get reimbursement i tried to contact them by phone calls and mails but got no response.
    Moreover i also tried to write the matter to customer support assistant in help and support @mobikwik whereas they gave me a ticket id 13947358 and said to wait for 24 hrs but nothing happened till now.
    All in all inthe end,
    I want my 22375 rupees back. I think you guys will help me out in this concern. Tia.

      I had done a payment of rs.349 for combo 349 plan of bsnl for my mobile. This plan has a validity of 54 days and i did it on 25th february 2020 through my debit card. The money was transferred and later i got the message that my validity is over on 26th february 2020. I lost my money and didn't get the service. I need my money back. Kindly do the needful

        Hi,

        On 21-feb-2020 in the last from 12 to 13 pm) hrs i got several message for fraud activity transaction and there is huge amount deducted from my account. Below are the details —

        Card transaction fraud — card number (Citi bank — credit card)
        Case no 0353 — 10 inr
        Case no 0357 — 9999.00 inr
        Case no 0358 — 19, 990.00 inr

        Wallet transaction fraud —
        5000 transferred to unknown number — [protected]
        Then again 5000 transferred to unknown person lalu santra

        I still didn't get my amount refunded, which was supposed to credited by 25-feb-20 but today is 27th now? Please tell me the reason why immediately n credit the amount before 4 pm today. My wallet is blocked so i cant check anything.
        Resolve this is on highest priority.

        My money is not transfer in other accounts,
        Still Im waiting for my refund in spite of multiple mails and calls I have not received any response from Mobikwik.

          I have made 15610 rs payment from my icici credit card. After some time it shows error. My money has been debited and i received message that money has been added to my wallet. But there is no money in my wallet. I searched in history it shows refund of the same amount but i didn't received any money in my account. I need my money very urgently.. I am in a trouble. Please look over it immediately.

            I wish to bring to your notice, that i had a fraudulent transaction which took place on 25th of feb 2020, using my credit card.

            No otp was used, or any other type of confirmation was given but the money went out of my account.

            I am a retired person, and this was almost all the savings that i had. Please help me.

            I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and kindly cancel this transaction and refund the money into my account. I am a senior citizen, and need all the help you can give me

                I have booked a ticket through irctc official application on 20th february 2020 for 21st february. The some of rs. 438.19 has been deducted from my bank account but the transaction not completed. As i request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.                     I was trying to pay my credit card bill for the amount of 1871 to card no.5334xxxxxxxx1647, the transaction was failed at your end, and i didn't take the screenshot for the same but money is debited from my account and sadly there is no transaction history available for the same on your website or app

                    My bank message (Dcb alert - your a/c no. *8686 is debited by inr 1871 on account of pos transaction. Avail bal in a/c inr 19885.50 dt: 21/02/2020 09:57:46 am)

                    Read again, i am raising a query on this transaction because there is no entry in history for that failed transaction, read again don't close the complaint without understanding

                      My mobikwik wallet is debited by mobikwik without my authorisation on 28/01/2020 for rs. 1400/- and 12/02/2020 for rs. 1076/-. When contacted mobikwik their reply was very simple either contact merchant vendor or police. They simply denied their liability. I request to award refund of my money plus rs. 1 lakhs for harrasment and to order shutting down this type of insecure company should be shut down to save many other consumers money.

                      On Feb 19 2020, I Have paid 560 rupees for electricty bill through MOBIKWIK web. But still tneb status shown as not paid.                         Dear sir, i have transferred amount rs 1540 rs to mobikwik wallet number [protected] in place of mobikwik walllet number [protected][protected] due to mistake .
                        So, please refund this amount into my mobikwik account number [protected].
                        On contacting to that person is not responding by not picking up my call
                        I have recharged an idea phone no. for Rs.219 on 20.01.2020. Amount is debited from my account (Rs.208/_ after discount). Mobikwik app showed that the transaction was successful. But the idea mobile company denied to refund the amount as they were not received the money credited into account. So kindly help me to refund the money.

                            I did not make any purchase still Rs.9785 got deducted from my wallet.
                            On 11th February 2020 at 07:31 am, a transaction was made from my Mobikwik Wallet. The transaction was of a Gift Card purchase to a merchant by name Rabindra Nath Das (I could see similar Fraudulent transactions by same name in the complain section of this website).

                              Your costomer care number is switched off.
                              I have not received any payment id. What is my payment status. What about my money. And what about the penalty which we paid regarding not payment.
                              I have made two written complaint regarding it. But not received any sigle reply.
                              I dont want to deactivate my account, but if mobiquick not satisfy his customer and incluse such unprofessional behavior, tten we are bound to force further action.

                              Please reply my query asap.

                                I have applied for personal loan on mobiwik walet and got approval of amt 52000, i placed withdrawal request however due to error amount from not credited in my account nor in wallet but still i am getting notification in my apps that i am liable to pay 5200 emi loan loan of 52000
                                Already raised concern multiple times in app also spoke to customer care still no resolution has been provided...

                                On date: 15th feb 2020, an unauthorized transaction of rs. 5596 has been done from my sbi debit card thru mobikwik. I asked for otp and within next 10 seconds my money has been debited from my account. I have complaint about it on the same day but didn't get any response. Kindly look into it and revert my money back to my account.

                                  Around 5 am on 15th jan i got 2 otps of transaction of 20 and 100 rs to vodafone idea. I was sleeping at that time.
                                  In morning i noticed that i lost total 120 rs from mobikwik account.
                                  There is serious security flaw with mobikwik application.
                                  I mailed customer service details and asked to refund my money as soon as possible.
                                  I have never shared any otp, login id password to anyone else.
                                  I asked multiple updates regarding my ticket-#[protected]Ticket id) still i havent got any response.

                                    On 12th feb 2020 i done a transfer mobikwik wallet to bank at the time my amount was deducted in my wallet and i check my history there i find 5198.39 and open that is shows no invoice data found and also gave a complaint but they are not respond on my complaint but they are mentioned.. There customer care department will look into that and reply with a solution in 2 to 3 working day’s till now i did'nt get any respose from mobikwik care. So please solve my problem..
                                    In future i never used this fraud site... I am actual in the need of money.
