Sir, i paid my electricity bill through mobikwik, that was the greatest mistake of my life. I always pay by bills through paytm. This time, just due to stupid cash back offer, i did sill mistake and paid my bill of rupees 10257 rupees through mobikwik. Now the result is that, after paying the amount through my bank account, it genereated a message that your bill is paid succesfully but after two days, it generated a reciept, in which it was mentioned that, sorry we unable to process your transaction, and your money will be refund in 7 to 21 days, in case of delay you should contact to your bank, arey bank waale thori sunege meri baat. Unki kooi mistake nhi, mistake mobikwik ki hai, aaj tak mere paise wapis nhi aaye. Jab contact kia customer care par, toh sab k sab no. Fake nikle. Main head branch me call kia then the attendent said, arey madam diwali ki chutti hai do din baad fone kijie. Jabki usme likha hua hai 24*7 services.. I m so much disappointed with the poor services. Koi customer care assistant bhi nhi hai... Paise b wapis nhi aaye,
