Sir, i paid my electricity bill through mobikwik, that was the greatest mistake of my life. I always pay by bills through paytm. This time, just due to stupid cash back offer, i did sill mistake and paid my bill of rupees 10257 rupees through mobikwik. Now the result is that, after paying the amount through my bank account, it genereated a message that your bill is paid succesfully but after two days, it generated a reciept, in which it was mentioned that, sorry we unable to process your transaction, and your money will be refund in 7 to 21 days, in case of delay you should contact to your bank, arey bank waale thori sunege meri baat. Unki kooi mistake nhi, mistake mobikwik ki hai, aaj tak mere paise wapis nhi aaye. Jab contact kia customer care par, toh sab k sab no. Fake nikle. Main head branch me call kia then the attendent said, arey madam diwali ki chutti hai do din baad fone kijie. Jabki usme likha hua hai 24*7 services.. I m so much disappointed with the poor services. Koi customer care assistant bhi nhi hai... Paise b wapis nhi aaye,

    I am surprised to see that the government is so inactive after so many complaints raised against the company. The company has devoured lots and lots of our cashbacks by restricting the use of it and now it is showing our transactions as successful but the payments are not updated at the billers end. Plwase find the screenshots attached for the tickets raised and also the dispute raised but it seems that mobikwik is bent on cheating customers continuously and there is no end to their unfair practices. Is the government of india deaf that the consumer interests are not looked into and companies are freely going ahead cheating customers - indua is said to be a progressive country but do you call such inactivity as progress - simply informing the company is not enough - go ahead to take action to stop unfair practices.
    Mobikwik insists that it is abiding by the rbi guidelines in insisting on asking for aadhaar verification for digital wallet whereas the supreme court had passed a decision in september that no private company can insist on aadhar verification.
    Why is the government silent and not putting a check on mobikwik? What is the use of a decision of the highest court of authority if it is not followed? I find everything so strange when we proudly say that the present government authorities are protectors of justice whereas in fact there is no truth in such a statement.
    Kindly look into the mobikwik records and stop all unfair policies and practices by the company.

      I moved my 10000RS to mobikwik wallet but this amount available but not pay bills, withdraw, EMI etc..
      Also KYC not update overall problem my money stuCK and very struggling to use my money...
      I also charged bouncing charges of Bajaj finance I have money in wallet but can't pay my utilities totally useless and support less app bad service customer careless app

        ‭+[protected]‬, I got a call from this number he was asking to redeem the money to my account which was wrongly devoted to someone others account. And this guy was not seems genuine while talking he seems like a threat and may be a spoiler. Just be aware of this fraud, if not then please contact via proper contact. He asked me the old transaction about 6-7 months ago, that time may be I have written complain about that issue. As this guy know my complain and tried to fetch all other details about my credit card. I just want to confirm if this is a valid number or a real contact person from MobiKwik or not. If he is genuine then why he asked and interrogate in a manner where asked for otp and other details.

          Unable to transfer Mobikwik wallet amount Or make payment via mobikwik wallet amount. There is no way that i can even reach out to customer care executive also. Website and app is also not responding properly. This is the worst experience of my lifetime. I was able to add money to Mobikwik wallet but not able to use my money from wallet. My money is stuck and i want it back in my bank account asap. This is the most hopeless experience i’ve ever had. I am disgusted to the core by the company.

            Myself vikash kumar mishra, kolkata, m-[protected]. I would like to inform you that i am using virtual debit card of mobikwik. On 28th oct 2018 i am trying to load rs.4850 from mobikwik virtual debit card to my payzap wallet. But i found rs.4993.08 deducted from my mobikwik wallet a/c. But no money credited in my payzap wallet. I am also mentioning invoice summary order[protected]
            8_78935394.

            Further i would like to inform you i have raised a complaint through mobikwik app vide ticket id 9586825. But i am not getting any response from mobikwik and they are not giving any senior person no or email id where i will complaint this case.

            So, i request you kindly help on this matter.

              When i recharge mobile and pay electricity bill by using super cash, message comes - sorry, this service is currently unavailable. Since last week i have raised tickets twice and also lodged complaint on your consumer complaint sight but received no reply from your side. Your customer care mobile numbers always show switch off and landline always busy. Your service is very poor. I will never advise any person to shop through mobikwik. If any person cannot use super cash, what is the benefit of giving super cash. Please reply at the earliest.

              I will never advise customers to select Mobikwik wallet while buying medicines online. On the greed of 15 to 20% super cash, the customers select Mobikwik wallet. Super cash earned on medicines can not be used on future medicines buying. It can be used on other services. Only 5% of transaction amount or maximum R's. 50 can be used per transaction from super cash while other wallets like PayPal, Amazon, Paytm allow 100% adjustment of cash back in future transactions. Thus Mobikwik is cheating with the public. Always be careful while using Mobikwik wallet.
              I have transferred the money 7629/- as on[protected] from my wallet but not credited to my account. I have already sent two mails but there is no update from the company. Now what can I do further. Resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                Still how many days, i have to wait for my money, i think this is not write, you people were playing with us my money is dedicated one month's back still it's not refund, how can we trust online payments you people were not giving any response from mobikivki costumer support, very worst service please refund my money, we have some comments my money is not refund from past one month.

                    Why not refund my money

                      1. Mobikwik needs to be taught a lesson by taking them to courts and making them to refund money to customers which they cleverly picketed through their discretionary actions in the past

                      2. They don't have any means to contact them directly through phone calls or e-mail. One can write to them only on mobile app in help section, to which they reply unsatisfactorily. They do not allow customers to send more than one msg while raising in issue in help @ mobikwik mobile app. If i send a screenshot, i can't send any further text msg, or if i send a text msg, i can't send you a screenshot or any other text msg. I have to write this e-mail, as i am not allowed to type any further msg in the mobile app.

                      3. Mobikwik doesn't redeem supercash of clients deliberately, and then in the end, expire their supercash. I have had many issues in the past where mobikwik has expired my supercash amounting to rs 3600+ on one occasion and rs 2500+ on other occasion, thereby saving money at the cost of denying customer to utilize theirs.

                      4. I can share all the issues in details with proof / screenshots.

Despite sending request over mail they are not paying heed towards customer concern. Even they not replied my mail. I have even called the customer service there never resolved my problem so pls help me to open the app its very bad experience if you cannot resovle the customer complaints then pls close down the app

                            I have an account in mobikwik, yesterday i added rs. 10000 in my wallet for purchasing, but i cant send money to any merchant or any bank account from my wallet. There is no customer care number of mobikwik where i can filled a complaint. Everytime when i tried to transaction there is error saying that service is not available. I also cant update my kyc from wallet.

                              Hi Sir i have paid my Bill Payment of Rs 1200 for my BSNL Landline. I paid through my credit card and amount was debited and payment was successful.
                              After the payment it is showing me i have paid for Airtel No with my bsnl landline number.
                              BUt money has not been credited to my BSNL landline account. I have been enquiring the same to the customer care support but no proper response in this regard.They said it will take 3 working days to get it resolved but 4 days have passed nothing has been updated and i feel cheated over here.

                              No customer care contact number or clear reply from there customer support . Very generic automated type reply.

                              Kindly take immediate action and save other ppl from these fraudulent site.

                                My account is registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                I have booked irctc ticket and paid the amount through mobikwik wallet on 25.09.2018. The amount (Rs 1450.86) was deducted and ticket was booked. No issue so far

                                Subsequently, on 28.09.2018, the whole amount rs 1450.86 was refunded in my wallet, eventhough the ticket was still valid (I checked on irctc). I, therefore, complained on mobikwik help about the mistaken refund on 28.09.2018 as i was afraid that my train ticket will be cancelled.

                                On 05.10.2018 the amount rs 1450.86 was deducted (The description was wallet debit against recovering for wrong irctc refund). No issues so far.
                                On 06.10.2018 i have cancelled my ticket and irctc has issued rs 1230 refund, however the same has not been credited in my wallet till date.

                                I have complained on mobikwik wallet 2 times and everytime they close my query by writing some mumbo-jambo about supercash.

                                  On 26th of october, there transaction were made, out of three one was failed and money was not either credited back to the beneficiary account or the credit card. Same issue raised in the mobikwik also, they told that money credited back to beneficiary account, but it was not happened.

                                    Hi, I have made fund transfer from wallet to Bank on 19.10.2018 and amount was debited from wallet but didnt credited to source account and i have raise the complaint to both.
                                    1. mobikwik(Ticket #9521015): Team said "Payment was successful from our end amount has been added to the source account and they given PRN no.[protected] for further reference also suggest to check with bank side.
                                    2.Bank: i have draft the mail to bank support team (and before that i have check my account statement in internet banking also) and they replied me "In case if your amount has been debited from mobiwik and the amount not credited to HDFC, please directly check the same with mobiwik for the status of the transaction. We have no actionable from our end."

                                    I'm too depressed these kind of service from mobikwik...

                                    i have received a call from +91 [protected], and caller telling i'm calling from mobikwik my name is Mr Rahul sing and he asked below details:
                                    1. present wallet amount and date of transaction - i have given
                                    2. card last 6 digit no. and expiry date of card which i have used to credit the amount to mobikwik wallet- i have given.
                                    3. and he sent a link from no.[protected] to my mobile no. and he said to forward the link to no.[protected]. - i refuse that becoz i think the way is not safe and may be they will clean my account.
                                    also may be they are going to be credit the amount to wallet from my account only.

                                    But i didnt expect these kind of details are required to mobikwik to resolve this kind of issues.

                                        Since last 10 days I am unable to do transaction from my mobikwik wallet. Every time while recharge it is showing "this service is not available ".I am having Rs. 4000 in my mobikwik wallet. I have raised 3 tickets to mobikwik help section but no reply received till now. I am worried whether I can use my money lying in mobikwik wallet . Please help. Regards siddharth [protected].
