I did a transaction on1st of july 2019 from a credit card to a bank account via mobikwik which failed and a update was shown that it will be refunded back in the cardwithin 10 working days as the money was deducted from the credit card account. So that day itself i did one more transaction of the same amount to another bank account and the transaction was successful. On 5th of july 2019 i have seen that the amount is in my mobikwik wallet which i dint wanted so called the customer care and have given a request to refund the amount to the source from where it was deducted. And i clearly spoke everything in a recorded line of the customer care number. They have taken a request and also i have given press the refund button from the app. As of 14th the money is still lating in the mobikwik wallet so i need to call the customer suppot again and ask what is the issue. They said that they have take the request again and send an email to their team about the same and within 24hrs it will be refunded back to the source. Till 19th i still didnot get the money and called the customer support. This time also they said that they will do the needfull and the money will be refunded in 24hrs. Later i did not give up and wanted to speak with a senior. I spoke with a team leader and they said the same that the work will be done in 24hrs or 3days. Since its already been more than 10days i was insisting of why it was not done earlier. They starting putting the blame on me that i have not asked to refund the money to the credit card and still if i want the money i can transfer the money to any bank ac and have discounted the call. I dont want to transfer the money to bank ac as it will charge me a high interest and fee. After they have discontinued the call i have again called them and asked for a reason of why mobikwik team is not supporting as i am loosing a lot if interest on the money and i also need to pay back the money to my credit card or again i have to pay a huge interest on the card. After lot of conversations they said the work will be don and a ticket number was given where it is mentioned that the issue will re resolved in 24hrs which gets over by 2pm of20th july 2019. But still now i did not get my money back in my credit card.
This is a clear picture of earning interest on my money by mobikwik.
I dont know whom to approach for the same. I started using mobikwik to support the government for cashless transaction but this is a harassment that i am facing. Mobikwik does not also have a proper customer support team who can take request correctly or else my issue would been resolved neither no one is ready to give any number of any escalation team.
I would request mobikwik to tranfer my money to the source from where it was deducted and stop earning any interest on my money if ever it is the plan.

    On,
    19/07/2019 i received a call from jitendra patidar (Mob no - [protected]) regarding naukri paid services having a technical issue and we are giving refund.

    I followed there procedure,
    They allowed me to login on mobikwik to [protected] number and as per their procedure i did steps.

    During this process, money deducted as per following -

    4500 rs
    4500 rs
    4500 rs
    10000 rs
    10000 rs
    10000 rs
    20000 rs

    Total - 63500 rs.

    I immediately block my atm.

    Now i am trying to his number, not reachable.

    I did not slip yesterday whole night.

    This same thing(Naukri.com refund) was attempted with me. I tried calling Mobiquick customer care [protected] but they are not responding and not picking up the phone. It seems the fraudsters have connections with Mobiquick and Mobiquick itself is involved in this fraud racket that is operating and duping people. I can be contacted at [protected]@yahoo.com

        After a 3 days i didn't receive my money. I want my return. Please try to understand and help me sir and solve the issue

          I had transfer money from mobikwil wallet to my sbi account number.
          The amount was rupees 480/-
          It is showing in the wallet that amount is deducted but i didnt recieved it in my bank account.
          I made the transaction on 19 july 2019 nearly 9am.
          When i am clicking on the trasaction showin, its shows no invoice data found.
          I want refund of whole money as soon as possible otherwise i am gona sue this company and i will demand the compensation too for my work intereption

            By way of false call from [protected] introduced like we are caling from sbi credit card section and we are enhancing your limit and after enquiring my dob and phone no. And adhar card generated otp and got my otp and fraud transaction done by unknown person through mobikwik causing loss of rs. 30400/- kindly trace the person and giving me the persons details like phone no. Name and adress and what type of purchase he had for submiting the same to police station. Kindly help me to get out of this trouble.

              Dear sir,

              Sub: sbi-fraud transaction of rs. 45000 on 17.07.2019 from my debit card.

              Dear madam,

              I, mrs t. K. Alamelu is customer of sbi, rajouri garden, new delhi, branch code: 1705. I am senior citizen with pension account in your bank. I was not getting my pension slip since i retired in may, 2012. I lodged a complaint with the bank and my husband also lodged a complaint on consumer’s forum of pension portal id: team_cdc. [protected]@sbi.co.in on 16.07.2019 for regular loading of my pension slip on my registered mail id. On 17.07.2019 my husband got a mail from consumer forum mail id : [protected]@gmail.com asking for contact number. My husband gave the numbers about 1.30 pm my husband received a call from +91 [protected]. Since the account belonged to me, he wanted to talk to me and my husband gave land line number[protected]. He told me that my pension slips will be released only after paying rs. 10/= which are due to you. Then he asked about my debit card and promised to pay through my card. I gave him the debit card details. Within 2-3 minutes i got message from sbi that rs.45000 have been withdrawn at 1.44 pm on 17.07.2019 from my account for purchasing some items. One otp number was also there for that transaction which i saw later on which i did not share with anybody. It is not understood how the transaction was completed without otp number. I immediately rushed the bank and blocked by debit card at about 2.15 pm. My card no. Is [protected]

              This transaction has been done through htpp//www.MOBIKWIK (Mobikwik systems private limited). My husband has lodged a complaint on 17.07.2019 with them also and there ticket id is 11622756

              It is not understood how my pension slip details were available with that man next day after i lodged a complaint on pension portal regarding non receipt of pension slip (Copy attached). Only senior citizens are targeted.in my presence in the bank, one similar case of pensioner came and they blocked there debit card.

              I have lodged the complaint with rajouri garden, police station and copy to cybercrime branch. I have also lodged the complaint with sbi reporting website. (Copy attached)

              It is requested that the whole matter may be investigated and the culprit be booked and money is recovered and credited to by account. Hoping for an early action.

                I made a payment of rs.6635 (Kesco) on 30th january, 2019 through the mobikwik app. The order id for the same is mk[protected] and the reference id being mk01007mm8bw. The transaction failed somehow and there is still no sign of refund reflecting in my account. It has been about 6 months now. I have raised multiple queries and numerous tickets for the same but i have had no luck yet.
                I need you to resolve the issue immediately or the consequences will be dire.

                I had paid for flight booking on the goindigo mobile app through mobikwik wallet. An amount of 7182 Rs is deducted but indigo denied receiving payment, so flight wasn't booked. No refund from mobikwik yet.

                  A fraud transaction which took place today, using my father in laws debit card. He received a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my father in law's ATM card has been blocked. He asked for any other debit card number for KYC since his card is blocked. My father in law gave my ICICI bank details and was easily duped. They deducted Rs10000/- from the ICICI back account. Afterwards, I blocked my card and account. I tried to to contact Mobikwik but in vain. Could you please tell me if there is any way I can get the money back?

                          On 14 July 2019 I received a call sying that he is from SBI credit card. I have a new SBI credit card received 5 days ago. The caller ask me to activate your credit card. He first activate my credit card but he again block my credit card next 30 minutes later. Again he call me and ask again to activate my credit care and this time he spent 25907 rupees from my credit card. This is a fraud from my credit card. Please help me what i can do to regain my money.

                            On 23rd may 2019, i wanted to transfer rs. 500 from my mobikwik account to my milkbasket account. For this i first added rs. 1000 to my mobikwik account via my debit card and then proceeded to make the transaction to milkbasket. The milkbasket transaction reflected an 'unsuccessful' status. However, the amount of rs. 500 got deducted from my mobikwik wallet and also did not update in my milkbasket account... Which basically means it vanished in thin air. I first contacted mobikwik team regarding this concern, and their response received was that the particular transaction was successful at their end and that they had raised the concern with the merchant (Milkbasket) and would need 7 working days to revert on the matter.in another 2 days, they reverted saying that the merchant had reverted saying the transaction was successful at their end too. However, when i again checked my milkbasket account, the money was not updated. So i wrote to the milkbasket team detailing the entire concern as well as the response received from the mobikwik team. The response i received from there was that the payment had been declined by the bank (I guess they were referring to the wallet as the bank was nowhere involved in this transaction). I again got back to the mobikwik team with a screenshot of this response from the milkbasket team. The mobikwik team then took an eternity to respond (I did not receive even an acknowledgement of the complaint raised in this time from the mobikwik team). And the response was same as received earlier that we have checked with the merchant and they have reverted saying that the transaction is successful at their end. There is no customer care number that i can call, no human intervention and no one seems to have an answer to the concern. Really disgusted with the mobikwik team for taking this matter so lightly... Rs. 500 is not a small amount for me and majorly this is big loss of trust on such a leading wallet service provider.

                                I am maintaining mobikwik wallet with mob no [protected]. I made a transaction of rs 2000 from moikwik wallet to irctc imudra wallet on[protected]. Transaction no -2564_0630_[protected]_11002875
                                Amount has been debited but wallet has not been credited.
                                Its more than 11 days and my money is not refunded.
                                They are harassing the customer and their customer care employees are pathetic.
                                They dont even listen to the customer problem and hung up the call as if they dont care. It took me 30 min to speak to their representative and in a second they hung up the call.

                                Kindly look into the matter seriously as i am not sure i will be using your services in future.

                                    I have raised a fraud complaint with ticket no 11469918 but still have not received any response from mobikwik

                                    Called and emailed them several times but no callback or reply.

                                    Someone used my credit card on this website for two transactions of 13500 and 8000 on 29 june. The otp was received by me but i did not input any otp on this website.

                                    I do not have any account with mobikwik also. The bank is saying that i will have to pay for the transaction. Where did this money go? In whose wallet?

                                      Hi Team,

                                      Mobikwik — Fraud transaction with my debit card

                                      I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place on Saturday, using my HDFC debit card. She got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my ATM card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As I does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, I was easily duped, and gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 14000 was made from her card end with 4055 towards Mobikwik.com. I was quick enough to get the card blocked and mobikwik.com which handles all fraud complaints ([protected]@mobikwik.com). Could anyone suggest a better approach which will help me in getting back my money?

                                      Money debited in my wallet but amount not received in bank.

                                      I got a call from person that He is calling from Hr dept. of DPS DWARKA ON BEHALF OF SHINE JOBS
                                      And asked me to fill the form and pay ₹10
                                      And soon after that my account was debited with the amount mention below in the image

                                        Hi all,

                                        All of sudden you have disabled my account on mobikwik and i have around 36000 in my mobikwik wallet. How you guys can do this and none of your customer care representative is answering the call on your numbers. Kindly do this as soon as possible as i have to clear the hospital bill and i am unable to transfer the amount to my bank account... Also, it's been 1 hour i am on call but none of the mobikwik representative is talking to me just ivr ivr ivr

                                        Sir yesterday I paid electric bill tneb using your mobikiwk amount suddenly debited but came not successful pls check it immediately refund amount I want pay electric bill with 1 in day
                                        I have done recharge against mobile no. [protected] an ammount of Rs. 429/-. Money deducted from my SBI A/C but no balance is found in my number. Order ID is BSE[protected], Date: 03 July'19. Refund my money as soon as posible
