I paid my recharge worth rs 45 on 7/9/2019 and order ID - MBK[protected]
but due to some technical problems my recharge got failed.My money had been deducted from my account which i havent got back yet.
They are not even recieving my call.pleasee to solve my problem and one thing more mobikwik is probably the worst app i have ever used . I tried reaching the customer care, but all the contact numbers as well as mails are invalid.

This is very poor service from mobikwik.
I would like to request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

        Amount of rs 20000/- debited from my credit card on 4th sep and online booked ola from mobikwik wallet and paid.
        Please help me to get my money i will be obliged.
        The booked ola never called me for pickup and charged 20000 for my booking,
        It was automatically debited, from my mobikwik wallet, and sent to ola without knowing myself, i have touch problem on my phone, all this happened knowing me.

        I have been using the mobikwik since more than two years, but today i am unable to login - showing me invalid login/password. After that i tried to forget password but regret to say i got same error.

        Kindly help to login, i want to pay my energy & mobile bills.
        Zomato says payment not received but in your history it is paid to Zomato
        Rs95 Adrak oyo executive thali on 01/09/2019.
        Please resolve the issue.

          When payment msg from bank came I noticed the wrongly paied and complaint but as it was last date I paid through your app immediately . Pl do the needful so that right payment could be made.

              On 20th using mobikwik made payment but the receiver party not received the payment so made payment again but party not received. Now bank a/c debited time party not received payment. Mobikwik help not solve the issue even 3-4 days pass and even not give option to communicate with them or technical team now i have dought that even they have technical team or not.

              I tried to transfer rupees 9366.39 from MobiKwik Wallet to my already added bank account in MobiKwik wallet. It said that Transaction is Timed out amount is Deducted from the Mobikwik Wallet but NOT Deposited into the Bank.

              There is No transaction/ order ID, unable to open the transaction that failed.
              I transfer 500 to my client account. Then i saw transaction was failed and my bank deduct the same amount from my account. But the receiver did not get the money.

I registered complaint so many times on mobikwik app. But the money is not still received to my account. Hence look into the matter and do the needful. Refund my money with in 24hrs.                       A person by the name Deepak Kumar approached me via Olx for an ad I had posted recently. He asked me whether I had UPI or google pay and proceeded to acquire my QR code, UPI ID and phone number for the transaction of rs5000 to my account. On call, he asked me to accept the transaction request of rs5000 from mobikwik on my Google pay account, claiming that by doing so, he would be paying me rs5000. In reality, he was attempting to commit fraud by taking my rs5000. When I declined that request, he sent me 2 more requests of rs10 each which I tried to transact but my bank servers didn't respond. Hence, no money was deducted from my account but he told me to check my balance, saying that all my money from the bank account has been deducted. He admitted to taking all the money. However, no money has been deducted yet. I have blocked him and reported him on olx. I request Mobikwik to find out the details of this person so that I may take legal action against him for trying to run a scam via their app.

                      I went through the same yesterday. i had posted a product to sell on OLX and after some time, i got a call from unknown number "[protected]" and he had shown an interest to buy that product and he told me that he is going to transfer the amount of rs. 5000 through google pay into my account so i was asked to share my UPI ID, which i shared to him and then i got a request to accept on google pay and he totally manipulated me and he got succeeded in fooling me and i actually paid rs.5000 to him.
                      it's not about the matter of money but his number is still active and he is the same guy i talked yesterday. it's the question about our cyber crime cell.
                      I went to Ahmedabad Cyber crime cell yesterday and i filed FIR against the fraudulent transaction but they told me that it's difficult to catch the whole gang even after giving them contact details

                        I am nikunj samwani, for a transaction a month back i was promised to get cashback with all terms and condition satisfying but i haven't received any cashback. I have raised ticket but no reply after 24/08/2019. No solution provided by mobikwik team.
                        Also i am not able to login in mobikwik on other device, it says due to security reason cannot login into other device. I have raised ticket for this as well but no reply from mobikwik team.

Mobikwik is saying transaction successful but cash bean saying transaction not successful. Money is debited from my account & my bank is also saying that transaction is successsful.

                                  I had transfer money from mobikwil wallet to my sbi account number.
                                  The amount was rupees 960/-
                                  It is showing in the wallet that amount is deducted but i didnt recieved it in my bank account.
                                  I made the transaction on 29 august 2019 nearly 8.30pm.
                                  When i am clicking on the trasaction showin, its shows no invoice data found.
                                  I want refund of whole money as soon as possible otherwise i am gona sue this company and i will demand the compensation too for my work intereption

                                    Hi, my self yuvaraj, today I added money from my credit card to mobiwiki wallet RS 14, 500/- and now if I trying to send the money to my bank account from wallet it says "email id not found in the request even though I didn't make any changes recently and the mail id is already updated against my profile, so please help me out of this issue and my money got locked with the wallet, I need the amount ASAP to full fill my commitments
