I deposited amount in mobikiwik wallet on 13/12/2018. My pin was blocked so i received message that you complete your kyc as i uploaded my pan card copy. As on date i couldn't receive any positive reply. I had sent so many messages. I had search their contact number but i am unable to get it. Kindly the matter asap

    I am unable to transfer money from my wallet to bank account no one is responding to my issue i am facing lot of trouble with this app my money 10000 was blocked in my wallet no one is responding no faqs are available relating to this they are telling that they are updating the app then why should they proceed us to add money just block that option also i want to pay my fees it is delaying they are telling that it will take 7 working days to resolve the query raised i had taken screen shots first one is no outlet found to in person verification and another is pending verification how many days it will take to proceed is not mentioned until that time i need to hold my money in that wallet respond to the issue

      I transferred 1000rs from sbi account through mobiqwik app to my maharashtra bank account. It credited into my account but within 5 minutes automatically debited those 1000 rs.
      And it is clearly showing that amount is debited from sbi account also and from bank of maharashtra account also..

        Hi dear sir /madam,... I have a mobikwik account which i use through their app. I have 1295/- rupees in the account. But i m not able to carry out any transaction through it... Every time a massage is popping up that email id not recognised, whereas i have already registered my email id with app. However the app is allowing only one transaction ie it is accepting money transfer from other bank accounts to its credit... No customer service is responding... Please do something... Thanks...

          They have given us cashback in the name of supercash. But now there are terms and conditions that only 5% of that supercash can be used for each payment. Unlike other apps where you can use 100% of your cashback amount for any payment. And also supercash will be valid for only 45 days after earning. So why is there a limit in the money earned?
          Who are they to expire our earned cashbacks after some days?
          This is a clear fraud feature.

            Mobikwik looted my money of rs.9600- regarding the complaint ticket id-#10048517 on 29.12.2018 i had received a call from mobikwik's customer service mobile no.[protected] and the person shared my bank account details including otp. Soon the person withdraw the amount of rs.9600- from my bank account. I was shared the otp because of the call is from mobikwik's authorised customer service number-[protected]. Mobikwik looted my hard earned money.later the same person contacted me through another mobile number--[protected].Kindly request you to please send back my amount.i uploaded the bank statement

            Despite of providing all required details, till date i have not received my money from MOBIKWIK..mobikwik proved that the frauds are done with their complete cooperation.why are you running away from enquiring the related MOBIKWIK's representative-[protected]-who is the culprit of this issue.kindly check his beneficiary account and phone calls.you will get the truth.

            when I login MOBIKWIK with my registered mobile no.[protected] the screen shows that "user is disabled" despite of entering valid OTP.In my MOBIKWIK wallet I have Rs.120.00 credit balance.kindlly return back my money.since 7days i raised this issue several times but there is no response from your side despite of providing related proofs.my advise to all the innocent people who had wallet with MOBIKWIK, be alert.suddenly MOBIKWIK blocked my account and looted my credit balance of Rs.120.00.despite of providing all details, till date my account disabled and my money also missing.be careful those who have a account with MOBIKWIK and don't keep even penny cash in your wallet. MOBIKWIK similarly known as "FRAUDKWIK"

              Mobikwik is a fraud company please never use, anyway i will raise a complaint against mobikwik wallet with rbi, they are cheating customers by holding back customers money for days for failed transactions. I have made a money transfer to bank using my wallet registered with number [protected] on january 1st 2019, money deducted but can't find any transaction details, i have raised multiple tickets every time they says 72 hrs i will get refund and close the ticket, fraud and cheating company mobikwik never uae this wallet what ever reason.

                    This useless company enjoyed my money for 21 days without giving to merchant (Spicejet) i booked ticket on may 10th 2017 and travelled on 1st june2017 and in airport spicejet demanded me money again so i paid being hanged for 1 hr at counter, no one cared to listed but next day my money refunded. For this nonsense action neither both expressed grief nor paid any compensation but both are passing their fault to each other. Since 1.5 yrs io writing but all are so shameless not caring to address my complaint.

                    Hope god ll give u wisdom to not swallow public money freely and behaving like shameless beggar. Thick skinned, unconscionable management.

                    In may 2017 i booked a ticket from Mumbai to mangalore in spicejet and paid via Mobikwik but mobikwik didn't pay full amount to spicejet but confirmed em payment.In airport spicejet people demanded balance amount which i paid again after hanged by 1 hr then next day merchant refunded em .When i asked where was my money for 21 days both are fixing responsibility each other and no one is providing proof of payment to each other nor giving compensation not even caring to listen my complain and marking its resolved by themself.

                    whyu marked resolved without giving justice.
                    it is unclear waht had happened.
                    The complaint on compensation / on refund has to be submitted 1 time, not 10 times during 6 months.

                    One reminder, not 10 letters, can be submitted in 15 days, if no decision is recevied from air carrier/service provder. who has accepted your complainu

                    It is unclear what happened, what do you need, why do you need compensation/refund without the documents:
                    - e-ticket (+ receipt, if any)
                    - boarding pass
                    - bag tag,
                    - other losses,
                    - what is written in your 1 and your last complaint,
                    - waht was the decsion of air carrier/service provider.

                    All disputes following the last complaint or follwoing the reply of the service provider can be resolved in the court only not later than 2 years following the flight.

                    If you do not know how to submit the correct complaint you are advised to hire laywer or a legal professional in civil aviation for a fee (it cost from 4000 till 10000 rupees) for the preparation of the civil case against the service provider for the court.
                    The court shall award the losses, reasonable moral harm, government fees by final decsion.

                            Money deducted from account on 24 december but recharge not done. Tried to complaint but only managed to get ticket id, do not know what to do with it. Every time you try to talk to someone from mobikwik or mail (Which is not avaliable) they generate this ticket and that's it, no information about where to track it etc. Each time they generate a different ticket id saying they will contact in 24 hrs but after a week also there is no communication. Worst service, will never suggest anyone to use this app.

                                I tried to book tickets using mobikwik through irctc. Probably due to long time in payment process, the irctc session timed out and the transaction failed but money got deducted from hdfc bank. Transaction id:[protected]. I am waiting 8days onwards for refund the amount. Still i am not get amount. Pls help us.

                                  My mobiqwik account is regetered with email id is [protected]@gmail.com with mobile no. (Which number i have been forgottton/closed) but when i do registered with some other mobile with same email, wallet balance is not showing.... Other wise when i do forgotton password its sending otp on old registered mobile no which is unrecoverable. On mobiqwick site customer care no has been given but that no is telling invalid. So i am unable to do something in that favour. Please do something in my favour.

                                        I am ramchandra cheke. I paid my electricity bill on 1 dec 2018. It's of amount 1070 inr. The amount is deducted from bank account, i have shared the details of this with mobikwik. However the bill payment is failed at their end. It's almost one month passed. However the mobikwik is not supporting me and not able to resolve the issue. I have given all details to them. I expect the amount should be again credited only my account. Please have a look.
