    I am maintaining mobikwik wallet with mob no [protected]. I made a transaction of rs 2000 from moikwik wallet to irctc imudra wallet on[protected]. Transaction no -2564_0630_[protected]_11002875
    Amount has been debited but wallet has not been credited.
    Its more than 11 days and my money is not refunded.
    They are harassing the customer and their customer care employees are pathetic.
    They dont even listen to the customer problem and hung up the call as if they dont care. It took me 30 min to speak to their representative and in a second they hung up the call.

    Kindly look into the matter seriously as i am not sure i will be using your services in future.

      Dear sir,

      That we had requested to bajaj for loan but it was credited in mobikwik rs. 10000/-. Mobile no. [protected]
      They gave us option to use this money for online electricity bill but we are unable to use for electricity bill. Then where we use this money
      This is totally fraud with us. Why mobikwik given option for pspcl bill??
      I cannot recharge only mobile with 10000 amount.
      Are they mad.

      They have not replied yet.
      They are totaly fraud. Why they have mentioned pspcl bill pay option in they are wallet.
      Please help us. I am trying to call them for 10 days. But still unable to reachable to them.

        I have raised a fraud complaint with ticket no 11469918 but still have not received any response from mobikwik

        Called and emailed them several times but no callback or reply.

        Someone used my credit card on this website for two transactions of 13500 and 8000 on 29 june. The otp was received by me but i did not input any otp on this website.

        I do not have any account with mobikwik also. The bank is saying that i will have to pay for the transaction. Where did this money go? In whose wallet?

        Can rbi help me?

          Hi Team,

          Mobikwik — Fraud transaction with my debit card

          I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place on Saturday, using my HDFC debit card. She got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my ATM card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As I does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, I was easily duped, and gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 14000 was made from her card end with 4055 towards Mobikwik.com. I was quick enough to get the card blocked and mobikwik.com which handles all fraud complaints ([protected]@mobikwik.com). Could anyone suggest a better approach which will help me in getting back my money?

          And soon after that my account was debited with the amount mention below in the image

            All of sudden you have disabled my account on mobikwik and i have around 36000 in my mobikwik wallet. How you guys can do this and none of your customer care representative is answering the call on your numbers.               I had transfer money from mobikwil wallet to my bank of baroda account number.
              The amount was rupees 8064.26
              It is showing in the wallet that amount is deducted but i didnt recieved it in my bank account.
              I made the transaction on 27 july 2019 nearly 2 p. M.
              When i am clicking on the trasaction showin, its shows no invoice data found.
              I want refund of whole money as soon as possible otherwise i am gona sue this company and i will demand the compensation too for my work intereption.

                I had 15000 in my mobikwik wallet and i transferred 10000 to my bank account but the transaction failed without any error message and the money got debited from mobikwik wallet.

                I contacted the customer care team via help chat and they say it'll take 7-14 days.

                I tried to transfer the remaining 5000 to my account the next day and the same thing happened again. Now i am out of 15000 inr and no resolution. I had to pay my personal loan emi, now it'll get bounced because of mobikwik.

                Please help in resolving this.

                  I have not used mobikwik app, so i don't know anything about this app. Then i got a message from the bank that the whole limit of my credit card, which is rs30000 is transferred to mobikwik app. I don't know anything about this transaction that who have done it and from where? I have contacted to bank to clear this problem but they said that the transaction is a otp based transaction and they can't do anything. They are saying that i have shared my otp but i have not shared any otp in my whole life.

                    - no customer care support from them and after contacting they refuse to refund the amount. I have provided my account balance history which clearly state that i have not receive any amount still they keep saying they will work on it but nothing have done at there side.                       I have done multiple transactions from mobikwik from past 2-3 months. Now since 3 jul'19, when i'm trying to transfer money from "wallet to bank" have got the error "email id not found in the request". Whenever i'm not changing my email id from mobikwik account, or using same mail id, but still getting the error.

                      I tried contacting customer care several times via app, as well as customer care number [protected], but there has been no response.

                      Kindly look into this & resolve this on a priority basis.

                            On 4.7.2019 i have transfer momey mobiqwik wakllet to bank at the time shwos insufficient balance afte i refresh my account amount deducted in my wallet. And i go to check my history there i find -519.47 and open that is shows no invoice data found...
                            Ans also gave a complaints but they are respond on my complaint..

                            But they are mentioned.. There customer care department will look into that and reply with a solution in 2 working day’s.

                            Till now i did'nt get any respose from mobiwick care..
                            So please solve my problem..
                            In future i never used this fraud site...

                                  I have going through a serious problem with mobikwik that i am trying to transfer my money from wallet to bank but it is not done. After that when i complain about it then my account is being disabled and not working. Then i called on customer care no several times bit the call is not connected.                                       On 29.05.19, i have paid using mobikwik rs 2063/= electric bill payment to bescom acc id [protected]/ c6eh1533. The same day mobikwik sent sms that the money is paid to #3, 1st main road nethaji nagar mathikere.
