Amounts i have sent for recharge have been retained in the mobikwik wallet. This retaining my money in the wallet is happened more than 30 times. We can understand those amounts sent for are for recharge from the size of the amounts. These amounts are not willingly deposited by me in the wallet.

Last time, about 10 days back when i sent rs. 98 for recharge, i came to see that the amount has not been sent for recharge to the airtel company. But, on the other hand, my account has been debited. When asking the mobikwik, there was an irrelevant answer misleading by redirecting me to some operator by giving operator id also to ask what happened to my money. Believing this, i put a call. But, there is a recorded answer such like that that we cannot use it.

What is peculiar is accidentally, i came to see in one of the pages of my gmail as my amount rs.98 has been transferred to the wallet. Like this, there are so many incidents happened to me. More than 30 times, the amounts had been transferred to the wallet, but, they had not at all again transferred to airtel or bsnl for recharge. The amounts in the wallet are not sent by me willingly. To test this, i sent rs.35 only for recharge. Of course, my mobile had been recharged, but i found the amount had been sent to airtel only through the wallet.

Now, i decided to withdraw the amounts in the wallet. It is enough if the amounts have been sent to the source.
If i apply for reversal or refund, there is a reply comes like as"allow us to resolve your queries..."
As per the conditions, the refund may take up to 14 days, if i apply for it, i am not able to withdraw my own money.
I won't like it to invest money in any system like mobikwik. Then why can't the money be returned to my bank...

    My name is raj mimrot. My problem is my security pin is blocked unblock you please fast it has been blocked for a long time i've been traying for a long time but if you can not unblock it, then do something for yourself. It was blocked 15 november 2019 4:10 pm please, try to unblock it as soon as you can. I'm having a lot of problems with this: i am not able to recharge and transition to b.

      Hi Team,

      My Father Chamel Singh faced fraud activity as some guy with mobile number: [protected] called my father and he knows my father's name and even know that he was serving in Army, and all details and asked for debit card details and by gaining all confidence, my father shared debit card details and he did transaction from his Mobikwik account using my father's debit card details and my father even did not share transaction OTP on registered mobile number, even then he was able to do transaction.

      I mean how Mobikwik can allow transaction without entering OTP sent to registered mobile number as my father did not sent OTP even then he withdrawn 10099 amount.

      Please check as soon as possible, else I will escalate this matter publicly on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram as Mobikwik is unsafe to use.

      I had downloaded the app loan hd given to me nd i am not able to open the app as it is showing user disabled had called several times to your customer care but my problem is not solved launched a mail then too my problem is not solved what should i do ??? I am not able to use that money

        I have load my wallet from Credit card to pay my Electricity Bill. But Mobikwik don't allow me to use the wallet balance for the payment. I already rise ticket due to this.They respond after three days, saying that

        "Dear User, Greetings from MobiKwik!This is in reference regarding your concernApologies for the inconvenience caused to you.We would like to inform you that credit card money will not be utilized for the electricity bill payment transactions.The same has been updated at the payment page on App. Kindly update your App to the latest version and check the details.Thanks for being a valued Mobikwik Customer

        Please help, probably they cheats their customer this way. They blocks my money, I can't utilize my money.

          I have transferred rs 100 to bank account from mobikwik wallet on 20-nov-2019. Amount get deducted from wallet but not credited to my bank account. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue. I am trying to contact on customer care but ivr recording only.
          It's more than 24 hrs and amount not credited in wallet or bank account.

            The Credit Card bill payment of ₹3100.0 for Card Number 4726XXXXXXXX9070 is being processed! Sir, मेने आज की तारीख 20/11/2019 को सुबह 9 बजे mobhikwik के माध्यम से SBI credit card का RS।. 3100/- का Bill pay किया है ओर मेरे SBI Account मे से Rs. 3100/- Debit हो गए है ओर Mobikwik का msg भी आया है की Bill Success But Credit Card का bill अभी तक PAy नहीं हौवा है ओर Mobikwik मे Bill Pending, अभी तक inprogrss मे है, sir मे सुबह से mobikwik customer care के सभी mobail नंबर से बात करने की कोसिस की है लेकिन बात अभी तक नहीं हुवी है ओर मीने Mobikwik Mobail app मीसे complain भी दर्ज कारवाई लेकिन अभी तक कोई mobikwik तरफ़्से msg या mail नहीं आया है की क्या हौवा है तो अप sir या तो Credit card का billy Success करके Bill Pay हो या तो RS. 3100/- मेरे SBI बैंक खाते मे वापस Forrwrd कर दो

              On 17nov 2019 i done a transfer mobikwik wallet to bank at the time showed insufficient balance after i refresh my account amount deducted in my wallet. And i go to check my history there i find -3652 and open that is shows no invoice data found...
              Ans also gave a complaints but they are giving lame replies to respond on my complaint..

              My registered mobile numbers

              [protected] - transaction amount 4995.41

              But they always mentioned.. There customer care department will look into that and reply with a solution in 3 working day’s.

              well i am get at least 10 calls from different number but everytime i am answering calls and they are releasing calls in the middle of conversations and then switching off phone this is clear case of harassment,
              I purchased 1gram gold on2 nov.2019 by mobikwik.delivery period 5 to 10day.But not find till today.please arrange order no.DG-22eb9ecd1dc4dcb delivery

                मीने आज की तारीख मे सुबह mobhikwik के माध्यम से sbi credit card का rs।. 3100/- का bill pay किया है ओर मेरे sbi account मे से rs. 3100/- debit हो गए है ओर आपके mobikwik का msg भी आया है की bill success but credit card का bill अभी तक pay नहीं हौवा है ओर आपके mobikwik मे bill pending है,
                तो अप sir या तो credit card का billy success करके bill pay हो या तो rs. 3100/- मेरे sbi बैंक खाते मे वापस forrwrd कर दो ।

                  I have raised this complaint yesterday, issue is still not resolved but mobikwik marked this complaint as resolved.
                  Without solution how come you guys saying complaint is resolved?

                    I received a call from [protected] on 05.11.2019 at 4.10 pm claiming to be Neha
                    from RBL bank. She asked for few bank details and after few minutes i started
                    getting withdrwal messages from bank . It has been shown in the message that the
                    amount has been fradulalently withdrawn into a Mobikwik account. The amount has
                    been withdrawn in two transactions, one of Rs. 60998/- and one of Rs. 11000/- i.e.
                    total of Rs. 71998/-. It is a clear case of fraud and has been done through
                    Mobikwik.

                        Cannot do the recharge of rs. 200 in rwallet.
                        Wanted to renew the train pass.
                        You always say that avoid to cue and all & when we go to uts app for recharge there is a problem like this.
                        Very very bad. I cannot renew it now. My balance in mobiwik is rs. 76. What is the use if i cannot get avail the facility. This is not a good service.
                        Please look into the matter.

                          I was transferring money from one mobikwik wallet to another. By mistake, it get transferred to a wrong mobile no. The money that is transferred to the wrong mobile no. Does not exist and also does not have mobikwik wallet on that no. Also. If possible then please revert the transaction amount to my wallet.

                            I have added a 9000 and 1000 rupee from my RedCarpet App pre paid card issued by Federal Bank respectively.
                            But then app automatically sign out me and then show you are disabled from using Mobikwik App.
                            I have urgently need of this money but now i am helpless.
                            Please help me out from this.
                            Mobikwik also responded satisfactorily.
                            I have get sma from Red Carpet app that amount is withdrawn from your card. I also contacted with red Carpet but they said on their side everything is fair and clear.
                            Mobikwik is not helping in that way which they are promising in their help Section.
                            The payment is done on 15 November 2019.

                              My name is veerendra kumar k, i had a transaction through mobikwik wallet on 4.11.2019 rs. 3578.80 to kissht finance, my amount was debited from account but not credited in merchants account. I have been writing so many mails to mobikwik no response from them. I written to kissht finance company they sent me mail they doesn't received money from me on above date. They sent me official confirmation mail and their accounts screenshot, iam approached both mobikwik but there is no response from them. Kindly look into issue and solve my problem.

                                Respected sir,
                                I am a. Venugopalan, requesting the mobikwik wallet authority to refund my money to my bank account, the source bank. Many amounts i sent for recharge had been kept in the wallet only. The amounts are sent only for recharge and not for deposits in the wallet. Without my knowledge, it has been diverted to the wallet. Last time, urgently i tried to recharge my mobile using mobikwik paying rs.98. But, the mobile was not recharged. When deeply noticing why mobile was not recharged, i came to understand that amounts have been withheld or kept in a wallet.
                                .
                                When i am trying for reversal, there is also, it is blocked, i think.
                                Now my request to the authorities is please refund my money as soon as possible. With full confidence with mobikwik, i used the app. But, now the situation is my monies have been wrongly sent to wallet...

                                With conference only, I selected mobikwik.The amounts are without my knowledge sent to the wallet. The amounts are sent only for recharge. Not intentionally for deposits in the wallet.

                                  Amounts i have sent for recharge have been retained in the mobikwik wallet. This retaining my money in the wallet is happened more than 30 times. We can understand those amounts sent for are for recharge from the size of the amounts. These amounts are not willingly deposited by me in the wallet.

                                  Last time, about 10 days back when i sent rs. 98 for recharge, i came to see that the amount has not been sent for recharge to the airtel company. But, on the other hand, my account has been debited. When asking the mobikwik, there was an irrelevant answer misleading by redirecting me to some operator by giving operator id also to ask what happened to my money. Believing this, i put a call. But, there is a recorded answer such like that that we cannot use it.

                                  What is peculiar is accidentally, i came to see in one of the pages of my gmail as my amount rs.98 has been transferred to the wallet. Like this, there are so many incidents happened to me. More than 30 times, the amounts had been transferred to the wallet, but, they had not at all again transferred to airtel or bsnl for recharge. The amounts in the wallet are not sent by me willingly. To test this, i sent rs.35 only for recharge. Of course, my mobile had been recharged, but i found the amount had been sent to airtel only through the wallet.

                                  Now, i decided to withdraw the amounts in the wallet. It is enough if the amounts have been sent to the source.
                                  If i apply for reversal or refund, there is a reply comes like as"allow us to resolve your queries..."
                                  As per the conditions, the refund may take up to 14 days, if i apply for it, i am not able to withdraw my own money.
                                  I won't like it to invest money in any system like mobikwik. Then why can't the money be returned to my bank...

                                    My name is rahul ranjan. I have added rs.10 k on 17/10/2019 to my mobikwik account (Created through mobile number [protected]). After adding rs.10k to mobikwik account from my bank account, i tried to transfer the same amount to others and suddenly got to know that the account is been blocked by mobikwik. I have sent several email to [protected]@mobikwik.com according to the discussion with mobikwik customer care executive but there is no luck till now. My money pickpocket by mobikwik team and account also blocked by them. I tried to reset password with the help of forgot password in online site but it says invalid mobile number and email id. So it's my humble request to do the needful on priority and save indian's/our country making fool by mobikwik even this app should be banned in india. It's completely fraudulent company. Please help me to get my money back to my account which is earned by doing hard work as student.

                                      There is no positive response even after online consumer complaints. What is the use of this portal in India? Simply people are cheated by most of the Richest personals when they belongs to India or other countries. I think each and everything meant for richest personals whatever they want to do they can do.. Isn't it??

                                      Please take some necessary action if you have power...else no use of this site.

                                        Hi mobikwik this is the second time that for your incapability of providing better service i had to suffer.
                                        If paying credit-card bill is a big deal than you shouldn’t have put that option right???. If a failed transaction for a mobile recharge can be refund back within a minute than why my refund process is taking such a long time???. Again since i paid through by bank account so i need my refund back in my bank account.

                                        Issue solved but try to solve the issue within user & service provider don't let it happen that the situation goes to complaints forum.Again since last night i'm receiving many call's telling me that they are calling from mobikwik asking information like Debit-card no etc, today also i received a calling at 6 am regarding my issue most surprising is that they were unaware of that my issue has been resolved. when i told them that my issue is resolved, they used to turn the discussion in another way telling me that i have receive a cashback of RS 100. I'm getting calls repeatedly lastly i had no option but to switch-off my phone. I'm getting calls from this no-9007265978, 8670912101 & 9129948340
