My name is veerendra kumar k, i had a transaction through mobikwik wallet on 4.11.2019 rs. 3578.80 to kissht finance, my amount was debited from account but not credited in merchants account. I have been writing so many mails to mobikwik no response from them. I written to kissht finance company they sent me mail they doesn't received money from me on above date. They sent me official confirmation mail and their accounts screenshot, iam approached both mobikwik but there is no response from them. Kindly look into issue and solve my problem.

    Respected sir,
    I am a. Venugopalan, requesting the mobikwik wallet authority to refund my money to my bank account, the source bank. Many amounts i sent for recharge had been kept in the wallet only. The amounts are sent only for recharge and not for deposits in the wallet. Without my knowledge, it has been diverted to the wallet. Last time, urgently i tried to recharge my mobile using mobikwik paying rs.98. But, the mobile was not recharged. When deeply noticing why mobile was not recharged, i came to understand that amounts have been withheld or kept in a wallet.
    .
    When i am trying for reversal, there is also, it is blocked, i think.
    Now my request to the authorities is please refund my money as soon as possible. With full confidence with mobikwik, i used the app. But, now the situation is my monies have been wrongly sent to wallet...

    With conference only, I selected mobikwik.The amounts are without my knowledge sent to the wallet. The amounts are sent only for recharge. Not intentionally for deposits in the wallet.

      Amounts i have sent for recharge have been retained in the mobikwik wallet. This retaining my money in the wallet is happened more than 30 times. We can understand those amounts sent for are for recharge from the size of the amounts. These amounts are not willingly deposited by me in the wallet.

      Last time, about 10 days back when i sent rs. 98 for recharge, i came to see that the amount has not been sent for recharge to the airtel company. But, on the other hand, my account has been debited. When asking the mobikwik, there was an irrelevant answer misleading by redirecting me to some operator by giving operator id also to ask what happened to my money. Believing this, i put a call. But, there is a recorded answer such like that that we cannot use it.

      What is peculiar is accidentally, i came to see in one of the pages of my gmail as my amount rs.98 has been transferred to the wallet. Like this, there are so many incidents happened to me. More than 30 times, the amounts had been transferred to the wallet, but, they had not at all again transferred to airtel or bsnl for recharge. The amounts in the wallet are not sent by me willingly. To test this, i sent rs.35 only for recharge. Of course, my mobile had been recharged, but i found the amount had been sent to airtel only through the wallet.

      Now, i decided to withdraw the amounts in the wallet. It is enough if the amounts have been sent to the source.
      If i apply for reversal or refund, there is a reply comes like as"allow us to resolve your queries..."
      As per the conditions, the refund may take up to 14 days, if i apply for it, i am not able to withdraw my own money.
      I won't like it to invest money in any system like mobikwik. Then why can't the money be returned to my bank...

        My name is rahul ranjan. I have added rs.10 k on 17/10/2019 to my mobikwik account (Created through mobile number [protected]). After adding rs.10k to mobikwik account from my bank account, i tried to transfer the same amount to others and suddenly got to know that the account is been blocked by mobikwik. I have sent several email to [protected]@mobikwik.com according to the discussion with mobikwik customer care executive but there is no luck till now. My money pickpocket by mobikwik team and account also blocked by them. I tried to reset password with the help of forgot password in online site but it says invalid mobile number and email id. So it's my humble request to do the needful on priority and save indian's/our country making fool by mobikwik even this app should be banned in india. It's completely fraudulent company. Please help me to get my money back to my account which is earned by doing hard work as student.

          There is no positive response even after online consumer complaints. What is the use of this portal in India? Simply people are cheated by most of the Richest personals when they belongs to India or other countries. I think each and everything meant for richest personals whatever they want to do they can do.. Isn't it??

          Please take some necessary action if you have power...else no use of this site.

            Hi mobikwik this is the second time that for your incapability of providing better service i had to suffer.
            If paying credit-card bill is a big deal than you shouldn’t have put that option right???. If a failed transaction for a mobile recharge can be refund back within a minute than why my refund process is taking such a long time???. Again since i paid through by bank account so i need my refund back in my bank account.

            Issue solved but try to solve the issue within user & service provider don't let it happen that the situation goes to complaints forum.Again since last night i'm receiving many call's telling me that they are calling from mobikwik asking information like Debit-card no etc, today also i received a calling at 6 am regarding my issue most surprising is that they were unaware of that my issue has been resolved. when i told them that my issue is resolved, they used to turn the discussion in another way telling me that i have receive a cashback of RS 100. I'm getting calls repeatedly lastly i had no option but to switch-off my phone. I'm getting calls from this no-9007265978, 8670912101 & 9129948340

                I was booked air tickets by using Mobikwik wallet on Dtd 13 Nov 2019 @ 11:35am, payment was shown in app history successfully but not delivered to merchant account. When I called to Mobikwik customer care n others Mobile nos or any available land line numbers in google, it was surprised to me, no one ph number was working..one of them number put on hold more than 1hrs then also not connected.
                While I was filled complaints against this app in online consumer forum..on that reply i had reply from one of person named mr. Rahul Tripathi n he replied on mail to provide my contact number to him..I thought, Mobikwik is seriously considering my case n get back my hard earned money Rs. 10575. At same day evening @ 17:34 that person was called me & told, we will revert back your money immediately before go i need some tx information & card details which was used to refund in Mobikwik wallet. That person asked me otp no. for returning money of Rs. 10575. But that time this person was fraudeals with me & again same amount transferred in wallet & purchased Mantra E gift voucher also blocked my mobikwik wallet account.
                This fraud can possible only by Mobikwik support only.

                On same day I lost Rs. 21575 . When I checked where this e voucher used & found this user id s*n*a*s*g*g*@gmail.com

                At present my mobikwik account has been disabled.
                I too experienced the same thing today, this post is very helpful. Same guy called me from Mobikwik customer care number +[protected] and asking me to share OTP, its big tampering.

                  I have book air ticket on ixigo site by using payment gateway of mobikwik wallet, txn shown successfully under txn id ixi a376pqam756c67jkkn-2 on dated 13.11.2019 & sane amount deducted rs.10750 from wallet but doesn't generate ticket. While discussion with ixigo customer executive, they didnt get any amount from above txn id.

                  I have continue called on mobikwik customer care phone nos but no one responded & 02 nos has not working.

                  Kindly confirm my payment & reverse to my wallet.

                  I made a payment on 9th Nov for Electricity through Mobikwik app but it was not successful and deduct from my account. Money didn't refund in my account till now when will it reflect in my account.

                    Sir i had a complaint against your validation team my account got disable with money. They were looking for my all documents and according to them i had submitted all the documents (Adhar card, pan card, city card transaction details and statement), after that they did not give me a reply back or reactivate my account.                         Sir. Cyber phishing fraud with my credit card in mobikwik platefom by sending link http://rewardssbipoint.in/ i click that link and filled card details amount of 29999 deduct from my card and paid to www.mobikwik.com new delhi. I think this link come from sbi card after open link same sbi card web window open and this cyber phishing fraud happened
                        Immediate i inform sbi customer care and also mobile by mail and inform nearest police station khopoli maharashtra

                        I also mail mobikwik customer care and inform this fraud with my credit card.I request pl dispute the transaction reverse amount back to my card..
                        I made a payment for Electricity last days from Mobikwik app but It's got failed and deduct money from my account. I didn't get refund till now. Mobikwik shows in his status payment failed and money refund to wallet but still not found in my account.

                            @mobikwikswat i made a transaction at 5 pm on november 6, 2019, through mobikwik, i transferred the money from sbi credit card to my account through mobikwik, money deducted but amount not transferred, mobikwik show transaction bank refund, not refund in my sbi card.

                            Kindly help. Attached transaction screenshot. Transaction amount 20814.20/-.

                            Please help i needed the amount quickly.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Trust you are keeping well,

                              It's been around more than 4 weeks now that i have raised a concern regarding my payment of 3000 inr dated 4th oct, 2019 but still cannot see any progress from mobikwik help desk so writing you as an escalation.

                              Scenario is as follows,

                              1. I made a payment of 3000 inr via upi on 4th oct, 2019 towards my citi credit card bill.
                              2. Unfortunately, amount was not credited on card but got debited from my bank account, please see attached screenshot.
                              3. To get this resolved i contacted mobikwik customer service/help desk to check on how we can sort this issue out.
                              4. With this i had the worst ever experience with any of customer service in my life,
                              I) they do not pick calls, i have to wait for around a hours.
                              Ii) sometimes even after waiting a hour they simply disconnect the call, that is very ridiculous and annoying!!!
                              Iii) these guys don't know what impression will this put on customers!!
                              Iv) when i written emails i got irrelevant answers. They are asking me to contact bajaj finserv!! But there is no connection with bajaj finserv here then how even could they write this in their email??? Don't they know what an email is worth of?? They should know an email is a written confirmation and an official document that can be used against you!!
                              V) every time i call i need to explain while scenario again and then they ask for more time to resolve this but still not able to get this resolved.

                              Please help!!

                                I made an electricity bill payment of rs 42060 on 4 th november at 4:21 pm from bajaj wallet app powered by mobikwik. The amount has been deducted from my account but the bill is still not paid and the invoice of the transaction is also not available in the app.
                                I have been trying to contact the customer support system but i got no help.
                                Kindly solve my problem

                                  Received call on 30/10/2019 from +91 [protected] number and said calling from hdfc bank for payback balance and verification. They asked the detail and deducted amount many times before realizing that its a fake call. Some transaction to paytm and one transaction to mobikwik.

                                  Credit card is blocked now.

                                    The txn of rs 4135.00 was made by me on 1.11.19 at 4:43 pm via mobikwik upi app [protected]@ikwik to transfer rs 4135.00 from my sbi bank account number [protected] to finnovation tech account number [protected] ifsc code yesb0cmsnoc. The txn was failed and not succefull from mobikwik wallet eventhough the amount of rs 4135.00 is debitedfrom my sbi account number [protected] videtxn id no. Upi/dr/[protected]/finnovat/yesb/[protected]. Also not credited to finnovation tech account number [protected]. I requested to sbi and finnovationtech customer care to book my complaint but they refuse to book and advise me to takeup the case with the concerened app authority from txn is made and failed.                                     Recharge was failed...and did not receive any refund ...but they display a fake statement saying refund had received with same transaction id of recharge transaction id and i did not even receive any wallet balance ...when i try to contact coustomer care there is no response from them ..plss dont leave these fraud websites...

                                      I recharged my mobikwik wallet to rs.500 and used rs.40 for travelling using the quick ride app. I had an amount of rs.460 in my mobikwik wallet yesterday, but today it’s rs 0.0 with no transactions from my side. I am not able to report this issue to mobikwik as i am getting the error as “user is disabled” when i tried login to mobikwik account. How to get my money from mobikwik?

                                        I transferred money from mobikwik wallet (Details are as follows bank transfer to sushil[protected] transaction id: 8f0f31b53ab6 - but not credited in my bank account. But mean time it has been debited from the wallet. Several times i tried to connect with the customer care over the phone but not connected

                                        Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem by crediting money either in to bank account or bank account.
