I already paid my aug and sep bill through mobikwik app and the money was detected.

But when i am going to pay oct bill the both aug and sep bills are added and the bill goes high.

My nov bill is low but the total payable amount is high it is the sum of aug, sep and oct bill.

    I made a payment for electricity bil on 14-oct-2018. The transaction was not completed. And the money deducted from my account. Now the failed transaction is not showing in my history. I raise a complaint to refund my money. They said the mone will be credited within 7-21 days. But a month has been over. Money is not refunded yet. And i can't contact the bank because they are not providing the transaction no or order id with bank. I have to keep begging for my own money

        Hi,
        Due to multiple otp request i am not able to login then raised ticket regarding that issue and ticket id: 9666297 then the popup message appeared and shows try again after 24hrs. Then i again tried to login after 28hrs faced the same then had a conversation with twitter support they gave me an email id [protected]@mobikwik.com i did mailed on that but did get any satisfying reply. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
        Now i don't have any hope that my issue will resolve, i believe that i wasted time money on mobikwik pathetic customer service.

        Still my account is disabled. I have money in my wallet and not able to use it.
        kindly recheck the issue and try to resolved it as soon as possible..

        I have transferred some amount to Mobikwik account from my other bank account...that amount has been deducted from my bank account but yet not added to my Mobikwik account..I am the new user of your services and this was my first transaction but I have to say it is a worst experience ever.
        I have added 10000rs to my mobikwik wallet and I am unable to transfer the money to bank account
        I am getting error as service currently unavailable while uploading kyc
        I am in hospital and I have to pay the hospital bills
        please resolve this at earliest

              Good morning sir,

              On november 5th i transfer 10, 000 rs amount to sbi bank account from my mobikwik wallet and the transaction was failed, but it is debited from my wallet and the same amount was not credited till now. Please ensure as soon as possible and refund my 10, 000 rs amount. Already i complaint 3 to 4 times and there is no response from the mobikwik customer care and my complaint ticket id is 9682475

                Hello,

                This is to inform you that i had recharged to my mobikwik wallet with rs.7000/- to make a payment to merchant. However, your app is giving option only to add money but not option to transfer money to merchant nor back to amount.

                I have writing to your support from 5th of november and i have not received proper response. Unfortunately you do not have support number to contact.

                It is so irritating for a customer to see your response time as 7 working and response from nodal officer is 21 business working days. Its so shameful for a company to keep a support ike this. This shows your level of company.

                This is very cheaper than any lala company. I will never use your application again and i will ensure any of my friends or family should not use your application.

                I will raise a complaint in cosumer forum if the issue (Reverse back to account) is not resolved within 5 working days.

                My ticket id - 9652395.

                Not regards but with regret for choosing your company.

                  Its like a nightmare.. Unable to contact customer care team they never responds call even i waited 9 hrs.. Unable to recieve any poaitive response... Need money its medical emergency and they are just playing wirh my money but not a problem..

                  By any which ways i have to wait so better to file a consumer case along cyber fraud case on this scam company

                    They ask for aadhar no and when i give it, says service is unavailable.At Last i created account using my driving License ID .After Creating i put a sum of 210Rs into Mobikwik Wallet.After that i tend to recharge my Phone using Mobikwik Wallet .After Proceeding it says Service Is Unavailable. Not this also
                    other Features is not also working.Please Help me.

                      Hai, when i was doing transaction with mobikwik app to mynthra account the transaction was not succeed but amount (2351.00) deducted from my account on[protected], but still not refunded the amount to my account and i also informed many times on mobikwik support they are not giving us exact response like as per bank policies within (7-21) days the deducted amount will refund to your source bank for that i also visited to my bank but no amount is refunded from mobikwik, still how many days, i have to wait for my money, i think this is not write, you people were playing with us my money is dedicated one month's back still it's not refund, how can we trust online payments you people were not giving any response from mobikivki costumer support, very worst service please refund my money, we have some comments my money is not refund from past one month. My registered email with mobikwik app ([protected]@gmail.com) and mobile number is ([protected]).

                        As a new user for mobikwik I am not able to complete my kyc process due to which all of my bank transactions are getting failed which has been a major issue for me and secondly im not able to reset my password due to which im not able to use the app.kindly look into the issue and try to reslove it as soon as possible as im facing a lot of problems.

                            Sir, i paid my electricity bill through mobikwik, that was the greatest mistake of my life. I always pay by bills through paytm. This time, just due to stupid cash back offer, i did sill mistake and paid my bill of rupees 10257 rupees through mobikwik. Now the result is that, after paying the amount through my bank account, it genereated a message that your bill is paid succesfully but after two days, it generated a reciept, in which it was mentioned that, sorry we unable to process your transaction, and your money will be refund in 7 to 21 days, in case of delay you should contact to your bank, arey bank waale thori sunege meri baat. Unki kooi mistake nhi, mistake mobikwik ki hai, aaj tak mere paise wapis nhi aaye. Jab contact kia customer care par, toh sab k sab no. Fake nikle. Main head branch me call kia then the attendent said, arey madam diwali ki chutti hai do din baad fone kijie. Jabki usme likha hua hai 24*7 services.. I m so much disappointed with the poor services. Koi customer care assistant bhi nhi hai... Paise b wapis nhi aaye,

                              I am surprised to see that the government is so inactive after so many complaints raised against the company. The company has devoured lots and lots of our cashbacks by restricting the use of it and now it is showing our transactions as successful but the payments are not updated at the billers end. Plwase find the screenshots attached for the tickets raised and also the dispute raised but it seems that mobikwik is bent on cheating customers continuously and there is no end to their unfair practices. Is the government of india deaf that the consumer interests are not looked into and companies are freely going ahead cheating customers - indua is said to be a progressive country but do you call such inactivity as progress - simply informing the company is not enough - go ahead to take action to stop unfair practices.
                              Mobikwik insists that it is abiding by the rbi guidelines in insisting on asking for aadhaar verification for digital wallet whereas the supreme court had passed a decision in september that no private company can insist on aadhar verification.
                              Why is the government silent and not putting a check on mobikwik? What is the use of a decision of the highest court of authority if it is not followed? I find everything so strange when we proudly say that the present government authorities are protectors of justice whereas in fact there is no truth in such a statement.
                              Kindly look into the mobikwik records and stop all unfair policies and practices by the company.

                                Also KYC not update overall problem my money stuCK and very struggling to use my money...
                                I also charged bouncing charges of Bajaj finance I have money in wallet but can't pay my utilities totally useless and support less app bad service customer careless app

                                  ‭+[protected]‬, I got a call from this number he was asking to redeem the money to my account which was wrongly devoted to someone others account. And this guy was not seems genuine while talking he seems like a threat and may be a spoiler. Just be aware of this fraud, if not then please contact via proper contact. He asked me the old transaction about 6-7 months ago, that time may be I have written complain about that issue. As this guy know my complain and tried to fetch all other details about my credit card. I just want to confirm if this is a valid number or a real contact person from MobiKwik or not. If he is genuine then why he asked and interrogate in a manner where asked for otp and other details.

                                    Unable to transfer Mobikwik wallet amount Or make payment via mobikwik wallet amount. There is no way that i can even reach out to customer care executive also. Website and app is also not responding properly. This is the worst experience of my lifetime. I was able to add money to Mobikwik wallet but not able to use my money from wallet. My money is stuck and i want it back in my bank account asap. This is the most hopeless experience i’ve ever had. I am disgusted to the core by the company.

                                      Myself vikash kumar mishra, kolkata, m-[protected]. I would like to inform you that i am using virtual debit card of mobikwik. On 28th oct 2018 i am trying to load rs.4850 from mobikwik virtual debit card to my payzap wallet. But i found rs.4993.08 deducted from my mobikwik wallet a/c. But no money credited in my payzap wallet. I am also mentioning invoice summary order[protected]
                                      8_78935394.

                                      Further i would like to inform you i have raised a complaint through mobikwik app vide ticket id 9586825. But i am not getting any response from mobikwik and they are not giving any senior person no or email id where i will complaint this case.

                                      So, i request you kindly help on this matter.

                                        When i recharge mobile and pay electricity bill by using super cash, message comes - sorry, this service is currently unavailable. Since last week i have raised tickets twice and also lodged complaint on your consumer complaint sight but received no reply from your side. Your customer care mobile numbers always show switch off and landline always busy. Your service is very poor. I will never advise any person to shop through mobikwik. If any person cannot use super cash, what is the benefit of giving super cash. Please reply at the earliest.

                                        I will never advise customers to select Mobikwik wallet while buying medicines online. On the greed of 15 to 20% super cash, the customers select Mobikwik wallet. Super cash earned on medicines can not be used on future medicines buying. It can be used on other services. Only 5% of transaction amount or maximum R's. 50 can be used per transaction from super cash while other wallets like PayPal, Amazon, Paytm allow 100% adjustment of cash back in future transactions. Thus Mobikwik is cheating with the public. Always be careful while using Mobikwik wallet.
                                        I have transferred the money 7629/- as on[protected] from my wallet but not credited to my account. I have already sent two mails but there is no update from the company. Now what can I do further. Resolve my problem as soon as possible.
