money debited from my account but not credit to beneficiary account

Sir/madam, i use mobikwik upi link with sbi bank account for rs 25000 money transfer on 01oct19 at12:50pm. The same amount get debited from my account and not credit to beneficiary account. When i complain to mobikwik personal they told me they are not responsible for this, bank will solve your problem and bank also told they are not responsible for this type of issue, contact to mobikwik.
So i request to you please do the needful....

Hello sir,

This is rajiv naik. I was a customer mobilwik.

I would like to highlight a serious concern. Around 6 months back i have raised a fraud complaint through customer care of mobikwik. Till now nothing has been done.

Ticket no[protected]

Though i have never initiated some transactions, they happened fraudulently. Some approx 13000 rupees debited from my account and paid to some fraud beneficiaries.

Some of the fraud transactions -

Paid to instamojo - rs 999 feb 16, 2019 12:37am
Paid to novaplay.in - rs 6, 400 feb 09, 2019 9:01pm
Paid to novaplay.in - rs 369 feb 16, 2019 12:58am

My concern is, till data there has been no progress and update on on my complaint. My account is also blocked. If a serious fraud activity is not investigated on priority then i can understand what kind of service mobikwik will provide to customers. How can mobikwik do nothing about it for such a long period.. I am sorry to say but this is not expected from a professional company.

I want my money back.

what to do i dont no, no one is here to helf me.

    I am one of the bajaj finserv emi card holder with, i made a mobikwik wallet transffer loan of rs-10, 000/- with number 6f4wltfb248243.

    After that contacted bajaj customer, then only they informed wallet money can't be used for any purchases, can't transfer to bank, can't transfer to any wallet, can't transfer to any person, or even paying credit card payment or else.

    It can only use to pay utility bills...

    Contacted their customer care two or more times the same day, when ever before the loan has been processed. No satisfactory explanation was given from both customer care officers and they said that my loan was not yet processed.

    Went directly to their trivandrum office and made a direct complaint with complaint number sr21292792

    Whom needs such a loan or wallet which can't be used for nothing.

    I requested them, sir didn't need such loan can't be used for any thing, kindly close the same with what ever the charges behind. No such money is needed in such a waste wallet.

    Also asked, otherwise kindly tell what ever amount is required to close my entire loan amount and cancel your emi card.

    Still waiting to escalate the same with revert back the wallet money and ends the emi against the wallet loan

    Today I tried to recharge my rwallet of my UTS app. My money is debited from my account but rwallet recharge failed. My money is not returned in my account till now. What should I do? Transaction details is attached below.

      It’s been more than a month now, since i reported a fraud to mobikwik’s fraud and alert department. The very same day i got a reply that the amount will get refunded in 7-21 business days (Please see attached email). I have been chasing and asking for updates since a long time now but not getting any replies or updates except auto generated emails. I am even trying daily to talk to their customer care executive but they never pickup the calls. Please hell me with this issue as they are least bothered about my refund. Please do the needful asap.

      Note: i already raised a complaint against them in your website few weeks back. Later, you even send them an email but i have no updates since then. My complaint id was 2461242.

      No steps have been taken. I got it that this consumer complaint site is of no use. Just a big waste of time. Twice I had registered the complaint but it never got resolved. Thanks for wasting my time

        I made a payment of INR 20, 814 to my MOBIKWIK wallet from my SBI CREDIT CARD via CASHOUT APP, but it gave some error after successful payment. Amount got deducted from my account, but still wallet shows Old Balance 32.13. I have tried getting in touch with the customer care of MOBIKWIK but no response whatsoever. But The history show the transaction ID: 593e[protected] Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Thanks!

          I initiated 3 upi transaction rs 500 on 30/09/19 which is showing failed in history section and 1 of them 1 rs500 is deducted from my bank account. Since now i didn't get my refund. Bad experience. I am trying to get touch help section in mobikwik application but i am not helpful. Its mobikwik responsibility to return my money back but 72 hour is over, i am not get any response from mobikwik. If i dont get my money back i recommend all dont try mobikwik. This company is a cheater.

            My name is anish sharma & my mobikwik wallet no is [protected]. On 1 october 2019 my mobikwik wallet had 8500 rupees. I made two transfers of rs 4000 to my kotak bank account on the same day but both transfers spread and the rupee was deducted from my wallet. I had a very important job. Was very upset too. Now even after 48 hours, i have not received my money. What is the solution for this?

                  I need to pay to loan front company the only gateay attached to that company is mobikwik i had done a transaction on 30/09/2019 @ 06.45 am but the amount is debited successfully from google pay account and shown as successful transaction after few moments i got a mail that your transaction is unsuccessful from mobikwik gateway

                  I am calling mobikwik company but they are not responding the calls or mails

                      On top of charging 49 rupees illegally for dengue insurance, they disabled my account. I need an immediate resume of services within 24 hours failing in which my foreign tour will face severe consequences. I have 85000 in my account. They intelligently using loop holes in technology to charge customers for unwanted insurances like dengue. On top of that if we raise a ticket they are disabling our accounts.

                        I have paid my EB bill through mobikwik on 16.09.19.The amoun 1130 debited from my bank account and also the payments was successfull but the payment was not updated to my EB account since i have called so many times to the mobkwik customer care the told me money will be credit to your account shortly but till now i didnt recieve my amount to my account

                              I am having my account at bank of baroda and yesterday one fraud person called me and told me that i am your bank manager and your card has been blocked. You need to link your adhar card for re activation and mean while he asked me my debit card number ccv number and otp. He performed total 7 transactions among them 5 were done to his mobiwik wallet. Total fraud amount rs. 76996. And amount transfered to mobiwik wallet in 5 transactions was rs 61998. Yesterday i called customer care number but it was closed. Complain has been logged at police station, bank of baroda, consumer forum regarding unauthorized transaction for fraud with my debit card. Fraud person mobile number :[protected] five illegal transactions from which money was transferred to your mobiwik wallet details are below. 1) rs 1999 2) rs 15000 3) rs 15000 4) rs 19999 5) rs 10000 i am having tid number and ref number of three transactions which are mentioned below 1) rs 15000 ref no:[protected] tid:[protected] rs 15000 ref no:[protected] tid:[protected] rs 10000 ref no:[protected] tid: 9999999 kindly reverse the amount transacted to your wallet for the fraud transactions please find details of my bank account. But the transaction failed two times and money was debited from my account two times (Rs 150 each) (Total rs 300). And the electricity was not recharged. The transaction was via idealprepaid.in dated 26th september, 2019. Kindly refund the failed transaction amount.

                                    On 3rd i had given my car for service to maruti services center workshop kalina santacruz i
                                    Was asked to pay 11583/- i tried making the payment but it didn't go through nor i got any
                                    Message that payment is been taken from my account. I called the workshop told them
                                    Payment not going through so they asked me to pay in cash. When the person came to
                                    Deliver the car i paid him 11600/-in cash.in june when i updated the passbook i seen
                                    Payment was taken from the account i complained my bank they said maruti bank doesn't
                                    Have the money i spoke to maruti accountant he said on 26/04 the payment was charged
                                    Back by mobikwik. I spoke to mobikwik they said they have transferred the money. I spoke
                                    To my bank they said they don't have the money and money is still with mobikwik bank. I'm just
                                    Not get any help. I hope i get my money back soon it's been almost 6 months that money is
