why not refund my money

What the are bad service in mobikwik company,
I have mobikwik account, number-[protected]
Mail i’d - [protected]@gmail.com
Due to kyc not done i have deactivate this account on customer care side
Before deactivate i was uploaded 2500 rupees
Why not refund my money
With out refund how to deactivate this account,
This account already deactivated.
Before i was transferr 2500 rupees...

1. Mobikwik needs to be taught a lesson by taking them to courts and making them to refund money to customers which they cleverly picketed through their discretionary actions in the past

2. They don't have any means to contact them directly through phone calls or e-mail. One can write to them only on mobile app in help section, to which they reply unsatisfactorily. They do not allow customers to send more than one msg while...

account is showing error user is disabled

My account having mail id fernandes. [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no[protected] has been disabled for past 5 to 6 months ago. Despite sending request over mail they are not paying heed towards customer concern. Even they not replied my mail. I have even called the customer service there never resolved my problem so pls help me to open the app its very bad experience if you cannot resovle the customer complaints then pls close down the app...

permanently delete my account

Dear Mobikwik Support Team,
H have two accounts and I just want to delete my account permanently with following information because i am not using anywhere this account.
1 My mobile number with Mobikwik account is- [protected]
2 My registered email with Mobikwik account is- [protected]@gmail.com
3 My last transaction was: mobile recharge 19₹ at [protected]
*This account not deleted it is only user disabled....

transaction from wallet

I have an account in mobikwik, yesterday i added rs. 10000 in my wallet for purchasing, but i cant send money to any merchant or any bank account from my wallet. There is no customer care number of mobikwik where i can filled a complaint. Everytime when i tried to transaction there is error saying that service is not available. I also cant update my kyc from wallet....

bill payment successful but not credited to bsnl network.

Hi Sir i have paid my Bill Payment of Rs 1200 for my BSNL Landline. I paid through my credit card and amount was debited and payment was successful.
After the payment it is showing me i have paid for Airtel No with my bsnl landline number.
BUt money has not been credited to my BSNL landline account. I have been enquiring the same to the customer care support but no proper response in this regard.They said it will take 3 working...

refund on cancellation of irctc train ticket

My account is registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com

I have booked irctc ticket and paid the amount through mobikwik wallet on 25.09.2018. The amount (Rs 1450.86) was deducted and ticket was booked. No issue so far

Subsequently, on 28.09.2018, the whole amount rs 1450.86 was refunded in my wallet, eventhough the ticket was still valid (I checked on irctc). I, therefore, complained on mobikwik help...

money deducted from the bank but the credit card did not receive

On 26th of october, there transaction were made, out of three one was failed and money was not either credited back to the beneficiary account or the credit card. Same issue raised in the mobikwik also, they told that money credited back to beneficiary account, but it was not happened.

fund debited from wallet but not credited into source account

Hi, I have made fund transfer from wallet to Bank on 19.10.2018 and amount was debited from wallet but didnt credited to source account and i have raise the complaint to both.
1. mobikwik(Ticket #9521015): Team said "Payment was successful from our end amount has been added to the source account and they given PRN no.[protected] for further reference also suggest to check with bank side.
2.Bank: i have draft the mail to bank...

kyc service unavailable

I have registered in mobikwik 10 to 15 days back and add 5000 but i cannot able to use this money due to kyc service unavailable and i have tried lot of time to update my kyc through mobikwik app and mobikwik kyc center as well but not done so how i can withdraw or use this money if. Kyc service unavailable so mobikwik team need to inform before adding money so that no one will loose or block money.

unable to use money from mobikwik wallet

Since last 10 days I am unable to do transaction from my mobikwik wallet. Every time while recharge it is showing "this service is not available ".I am having Rs. 4000 in my mobikwik wallet. railway amount not yet refunded

I have not yet received my refund of ticket cancellation which has pnr number [protected]. I proceeded the payment through mobikwik which is responsible for the refund amount to be transferred to my account although the ticket situation is showing that the amount has been refunded but it has not yet reached my account please process my request as soon as possible....

I am cancel this order. Rs.1260 refund amount to send mobikwik.

I contact make my trip customer care and told to already amount sent to mobikwik. But till now not received....

regarding kyc and primary number

Dear sir,
I deposit cash to mobikwik wallet on 26/10/18 at Rs.9000/-.But now i cant transfer money from my wallet to bank or wallet other payments.
Such transaction time they showing update kyc. i find local kyc centers in ernakulam. No shops are updating kyc in my area.
I try many times for kyc in this app but it is not working now....

transaction failed but no refund

I paid for airticket using MobiKwik, but after doing payment using Mobikwik transaction failed.
CCAvenue support confirmed refund of transaction failed.

But there is no Help system at MobiKwik I tried chat it is frustrating bot,
I called Customer Care Number - [protected], it just play recorded message.
I called Number :[protected], it is not available.

How government allows these companies...

Sir, on dated 03 october 2018, i booked a bus ticket from kanpur to delhi through red bus and paid money rs 2400/- via mobikwik. My ticket pnr was b3mxadmm and operator pnr was b3mxadmm.
