I have placed an order for nike sandals on Ajio.com on Aug 5th 2019 at 7:01Am.. i paid amount thru Mobikwik wallet and after that page showed some error and i have raised ticket no 11830432 on Mobikwik which they closed saying Ajio.com said they have received the money and When i raised a complaint on Ajio.com with complaint id COM[protected], they closed the ticket saying they have not received money from Mobikwik ... PLEASE DONOT USE AJIO.COM & MOBIKWIK WALLET AND SAVE UR MONEY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL SCREWED AND BECAME FOOLS LIKE ME... I request some one to help me how to report this fraud to right authorities who can take action aganist these Fraud Websites

    The bill generated 149 rs. With due date 5th aug and i am trying to make payment but technical error is shown everytime. I made the complaint with customer support on 4th aug with detail and proper attachhment but till date there is no solution provide moreover wallet levied penalty on penalty. What the customer care us. There is no concern no. Where one can talk or no customer aasistance.

    I was trying to pay my electricity bill using mobikwik app but the transaction get failed and the same amount was deducted from my bank account. Mobikwik is really a fraud. There are hundreds of complaint against the company but they are easily doing their business.

    And i had also contacted to the costomer support services of mobikwik, but i didn't get any positive response from them. The last date of the bill payment was already out and now i will be fined. Kindly help me out from this

      Inr 20, 000 was debited from my account by fraudsters and the text message said it went to mobikwik. Please look into this and return my money. I don't even have an account on this app, i don't know who took such a hefty amount from my account. I have lodged an fir too and has brought this forward to the concerned bank as well. However, help from you people will definitely make a difference and i will get the money back.

        I had made many UPI transfers through UPI but many of them fails without any reason.

        Money gets deducted and donot gets refund back to either account even after many complaints aginst mobikwik.

        Till now, 7 UPI fails for rs 7000 and there is no response. Atatched the photos o[censored]pi history in last mon th from jul 19 to jul 17.

        SInce many UPI are take place, it is not necessary to capture bank statement as this should be tracked by mobiwik itself and not our responsibility.

        All the red mark and yellow mark clear indicates that amount is freezed and there is no confirmation of these transactions at their end.

          It is showing in history that rupees 10389.40 has been transferred to the account.
          But money is not recieved in my account and deducted from my mobikwik wallet.
          My account number of paytm in which money should be recieved is[protected].
          My mobikwik account name is irtaza hashim
          And email id is irtaza*[protected]@gmail.com.
          Its very urgent.
          Please resolve it as soon as possible.
          This is second time, i stuck in the same problem.
          I am gonna complaint against mobikwik company.
          Because of this problem, i have to deal with many issues. And most impotantly my time wasted because of your survour issue.
          Its better that you resolved the issue
          Otherwise i am gonna sue you.

          I have transferred 14214 Rupees in an account but it is not recevied in that account due to this I have to bear huge loss someone is thought about me fraud and that's why I want to my refund my amount with some penalty because I have to bear loss.             On 13th august 2019 i made transaction of 5194/- from my mobikwik wallet (Number-79*54) to my bank account num (63*72) at 11:51am. The amount got debited from my wallet and it hasn’t been credited yet. After that i placed a ticket (Complaint) in reply they said with in 3 days amount will credited. Please help me out, i have been trying to reach out customer care number consistently but i haven’t got any positive response from their side. Also i have raised several tickets, kindly please help me out from this issue.

            A fraudulent online transaction for rs 20, 999 and 9, 999 was reported to Mobikwik which unfortunately was allowed by Mobikwik.Despite informing Mobikwik of this unauthorised transaction, the online portal honoured that transaction after 5-6 hours of my complaint.

            kindly do not use Mobikwik.com for your any requirements or bookings.

              Today around 5.18pm my father-in-law received a call from sbi customer executive who is
              Actually a mobikwik account holder. He /she took all the details and unfortunately my father-in-law has provided all the debit card details.in few minutes there are 5 transaction happened, and we immediately blocked that card.

              Transaction details

              10, 389.40 rs — (Trid[protected] @ 5.26
              10, 389.40 rs — (Trid[protected] @5.28
              5194.70 rs — (Trid[protected] @ 5.18
              10000 rs — didn't get the transaction id
              10389.40 rs didn't get the transaction id

              Can you please provide the details of the card holder who did the above transaction.

              Complete cheating, for paying our lives an emi we have to pay convenience charge, no options to pay the Emi online also I have already made ecs debit but that was useless, due to this issue my cibil is getting impact.

                My pnb bank account has been hacked through google pay, some unauthorise link came from mobikwik and amount inr 5699 got deducted from my account, but still wallet shows rest amount. I have tried getting in touch with the customer care of mobikwik but no response whatsoever. They have just given me a ticket number : 11930770. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Thanks!

                  I tried transferring inr 9611 in my kotak bank account but i have not received it. And money even got deducted from my mobikwik wallet. It is 3rd day now. I tried reaching on customer care and waited over 20 mins thrice on call but call doesn’t get connected to customer care, it keeps me on hold only. I am now getting frustrated.

                  I have sent emails, made calls, left feedbacks at playstore but yet no replies anywhere. Would you care to resolve and call me? Or you want me to bother you guys with some legal papers?

                  Hello, first i have raised ticket for my 10000 not receive than call coming from mobikwik and my 2000 auto debit after my account disbled and than i have taken many follow up from mobikwik but not given any response i have escalated social media, face book, mail, customer care but there is no any response given.

                    Dear sir on 13 august a person claiming to be sbi bank employee took my debit card details by fraud. I lost 10000 rupees to mobikwik in the transaction. At 12:12 pm 14 august i wrote to mobikwik with the complaint but they are not giving me any information. They should have frozen the fraudulent mobikwik account immediately. But i suspect they haven't taken any action. The fraud may actually be a mobikwik employee itself. The police is not even writing fir. 1st six digits 607431

                      Got a call today and acted like an sbi agent with all my personal details and got my card details processed 79, 998 rupees and it shows the merchant of mobikwik. Please process refund i have raised complaint with commissioner of police and sent the information to mobikwik nodal office.. Yet to get the reply please process on priority.                         Added icici bank to the mobikwik. Later to place an order from myntra through mobikwik, it initially asked for debit card or internet banking. I have chosen internet banking and entered my login details got an otp to the amount towards myntra, the otp was auto detected and i have submitted. Money got deducted from my icici bank but payment gateway page not responded for longer time. Lost money but order not placed.. Please let me know what needs to be done to get my money back.

                              I am a defence personnel who was duped for rs 20, 999/- and 9, 999/- by mobikwik because they allowed a fraud transaction even though i complained them not to honor these transaction on www.Mobikwik.Com on 06 aug 19... Later i sent a mail request to cancel the transaction yet nothing has happened... My credit card number appears but the ip address of the node and the registered mobile number is from a fraudster...

                              Do not use mobikwik portal at any cost... Fraud website... No money has been reimbursed to me

                                    I am a defence officer and my credentials speak for themselves... There were two fraudelent transactions which took place through www.Mobikwik.Com for rs 20, 999 and rs 9, 999/- on 06 aug 19 and within seconds i lodged a complaint that someone is doing a fraudelent transaction... Plse donot honour those transactions... Yet the company allowed those transactions...

                                    Please do not use www.Mobikwik.Com... Its a farud and farce organisation

                                      I bought some clothes from myntra.com on 9th august, 2019 and did the payment from mobikwik wallet. After deducting the money from wallet the mobikwik payment page did not redirect to myntra and hold into that page for a long time. At last the payment was cancelled and order did not receive from myntra. Then i raised a ticket in mobikwik but they shows previous issue didn't resolve.

                                      Previously i made a payment to sastasundar.com and that time also same happened. After some weeks i got the refund.

                                      But mobikwik is doing a very bad job with their customers. Please refund my money this time as soon as possible.
