Dear sir, i have transferred amount rs 4515 to mobikwik wallet number [protected] in place of mobikwik walllet number [protected] due to mistake.
So, please refund this amount into my mobikwik account number [protected].
On contacting to that person is not responding by not picking up my call, belonging to mumbai, maharashtra state.
Order no :- [protected]eecfb05.

Also, i had registered complaint at https://www.mobikwik.com/help, but still didn't get any response.
So kindly help me for refunding my money.

    I can’t use the isntant credit rupees from my mobikwik id because it is not open.
    The written message on the screen when i try to open mobikwik account is “user is disabled”.
    So kindly please resolve my problem and

    Sir, I do a UPI transaction on 1st august . amount is RS 1952.3 . and order id - 58f07a8d751f7. and rrn[protected]. this transaction was unsucessfull but money is not refund. please solve my problem.

      payment debited but not successful to beneficiary

      This to ref no[protected], order id :omk22c9e0710fc1080 amt rs 4611.20. On[protected] @ 18:36 by mobikwik to cash bean (Pc financial). Mobikwik is saying transaction successful but cash bean saying transaction not successful. Money is debited from my account & my bank is also saying that transaction is successsful.

      Please help me to came out from this problem and help me to get my money back @ earlier most...

      I had transfer money from mobikwil wallet to my sbi account number.
      The amount was rupees 960/-
      It is showing in the wallet that amount is deducted but i didnt recieved it in my bank account.
      I made the transaction on 29 august 2019 nearly 8.30pm.
      When i am clicking on the trasaction showin, its shows no invoice data found.
      I want refund of whole money as soon as possible otherwise i am gona sue this company and i will demand the compensation too for my work intereption

        Hi, my self yuvaraj, today I added money from my credit card to mobiwiki wallet RS 14, 500/- and now if I trying to send the money to my bank account from wallet it says "email id not found in the request even though I didn't make any changes recently and the mail id is already updated against my profile, so please help me out of this issue and my money got locked with the wallet, I need the amount ASAP to full fill my commitments

          I was trying to receive a payment of 15100 from a person but in turn get looted for 5525 . I was selling something g online and a person contacted me telllijg that he is from MobiKwik . Then he told me to send my google pay account QR which I did then a message pop up that the payement has been debited from your account . This was a payment of 5000 which was done after that another payment of 525 was also done . They would have extracted more if I would be having any cash in the account but since only 100 ruppees were remaining they left and I am trying there call but no one is picking . Can you tell me how can I get my money back .

          My wallet balance 3000 rupees not using my kyc not updated, any transactions nothing, please refund my 3000 rupees add my wallet this time my kyc up to date ok
          I went through the same yesterday. i had posted a product to sell on OLX and after some time, i got a call from unknown number "[protected]" and he had shown an interest to buy that product and he told me that he is going to transfer the amount of rs. 5000 through google pay into my account so i was asked to share my UPI ID, which i shared to him and then i got a request to accept on google pay and he totally manipulated me and he got succeeded in fooling me and i actually paid rs.5000 to him.
          it's not about the matter of money but his number is still active and he is the same guy i talked yesterday. it's the question about our cyber crime cell.
          I went to Ahmedabad Cyber crime cell yesterday and i filed FIR against the fraudulent transaction but they told me that it's difficult to catch the whole gang even after giving them contact details

            As per order id [protected] dated Fri, 9 Aug 2019, 08:10 AM an amount of 608/- was paid through card and refund of the same was initiated by Everstylish on 24 Aug 2019. However the said amount of Rs.608 has not yet been credited to the bank account (SBI).It's been more than three days now the money has not yet been refunded to the bank account although while contacting customer care, they assured of getting it refunded with two days (48 hours). Will the money at all get refunded, if yes then when???

                I was cheated by a mobikwik user, i have made a complaint to mobikwik but they have no time to reply on [protected], i have also made a police complaint. The person who has done the fraud his mobile phone is yet operating. If mobikwik wants they can trace the fraud person. And reverse the fraud transactions. But they are not emailing nor are they answering the call center number.
                Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                My complaint against mobiqwik is that received a call for cash back on phone pe then in phone pe when i opend mobiqwik link asked for otp for cashback whn i submit otp mobiqwik deducted 1999/- rs from my bank account.i will file the case against mobiqwik trsctn id HDF29470C616A460D826E4940884CAD5F i want my money back Myself advocate Vikram singh

                  I made 6 attempts to recharge my mobile number [protected] one on 3rd, 2 attempts on 5th & 3 attempts on 13th august 2019. But all attempts ended in futile. Every time rs 319 has been deducted from my account. I received a message every time that the money would be returned to my account after one week. Sofar rs 1914 has been deducted from my account.
                  Even after 20 days of my first attempt, i have not received back any money. I request to kindly verify and arrange to send back the money to my account from which it was deducted.

                    On 23rd august nearabout 10.30 pm i transfer 45000 to my clients account. Then i saw transaction was succesfull and my bank deduct the same amount from my account. Bt till now 26th august mrng the receiver did not get the money. On 24th with apps help option i lodge a complain. Then i got a ticket no. And i get a messege from helpline that within 72 hrs the problem will solve. Now today 26th august 11.41a. M. I did not get my money back.

                      Amount of rs. Deducted from my account but bill is not paid yet. Please refund my money.

                      I again paid 2700 rps from my paytm account on dated 24 august, 2019. This payment is done. But my mobikwik payment is not done. Pls refund my money. Please check.

                      Guys today i get one phone call from [protected]. he said he is form mobikwik. He is hacker. Pls share this numbers and aware for this.. some more number is [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]. all these number is forder agent. they don't know who I am. I will find all the details about him. All will be catch soon.. Guys pls aware and not use mobikwik and never ever pick up these call. Please see the attachment. from these number i get call again and again. they are hacker. they asking my personal details. pls aware all off you.

                      My this issue is not solved . I am getting so many calls from unknown numbers. The numbers are [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]. They said the are mobikwik agent and asking my password. send details of bank. I did not give it. My account also blocked. I cant open my mobikwik account. i did not get msg also. its totally fraud. This mobikwik is very unsafe and ridiculous website/apps. I can't complain now. mobikwik don't have customer care. Guys don't use mobikwik. I am already disappointed. Loss of rs. 27000.

But the money was not yet transfered to my bank account. And it was deducted from my mobikwik account. And in history it was showing no invoice found. This transaction was very important to me.                                 Total four fraud transaction on the name of Mobikwik.
                                Please stay these transaction and request you that refund my money.

                                  My father got a call today, stating the person is from SBI. They need my father's SBI debit card no as the card is blocked. So my father told him the no. Then they said they will unblock it, for that one otp will come in his mobile no. He gave the otp. At the end of it they deducted 30000 Rs. The transaction numbers was [protected]. Account no of SBI [protected].

                                  Can we get help for this please.

                                    My transaction was failed but money was deducted from credit card and mobikwik claim money from the card also money not credit and my account and my account is being disable amount is - 52251.05 on date 12.08.2019,

                                    Also in my account there is amount in wallet and when i complained regarding issue they have disable my account,
                                    The amount is not refund..

                                      Yatra transfer my rail booking amount to mobikwik which i have paid to yatra from my mobikwik wallet transaction date 18, 8, 2019, transaction id[protected]. I have raised a complain regarding my refund which is showing me in my wallet that mobikwik received a amount from yatra 2245 is still not refund to my axis bank account please refund as soon as possible. It’s not easy to earn money which you are giving.
