Dear sir, i am not able to utilize my Mobikwik wallet money what was i credited from my bank, every time it is asking to validate my KYC details, but when i am going ro validate my KYC details, it shiws an error " Sorry this service is not available " i complaint mobikwik multiple time but not get any responce by them, my mobile no. Is [protected]
I made a payment for electricity bill amount Rs510 INR on 12/11/18. The transaction was failed (order no-MK[protected]) but the money deducted from my SBI Bank account (POS-[protected] MOBIKWIK txn#[protected].pls check status and return money.

I think this website is making us fools
Added rs3790 in wallet but deducted rs899 for bank recovery for no reason
There is no valid customer care number to talk issue raised to MobiKwik help but team is not responding
Cannot transfer the amount In bank account

    Hi,

    This is so unfortunate that we as a customer are getting the worse customer services ever.

    I uploaded money in my wallet so that i could start using mobikwik.

    I wanted to use the wallet for couple of transactions like ordering online food, petrol etc but neither i can able to use money on any merchant nor i can make any bank withdrawal.

    It's been more than a week i am struggling to get my kyc updated. I cannot do it online as my new mobile phone number is not linked with aadhaar.
    I requested for a agent to visit my location but no one came. Neither i recieved any communication from mobikwik. This is really pathetic services. This is our hard earned money which i am not able to use. Please send somebody asap otherwise i am escalating it to consume court.

        Transaction for charging mobile number initiated from vodafone app and payment done from mobiwik. But transaction failed at mobieik end and refund not initiated in account while 7 days already completed. I already raised complain to mobiel but no update and refund initiated from their end. And they never respond on any complain. I am still waiting for their response but no response from their end.

            Payment to mi.com Of Rs 12999/- two different transaction from different debit card money deducted from my bank account two time.
            But showing that payment failed. When I contacted at mobikwik help he said the refund was done between 7-21 working days. But the matter is now payment date is 12 October 2018 . It is over 36 days but till not refund my money. Even I have contact to mobikwik help over than 20 times he was always said that wait 7-21 working days even it's over 36 days.
            He was cheating with me.

              Meane 10/10/2018 Ko SBI credit card ka bill payment MobiKwik se Kiya tha jo updated nahi hua or November month ke statement me add hokar aa gya jisaka amount-7938 tha.meane MobiKwik ke office me complete ki to unhone kaha ki hamare eha se pement successful ho gayi hai.or bank bale bol rahe he ki hamare pas koi pement nahi hai.or sir me amount -7938/- refund nahi hua hai.

                i had done mobikwik payment through wallet rs.4400/ it deducted from wallet but not got in Account which i paid so i raised the issue on that day. My ticket id is 9647857 on that day when i raised my issue i.e; 05 November 2018, get just reply that your issue is resolved and you will get payment within 5 to 7 days working but now its 16th November 2018 and didn't get any refund to wallet or didn't get any reply from your side.
                I had attached my both bank statement for reference because in resolved status they message me that it refunded to your bank account.

                      I tried to add 2446.78 on 15.11.2018 to mobikwik wallet from my paytm payments bank account but the transaction failed but the amount deducted from bank account when contacted to paytm customer care they said contact merchant and merchant is not replying yo me please help its urgent and tell me how much time i have to wait for this to get the refund

                        On 26th of Oct, I made three UPI transactions from ICICI to HDFC credit card payment through Mobiwik. Out of three, two were scucessful and one was pending at the Mobiwik, After that i raised the request, they mentioned that it is reversed to the bank. But my banker says that the money is in still mobiwik. Need to know to which bank they transferred the money.

                          On 10 th Nov I tried to recharge my jio account via mobiwik .Com from my jio app but unfortunately it was not credited till 11 Nov 18 . On 11 Nov 18 at 10 25 am I have called on the mobiwik customer service agent of mobiwik customer service mobile number a agent took the phone and I told him about the matter which happens on 10th Nov . I claimed him for refund on my money as as my recharge was not done but he told me to download the mobiwik app first as the procedure for refund he also asked me to download an anather app anydesk at first I rejected to download the app but managed me claverly by saying that this was the procedure for refund thus I download the app and he asked me to say the ten digit number to present it the app I told and he manned me to enter the card no ccv no to it suddenly and again he asked me to enter the amount suddenly I found a thipple otp was generated and a sum of 15398 was debited from my account suddenly I come to known that he has hacked my phone thus I manned to block my card the three trannscation as follows Mobiwik txn[protected] of rs 399 ABIPl txn[protected] of rs 9999 yes bank txn[protected] of rs 5000 I was unable to complaint​ on my home branch as of devali holiday I tried again and again to the same mobile no but no body picked up on the phone .Yesterday I have made a call from anather mobile to the same mobiwik mobile number they took the phone I have told all the detail to them and the agent given a complaint registration no of[protected] I was told that the enquiry team will call me within 24 hrs and no call came today again I called on the same mobiwik mobile no the agent told me that the complaint is in open stage the will contact through the mail. Thus request you to take necessary step to refund of my debited money .

                          I have made my credit card payment on October 25 and due date is October 28. Unsure if the payment has been made as there is no invoice data. Pls do the needful. Such things will not allow to use Mobikwik in the future.

                          Unsure, how long will it take to resolve my issue.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have recharged my Vodafone mobile number on[protected] using My Vodafone app for rs 159 on and made payment through Mobikwik wallet. The amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. When I have raised this with Mobikwik they are not ready to accept it and said recharge was successful at the merchant(Vodafone) side. But when I checked with the Vodafone customer care they clearly written over a mail that recharge was unsuccessful and amount should be credited back to my account. But it has not happened.
                            I even attached the mail copy to Mobikwik but they are not ready to accept and refund my amount.

                              Good evening. On 14/09/2018 unauthorized transaction for rs.37, 500/- debited in my account through mobiwik. That transactions is not mine and more over some third party made a transaction without my permission. I have already made a complaint to the bank also. On that day nearly 10 transaction done though my debit card. So we request you please kindly refund the transaction from your end at an earliest. But till today they have not refunded.

                                I have transferred money to a frnd.. And transaction is successful but the amount didn't reached to the destination account so quickly grand my request and refund my money as soon as possible... Transaction id:[protected]...                                   Customer support told that issue will be resolved in 7 days and amount will be refunded but still it's been more than 10 days but no update.

                                  Hai, when i was doing transaction with mobikwik app to mynthra account the transaction was not succeed but amount (1783.00) deducted from my yes bank savings account on 9th november but still not refunded the amount to my account and i also informed many times on mobikwik support they are not giving us exact response like as per bank policies within (7-21) days the deducted amount will refund to your source bank for that i also visited to my bank but no amount is refunded from mobikwik, still how many days, i have to wait for my money, i think this is not write, you people were playing with us my money is dedicated one month's back still it's not refund, how can we trust online payments you people were not giving any response from mobikiwik costumer support, very worst service please refund my money, we have some comments my money is not refund from past one month.                                   Hi, On 05 Nov 2018 i paid from SBI credit card bill from UCO bank(through mobikwik) wallet, still the amount not paid
                                  Just now i transfer Sum of rupee 5500/to my sister sbi account i got the money deducted from my account but it shows failed. I try to contact the customer care of your service but all the given numbers are not working. Now I don't understand how to get back the said amount. I'm using this app from 2017. So hope you are here to help me.
