Sir, my name is p, venkata murali from bangalore. I was transferred amount rs[protected]+5000+5000+5000) to my friend account, dec 24 th, 2018. Time 5.17 pm, through mobikwik account, amount dedected in my account, but amount not add my friend account. Already i send transaction id details in mobokwik app help and support. But no replay from mobikwik care. Pls help me. Customer care no one is switched off, another no also always time busy. What can i do? Pls help...

i am having mobikwik wallet. But not able to use because of kyc .
Self kyc option not showing and mobikwik kyc store also not available . Kindly help me to resolve this kyc problem.
