Mobikwik application is a wrost app which have zero customer care system they are not responding customer payment related issues. When i asked his headoffice contact number then they are not given satisfactory answare to me. I have done 25500/- payment transection to my bajaj allianz policy by mobikwik median but don't transfer my payment to my merchant. Please help me. His office contact no is [protected]

I have recharged Airtel number today morning at 9 30 am number [protected]. amount 448 amount deducted but till not recharged that number and Airtel customer care is telling not received what to do how much time u need to return money into wallet

    Nomobikwik transactions history shows as amount of 6000 received but not credited to bank account... On 7th january 2019 at 1.51pm my friend sent 6000 via mobikwik to me... It shows as amount received +6000 but not credited to my account... Customer help from mobikwik does not reply properly... They always give same reply with reference number. Plese credit amount to respected bank account..

    I recharged my house number [protected] today morning at 9 30 am Airtel number amount 448 is deducted from my account I faced this problem so many times in mobikwik I can't know who is the froud Airtel or mobikwik plz solve this or I will take further action my number is [protected]

      Through mobikwik same number has got double recharged for the same period. So, i would like to revert back one of the transactions.

        I have redeemed my State Bank of India debit card reward points of 300 points equivalent to 75 indian rupees to the mobikwik wallet app. The reward points have been deducted from my sbi rewards account and no longer exists as on 05jan2019. Point Gateway (LIVMOBIKWIK) Booking Done MemberShipNo: [protected] Points: 300.00, i also got this message from state bank that my reward points have been successfully redeemed into mobikwik wallet.But when I logged in into my mobikwik app it shows zero balance in the mobikwik wallet which should have been 75 indian rupees is not added .what happen to that account.i call to mobikwik customer care they dont have information regarding this issue. Plese help me to process

          mobikwik scam blocking kyc validation and bank transfer

          Mobikwik is pathetic company with no customer care number working. They blocked my wallet to bank transfer saying kyc is pending but i submitted all my kyc documents still they are not enabling my bank transfer and my money is stuck in wallet, looks like its scam by mobikwik one of the worst upi/payment company i used.

          First place mobikwik doesnt have working customer care number where you can talk to someone and get it resolvedbr...

          Hello i have recharged my jio number [removed] via mobikwik of rupees 399,
          But has taken the money and it never get recharged, and i have tried to registered two times help ticket and found those status are resolved without anything done, they dont have even contact number. This is really fake.

          Mobikwik customer care people tried to threatened by calling early morning at 6 am. and asked what is the issue, when told them why you are calling me so early morning, they told do you need any solution as you have a complaint in the forum. tell me the details of the issue, after explained him the details he asked me to give details of bank account so he can transfer the amount. is it this company operates like this ? please aware of this company once you have made phone recharge and if it did not recharge then forget the money because they will call you in very odd time and try to threaten you

            I have done annual recharge towards my tatasky subscriber id [protected] on 1st jan 2019.
            The money got deducted instantly but the issue of credit towards my tata sky account still stands unresolved and the account is deactivated.
            They said the money will get refunded but no action has been taken till now.
            I have had enough patience to wait for 13 days but now i am losing my patience as the purpose of recharge still stands unfulfilled.
            I expect a quick response from mobikwik to draw a conclusion.
            I have also raised a complaint at tata sky for 3rd time with refference number: 1abtm1o1 to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

              Hi, i m dhirendra kumar yadav. Has a mobikwik account with balance of rupees 1298/-. I m not able to transfer the money back to my bank account or to do any recharge. Yes but your very wise app is allowing transferring more money in to my mobikwik account from my bank account.

                After raising a complaint they called from registered mobikwik no:[protected], that concerned customer executive had pretended saying that he will do wallet to card transfer of my money of rs 9000 locked in mobikwik wallet. Instead of that he took the details of debit card. He directly stole the amount of rs 8999 from my savings account by using debit card details. I can finally say that mobikwik is fraud. It's just looting the people's money. I request the government to ban this wallet as early as possible. I am attaching the proof that my money was looted on 09/01/2019, at 4:37pm. They are not even resolving this issue.

                  Mobikwik company cheating me, as per RBI for Wallet upgration, I try to Done my wallet Kyc. But unfortunately there is no Kyc centers in prakasam Dt(Ongole), they hold 5000rs in.my wallet.. If I want do any transaction, that request is not processing due to Kyc upgrade.100 times I try to call customer care. But at least one number also not working.

                  I request you please help me to get my money back.

                    Had done a vodafone recharge for mobile number [protected] worth ₹458 on 6th january, 2019. The recharge was claimed to be successful by mobikwik and a confirmation email for the same was sent ; but no such recharge records were found by the operator, whereby recharge was not done. Thus the recharge was not done even after dedection of money.

                    I've added 9999 rupees from my credit card to this wallet. But I couldn't get the money in my SB account. It's so pathetic and even the Customer care service is even worse. I'm not a single user but also many users are affected with the same issue.

But later when I thought of transferring the same amount of Rs10000 from Mobikwik wallet to Bank Account, They asked me for kyc registration.                           I have added rs9000/- to my mobikwik wallet linked to mobile number [protected] from my credit card. But later when i thought of transferring the same amount of rs9000 from mobikwik wallet to bank account, they asked me for kyc registration. I opted kyc verification at door step within 48hours. But it has been 20days still kyc verification has not been completed at door step. They didn't send any agent to complete the kyc verification process at door step. I have been raising this issue at there customer support. There is no proper support from customer care. Finally i can conclude that this mobikwik is big fraud. So i want to bring to your notice about this.

                            I deposited amount in mobikiwik wallet on 13/12/2018. My pin was blocked so i received message that you complete your kyc as i uploaded my pan card copy. As on date i couldn't receive any positive reply. I had sent so many messages. I had search their contact number but i am unable to get it. Kindly the matter asap

                              I am unable to transfer money from my wallet to bank account no one is responding to my issue i am facing lot of trouble with this app my money 10000 was blocked in my wallet no one is responding no faqs are available relating to this they are telling that they are updating the app then why should they proceed us to add money just block that option also i want to pay my fees it is delaying they are telling that it will take 7 working days to resolve the query raised i had taken screen shots first one is no outlet found to in person verification and another is pending verification how many days it will take to proceed is not mentioned until that time i need to hold my money in that wallet respond to the issue

                                I transferred 1000rs from sbi account through mobiqwik app to my maharashtra bank account. It credited into my account but within 5 minutes automatically debited those 1000 rs.
                                And it is clearly showing that amount is debited from sbi account also and from bank of maharashtra account also..

                                  Hi dear sir /madam,... I have a mobikwik account which i use through their app. I have 1295/- rupees in the account. But i m not able to carry out any transaction through it... Every time a massage is popping up that email id not recognised, whereas i have already registered my email id with app. However the app is allowing only one transaction ie it is accepting money transfer from other bank accounts to its credit... No customer service is responding... Please do something... Thanks...

                                    They have given us cashback in the name of supercash. But now there are terms and conditions that only 5% of that supercash can be used for each payment. Unlike other apps where you can use 100% of your cashback amount for any payment. And also supercash will be valid for only 45 days after earning. So why is there a limit in the money earned?
                                    Who are they to expire our earned cashbacks after some days?
                                    This is a clear fraud feature.

                                      Mobikwik looted my money of rs.9600- regarding the complaint ticket id-#10048517 on 29.12.2018 i had received a call from mobikwik's customer service mobile no.[protected] and the person shared my bank account details including otp. Soon the person withdraw the amount of rs.9600- from my bank account. I was shared the otp because of the call is from mobikwik's authorised customer service number-[protected]. Mobikwik looted my hard earned money.later the same person contacted me through another mobile number--[protected].Kindly request you to please send back my amount.i uploaded the bank statement

                                      Despite of providing all required details, till date i have not received my money from MOBIKWIK..mobikwik proved that the frauds are done with their complete cooperation.why are you running away from enquiring the related MOBIKWIK's representative-[protected]-who is the culprit of this issue.kindly check his beneficiary account and phone calls.you will get the truth.

                                      when I login MOBIKWIK with my registered mobile no.[protected] the screen shows that "user is disabled" despite of entering valid OTP.In my MOBIKWIK wallet I have Rs.120.00 credit balance.kindlly return back my money.since 7days i raised this issue several times but there is no response from your side despite of providing related proofs.my advise to all the innocent people who had wallet with MOBIKWIK, be alert.suddenly MOBIKWIK blocked my account and looted my credit balance of Rs.120.00.despite of providing all details, till date my account disabled and my money also missing.be careful those who have a account with MOBIKWIK and don't keep even penny cash in your wallet. MOBIKWIK similarly known as "FRAUDKWIK"
