Hi,
The transaction orderid:594c69a36ac0e.
This was made for the electric bill payment on 13th oct 2019 of rs. 4794 in mobikwik website but the bill not paid and money deducted from my credit card. Such a bad service i have never seen. My bill not paid then where is my money?
Kindly check and refund the amount asap.
This is urgent.
I will make sure not to do any type of transaction in mobikwik. Such a bug full of system.

On 7 oct I was added 931.22 rs but in this money 487₹ auto deducted transaction I'd is OMK22d5113d7fa64d8. I want to know why mobikwik deducted this money pl help

    I made a payment of inr 9, 366 to my mobikwik wallet from my sbi credit card via cashout app, but it gave some error after successful payment. Amount got deducted from my account, but still wallet shows old balance 0.84ps, i have tried getting in touch with the customer care of mobikwik but no response whatsoever. But the history show the transaction id:594b9c98e949b, kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Thanks!

      Yesterday, i have made transaction of ₹5000 against order no. [protected]adda694443 to mobile [protected]. The requested amount ₹5000 is debited from my wallet however not credited to receiver. I have raised query against ticket#12529913 for refund of amount ₹5000 which was debited from my wallet.
      Please initiate refund of ₹5000 asap.

      MobiKwik co has not refunded my wallet amount ₹5000 even after long waiting period of 20 days.
      MobiKwik has not even transferred my amount ₹5000 to my beneficiary nor it got credited to my account.

      Please take action immediately and reverse this transaction.

      Hope you would make this payment ASAP.

        My name is arushi mann.. Sir i was paying my electricity bill via mobikwik app on 11 oct 2019 which is 4992 rupees... And my balance was deducted from my account... But now the problem is my electricity bill still not paid.. And balance got deducted now its 12 oct 2019 and it is not paid yet... I was doing complaint so many times to mobikwik... But still my problem not solve.. Still they are not refunding my money.. I send them so many messages via app but everytime they send me computerised message again and again which is wait for 2-3 days wait for 2-3 days.... Please solve my problem it's my humble request...

        Last Oct'1 i made add my cash into wallet 5000/-.Then i transfer my money into bank through wallet...This tanscation was unsucceful.my money deducted from wallet.But i did not receive to bank...I already complant registered through app...
        But still now my cash not get...Please do needfull...I am very frustrated about it...

          I have been using mobiwik from 2 year i took a loan 2 time from mobiwik now i paid my all outstanding with his patner dmi finance and they gave me noc as well i shared that docs to mobiwik on 20sep 2019 continuous i was tracking and complaining about my app still showing i have loan kindly update in app same. But all the time i received its not the real time update kindly give us some time by give some time some time now its 22 days left and still not getting any resolution. They also said we received noc also from merchant. Then why its taking long time to resolve day by day i am trying to connect with agents but they only said wait for some time... I paid my all outstanding forclouse the amount is this you guys doing with old customer and this is how u do with us i have been all screenshort with me whenever i ping complaint after 3 or 4 days you guys replying and call the nunber of mobiwik customer care always busy after 45 min autodisconnected i tried 5 time and waited 45 min per call... This is how your service atleast clear your small problem issue then resolve bigger... You guys making small problem to big by your own. I am attaching and sending you few screenshort but i have many more if you wish then i will send all the conversation day by day from 20th sept.

            I had tried to recharge my phone number [protected] through mobikwik on 10/10/2019 at 8.53 pm. Ruppes 123 is deducted from my sbi credit card account but number is not recharged. I have sent so many email to this mobikwik but no response from there side. So thats why i write my experience here.

              Today my bank account got debited by rs 8000 without any information. When i checked with my bank it showed as pos prch mobikwik[protected] [protected].
              I neither have an account with mobikwik nor i have done this transaction. This is a fraudulent transaction. I have reported this crime to police and thus requesting you also to credit this amount back to the originating account. For any assistance kindly call me on my number mentioned below.

              Kindly look into this matter and lodge a complaint at your end too and make my hard earned money return.

                  Dear sir,

                  I used mobikwik plat form for payment of rs 12, 900/- toward my citibank credit card bill on 4th oct 2019. Amount of rs 12900/- was credited to mobikwik account by my bankers axis bank vide transaction no mob/kz60240e5681/citibank credit card, dated 4th oct 2019. However the amount was not credited to citi bank for payment of my credit card bill.
                  I have raised the issue with mobikwik customer care vide ticket no 12488361 on 7th oct 2019, yet the issue is not resolved. It a herculean task to get to speak to their customer care staff, which requires a waiting time of more than 30 minutes. The company does not seem to have any urgency in addressing the issue.
                  I am a retired sr. Citizen and if such a substantial amount gets blocked it has put me to a great financial hardship for no fault of mine.

                  I shall be grateful if you could help me in getting out of a such unwarranted situation.

                              money debited from my account but not credit to beneficiary account

                              Sir/madam, i use mobikwik upi link with sbi bank account for rs 25000 money transfer on 01oct19 at12:50pm. The same amount get debited from my account and not credit to beneficiary account. When i complain to mobikwik personal they told me they are not responsible for this, bank will solve your problem and bank also told they are not responsible for this type of issue, contact to mobikwik.
                              So i request to you please do the needful....

                              Hello sir,

                              This is rajiv naik. I was a customer mobilwik.

                              I would like to highlight a serious concern. Around 6 months back i have raised a fraud complaint through customer care of mobikwik. Till now nothing has been done.

                              Ticket no[protected]

                              Though i have never initiated some transactions, they happened fraudulently. Some approx 13000 rupees debited from my account and paid to some fraud beneficiaries.

                              Some of the fraud transactions -

                              Paid to instamojo - rs 999 feb 16, 2019 12:37am
                              Paid to novaplay.in - rs 6, 400 feb 09, 2019 9:01pm
                              Paid to novaplay.in - rs 369 feb 16, 2019 12:58am

                              My concern is, till data there has been no progress and update on on my complaint. My account is also blocked. If a serious fraud activity is not investigated on priority then i can understand what kind of service mobikwik will provide to customers. How can mobikwik do nothing about it for such a long period.. I am sorry to say but this is not expected from a professional company.

                                I am one of the bajaj finserv emi card holder with, i made a mobikwik wallet transffer loan of rs-10, 000/- with number 6f4wltfb248243.

                                After that contacted bajaj customer, then only they informed wallet money can't be used for any purchases, can't transfer to bank, can't transfer to any wallet, can't transfer to any person, or even paying credit card payment or else.

                                It can only use to pay utility bills...

                                Contacted their customer care two or more times the same day, when ever before the loan has been processed. No satisfactory explanation was given from both customer care officers and they said that my loan was not yet processed.

                                Went directly to their trivandrum office and made a direct complaint with complaint number sr21292792

                                Whom needs such a loan or wallet which can't be used for nothing.

                                I requested them, sir didn't need such loan can't be used for any thing, kindly close the same with what ever the charges behind. No such money is needed in such a waste wallet.

                                Also asked, otherwise kindly tell what ever amount is required to close my entire loan amount and cancel your emi card.

                                Still waiting to escalate the same with revert back the wallet money and ends the emi against the wallet loan

                                  It’s been more than a month now, since i reported a fraud to mobikwik’s fraud and alert department. The very same day i got a reply that the amount will get refunded in 7-21 business days (Please see attached email). I have been chasing and asking for updates since a long time now but not getting any replies or updates except auto generated emails. I am even trying daily to talk to their customer care executive but they never pickup the calls. Please hell me with this issue as they are least bothered about my refund. Please do the needful asap.

                                  Note: i already raised a complaint against them in your website few weeks back. Later, you even send them an email but i have no updates since then. My complaint id was 2461242.

                                      I initiated 3 upi transaction rs 500 on 30/09/19 which is showing failed in history section and 1 of them 1 rs500 is deducted from my bank account. Since now i didn't get my refund. Bad experience. I am trying to get touch help section in mobikwik application but i am not helpful. Its mobikwik responsibility to return my money back but 72 hour is over, i am not get any response from mobikwik. If i dont get my money back i recommend all dont try mobikwik. This company is a cheater.
