This is to inform you that one of the guy was asking me the card details who told me that he is calling from mobikwik support center. I too provided him the card details and in few minutes an otp received showing me the transaction of rs.23998 on my scb credit card. He is a fraud person seeming to be a guy from mobikwik.

Kindly hack the person and take action...

I was ordering shoes from myntra for which i tried mobikwik for the first time ever as a payment gateway. The money from my mobikwik wallet got deducted so fast but my order was never placed in myntra. Now i want my refund as early as possible because i don't trust this app anymore. A fraud transaction took place yesterday, using my debit card. I got a call from number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the sbi group. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. He told otherwise my card will get blocked so i gave my debit card number. When call was over, i got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of rs 5645 was made from my card towards mobikwik.com....

Which completes 4 months of emi payments of my loan
Till may its ok after that in june a mobikwik agent called and spoke rudely to me as if i was going to start ignoring paying back and he was yelling at me
After showing the proofs of my payments till june then he remained silent.. You see how is this fair? You app faults make wrong...

We have recharged BSNL pre paid no : [protected] for Rs 144 /- thru Mobiwiki but still it was not added in to my pre paid BSNL mobile sim . we have paid through SBI credit card bearing no : [protected] dated on 23/06/19 AT 4 PM

I have made a upi transaction by mobikwik app on 28th may'19 for rs. 1000/- through my icici bank account[protected] to pay my credit card bill.
Money has been deducted from my account but payment was not credited to the beneficiary account.
I have also checked with icici bank for this transaction & they replied that this transaction was successfully credited to mobikwik account given below.

This is to inform you that I tried to recharge validity extend for my BSNL mobile No.[protected] through your portal and paid Rs.79.00 through my ICICI debit card on 20th.June, 20019.at probably in morning.Recharge status was failure..
I request you to be kind enough as per above cited circumstances do the needful at the earliest so that I get Rs.79 in my above mentioned account...

I want to delete my mobikwik account because I am no longer living in India and my mobile number is deactivated.
I tried many ways but didn’t get any response.
I am not able to login into mobikwik account because it is asking for OTP and my mobile number is not working.
Mibikwik does not has a customer care number to call or email id to sent complain too.

This is to inform you that I tried to recharge validity extend for my mobile No.[protected] through your portal and paid Rs.36.00 through my SBI debit card on 17th.June, 20019.at probably in morning.Recharge status was failure.Then I found subsequently that trarif of BSNL mobile Rs.36 was no longer exist, amount will be Rs.74.00.Accordingly I did my recharge directly from BSNL portal.

Tried to pay credit card bill from Mobikwik app, money got debited and it was credited to Mobikwik account stating transaction failed.
How come my money was credited to Mobikwik and contacting customer care several since last 21 days and their is like your transaction was failed and asming me to wait, thats all.
Please help me to refund my amount of rs 2000.

I was making a payment from mobiquik wallet to other credit card but mistekenly the payment delivered to the citi bank card i have chased up and they resolved my issue by their end. They refunded my money back to mobikwik account as i used this app to transact. But mobikwik did not refund my money into my bank account i will go to court if not resolved....
