The app took my money but till now not get recharge or cash back even i complained repeatedly.
They are not responding to my complaints

My mobikwik account no is [protected]. Disabled with out any intimation nearly 2 years ago. I was complained many times regarding this issue. My money in my wallet was nearly 30rs plus rupees there. I have found multiple suspicious transaction amount added in my mobikwik wallet without information. I did not receive any otp for that transaction, it my be cheated by mobikwik team. Even i requested to reverse that amount to reference bank but they are not take the seriously still not refunded to bank. No only my single card this thign happen, its happend on all save card in mobikwik wallet. I request to every one do not save your card...

My account was currently disabled. I know you diasbled it for multiple accounts in a single device. I don't have any other new number to open a new account. .due to system error my ECS was not active after that I got a call from his employees mr Abhishek he ask for cash &I given same but still 3 month his employees take it in his pocket I call several time but no one responded us after that I got a call from his recovery department she has use abused language from land line treat like a janbar

It has been 12 days since the money has been blocked i asked from the bank also they have also said that the money is transfered succesfully... After the payment process the transaction pending, the money was debited from my bank account and the transferred a/c was also not credited. I have been trying their customer support number but no one is responding.

After the payment process the transaction cancelled, the money was debited from my bank account and the phone was also not charged. Trough which i use to login during payment through foodpanda. I have been trying their customer support number but no one is responding.

I transfer 15000 and 6000 rupees from my hdfc and icici credit to mobikwik wallet, and than transfer 20000 to my axis bank account. But i could not get the money in my axis bank account and debited from mobikwik wallet. I raised the complaint and ticket id is 11045875. I call to mobikwik customer care but no one pick the call for 24 minutes. And now i cant also login in mu mobikwik account. B cz when i try to login,...
