My name is ashwni madan, i m from mp ashok nagar. One of the person told me on 19.10.19 that we are offering credit card so kindly download a bajaj finance app and submit the details. After submitting the details 26000 is cutted from my account.

Rs. 26000 is spent with card no xx9805 on 19-10-19, on "one mobikwik systems p gurgaon".

    We are getting calls from mobikwik service centers executives, they are taking in abuse language to person who are not at all responsible... We even don't know about site mobikwik till we get call from executives.

    If this repeats continously with us we will be reporting the same in police station.

    Don't know how come you people get our numbers and behave indecently with us. This is not at all acceptable.

    Getting calls as someone has taken loan on our numbers.

    I don't know wheather mobikwik is genuine site or not but if we receive calls again we will not sit quite.

      I am a victim of online fraud...my account is debited by 5000 rupees from my allahabad bank account Bangalore through pos porch mobiqwik without my knowledge. Please resolve my problem.
      The card was with me am not aware how it got deducted from my account. TODAY morning am getting a message that my account is debited by 5000...so many frauds are happening that we are safe in no ways

        Two unauthorized and fraudulant transactions were done from my sbi credit card and the amount totalling to rs. 28002 gone to some unknown mobikwik account. I have never used mobikwik in any sort whatsoever. I have lodged the complaint with sbi team and blocked the card. Kindly see the transactions at your end and stop/ reverse the payment at the earliest. The details are as under

        Debit from my sbi credit card ([protected])
        Amount: rs. 9001/- and rs. 19001/-
        Date of transaction: 20.10.2019 (At around 5:30 pm to 06:00 pm)
        Status of transaction: under settlement.
        Transaction type: unauthorized/ fraudulant.
        Amount transferred to: unknown mobikwik account.

        Your sincerest and prompt cooperation is expected on this matter.

            Yesterday, i received a call form no.: [protected] stating that i am from axis bank and this is the call regarding to redemption of cash back points of your credit card as today is the last date for redemption to avoid the lapses. The credit card details was correct as verified by fraudster on call same was not shared by me, i was got confirmed that call is from bank side only.

            They have then asked me for verification no that was sent on my registered mobile number. After sending the verification code twice 31000 was deducted thrice from my credit card. The amount was credited at one mobikwik system.
            Request you to help me asap. I have filed a fir on police station (Attached) for the same and submitted dispute form in bank. The contact no. (Provided above) is still active.

                Guys, stop using mobikwik services. They provide some exited products for financial transactions but at the same time there’s no security of your identity and may be money too, i believe. Example, i want to report fraud transactions happened with me by using my identity but these people put consumers on hold for min. 45mins to endless time even if they select fraud reporting option through ivr and take more than a month keeping your raised ticket unresolved. I called their customer care number on 18th sep, 2019 11:50am and was in waiting after 1 hour of hold for their executive to take my complaint. Believe me by using such unresponsive services anyone can take enough benefits of your e-wallet or identity if stolen as mobikwik’s support system is almost to zero.

                Mobikwik, wake up and be responsible. Don’t do business just for making money.

                  They had disabled my account from more than one months. And neither they are receiving my calls nor they're replying to my mails and nor they are activating my account. I'm complaining about this as i was having more than rs. 500 in my wallet. I just want that they should refund my money by any means of payment. Whether they want to activate my account or not i don't have any problem the problem that i'm having is they must return my money to me.

                      I had payed 13999 and have not got my refund.they are telling it was unsuccessful transaction but it was not ..so plz refund my amount..it's been 2 week...I had order on 3rd October..no customer care is picking up the call...and I have register a complain but they r also giving ticket and not responding properly...it's been 2 week ...I have not got any confirmation

                        I made a transaction on 16th september 2019 on uts app for renewing the monthly pass for my number and for my dad number however the transaction got failed and the amount was debited from my account and i have not received the refund till now. I have contacted uts and the nodal team and there is no response from mobikwik.
                        Uts told that they have already refunded the amount and contact mobikwik for the refund.

                        I made a payment of INR 9999.47 to my MOBIKWIK wallet from my HDFC bank account via netbanking, I want wallat to bank transfer but they did bank transfer to wallat Amount got deducted from my account now I make complaints regarding that amount but no one refund my money .I have tried getting in touch with the customer care of MIBIKWIK but no response I mailed them now they are not responding or reply

Ruppes 499 is deducted from my sbi debit card account but number is not recharged. I am recharged two time but recharged is not successful and my 499 ruppes debit two time of mobikwik and my total amount is 998 no response from there side. So thats why i write my experience here.and my money refund fastly please

                            I was transfering the said amount at about 11.21 pm monday the 14th october to a sbi account holder person. But the amount has not been deposited in his account.in history ofmobikwik it shows as refund to my credit card account. But till it is now about 2.00pm on 15th october it is not credited to my credit card account. After that very first transactions all my transaction was normally done.

                              I'm paid my loan amount in loan front through mobikwik payment gateway, amount wqs deducted from my side but not reflect in loanfront.
                              I'm contacted loan front but they told me that amount was hold by mobikwik so you have to contact mobikwik for further details and they only have to release the amount from their end.

                              So kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible now i need an amount urgently,

                              I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place on 12/10/2019, using my debit card. My father got a call from the number [[protected]]. The person claimed that she was calling from the lic and that my father's policy has been matured. She asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As my father does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, he has given the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of rs 9000 was made from her card towards mobikwik.com. So i blocked the card and also filed an fir with the local police. I have also filed a cyber complaint so that it could be tracked early.

                                I tried to transfer money from my mobikwik wallet to a mobile number but the transaction was not successful as the receiver did not had a mobikwik account. When i went through the help option for refund in the app, it said that if the amount is not credited to the mobile number then it will be automatically refunded back to my wallet account but it is so disappointing that i havr not received any such refund and it has been more than a week now. Please help me in this regard.

After the completion of payment, i had received a message on my mobile phone that “this payment cannot be completed”. But, after few seconds, i received a message from hdfc bank that you have spent rs. 9876.00 from your card through www.mobikwik.com.br...

I paid electricity bill through mobikwik wallet.in first attempt it showed that your transaction declined so i made a second attempt. When i checked my mobikwik wallet then i came to know that amount of 11195 of my electricity bill deducted twice for the same bill. Pla refund my money to my mobikwik wallet.
