Hi,

I was making a payment from mobiquik wallet to other credit card but mistekenly the payment delivered to the citi bank card i have chased up and they resolved my issue by their end. They refunded my money back to mobikwik account as i used this app to transact. But mobikwik did not refund my money into my bank account i will go to court if not resolved.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I was just going through some insurance policy that was displayed in mobikwik as advertisement. While filling all details i came to payment step and i stopped there and did not proceed. But still there is a debit of Rs.20 on 17.04.2019.And agains they have deducted an amount of Rs.20 has been continuously debited from 27.05.19 to 31.05.2019 illegally without my consent. I have neither authorised them nor submitted debit mandate for these illegal deductions. They are telling some nonsense that some checkbox was unchecked. Whatever nonsense box it may be without my signature how can they debit an amount from my wallet. Now i want to cancel that nonsense policy. But they(mobikwik) are asking me to contact the insurance provider and pay some charges. While it was done (illegally) through MobiKwik, why should i contact some third party. There should be some option in mobikwik itself to cancel any policy. It is not just giving advertisement through app and get some commission for insurance provider and forget, they (mobikwik) should take full responsibility.

      2 months ago I had a transaction on my mobile number (vodafone) of Rs 1699, transaction shows successful but the mobile number not recharged. I had complain many times to the mobikwik team regarding the issues but then they disable my account.

      Now I am trying from last 2 months to get my money back but they are not responding and if respond then they said that they will not refund the amount back.

      Please look into the issue.

        I have paid 10286 Rs for Max Life Insurance from Mobikwik site on 6th June 2019 . The transaction has failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I waited for one week and tried to reach out to customer care but the number are wrong or lines are always busy. The order Id number is 58a911c159338. The amount needs to be refunded to my account. What course of action should I take now. Please suggest any Ideas and resolve my problem.

            Today I received a call (against my complaint for deducted money RS.169.00) from MobiKwik Customer Support and they asked for my Debit card number and CVV but I know that there is no requirement in the refund. Please let me know if such information is taken by your side.

                Today I got a phone call from Shine.com, he asked me to for doing a transaction of 10 rupees for that, he gave a URL and asked to put my card details on it.Then i submit the card number and expiry date after that he asked me FOR my OTP but I did not tell him because the I understood his mind

                After some time OTP messages comes again and again, and after that one message come at 3:55 pm for spent transaction of 10 rupees through my credit card and again one message come for transaction of INR 33333 on12.06.2019 15:56:27 at mobikwik.com on my axis bank credit card ending with 0888 after that again one message come for transaction spent amount ids 6415.00 .Please do need full as soon as possible.

                I was using myntra shopping app and i purchase some stuff and done payment from mobikwik wallet but Myntra did not received any payment from mobikwik and in my mobikwik account showing that payment has done to myntra the date amount was cut 9/june 2019 still i didn't got any rply from mobikwik the amount was 3045
                Im having the same problem. my 12500rs stuck in the wallet
                The king of the worst service in india. No response from customer care. Dear government please cancel the license of mobikwik.

                They are looting us and keeping us on waiting since long & long days without resolution..

                  I received a transaction details from my bank that Rs.61, 000.00 was spent on your SBI Card ending 7746 at WWW.MOBIKWIK.COM on 12/06/19.please check the transaction details done on today in between 12pm to 1 pm on priorirty.

                  This transaction is not done by me, some fraud people has done.So I request to cancel this transaction and return my whole amount immediately otherwise i will take this complain to higher authority .

                      unable to transfer money to bank from wallet

                      Hi team,

                      I have added 10k from cc in my wallet. amount credited in wallet however when I am trying to process the transaction to bank it says email id not found in request. please do needful as I have already done.KYC. I am trying to process the transaction since yesterday still no success. email id already updated on account.

                      Yesterday, I tried book a ticket from IRCTC I used mobiqwik payment gateway, the ticket amount was debited from my bank account but the ticket did not book.Please transfer my money back to my bank account as soon as possible as the ticket was not booked successfully..Below is the bank transaction details..

                              I have used this link for electricity bill payment but the it got failed on 08th June'2019 (at 10:44 am in the morning) due to technical issue and I got the same message from Mobikwik also, still amount was deducted from my account. Kindly revert my amount else asap. I have called on your customer care no. They have told me that your amount was wrongly deducted and revert you in 3 to 15 days.

                                Dear Sir/Mam,
                                I was paying my overdue EMI using mobikwik it asked for payment of 2500 I paid the amount but payment is not done and deposited to my wallet from where I cant pay my EMI again it was asking to pay using DEBIT or CREDIT Card.
                                It is a monopoly because the wallet money in not transferable in account they are asking to pay charge for it and not allowing to pay my EMI using the wallet balance.
                                What should I do??

                                    I have done recharge of Rs 220.00 through mobikwik but the recharge has not successful. But Rs.220.00 (Transaction ID - PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICE) has been deducted from my UBI bank account. In the transaction history it is seen that amount is refund to bank but actually no such amount is refund to the UBI account.

                                    Please take necessary action for return to my account.

                                    I have done recharge of Rs 220.00 through mobikwik but the recharge has not successful. But Rs.220.00 (Transaction ID - PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICE) has been deducted from my UBI bank account. In the transaction history it is seen that amount is refund to bank but actually no such amount is refund to the UBI account.

                                    Today morning 3 people bearing phone numbers 80564835, [protected], [protected] called me and told that they are from mobikwik customer service and among them the person of phone number 80564835 gave me assurance to refund money and seek my last 6 digit of my debit card number. Being assured by his talk I told him and Rs 1500 is deducted from my account.. afterthat they again called me and said due to wrong transaction they did this fault and again asked for card details. And threatened to deduct all my balance from my account.

                                    So people be aware of this fraud website mobikwik.

                                      I have transfer an amount of Rs 1833 on 6.5.19 at evening by using my standard chartered bank credit card.. my mob number is [protected] in which my mobikwik account is activated and I have transfer the amount to do purchase at grofers.. the transaction is being declined by mobikwik payment portal at that time but that said amount was deducted from my credit card account. I thought that the amount must be credited to my card account within 2 or 3 days as normal course of refund can take place for mis transactions. But very surprisingly I found that amount of Rs 1833 neither get refunded nor my mobikwik wallet shows any credit of that same amount.. I have send mail to the bank from which I get a reply that Marchant ( ie mobikwik ) is charged that same amount from the bank and for bank, it is a valid transfer of money to mobikwik.. now I want to know that where is my money and why mobikwik has stolen my money by doing this kind of fraudulent business???
