Dear sir on 06/10/18 i transferred rs 2000 from mobikwik to my account but wrongly typed wrong account number but name was mine. They transferred that amount to some jiyarul mondal. I raised a quary (Ticket no. 9390891) in their help section same day only stating that account number and name was mismatched, then how that transaction got successful?, they acknowledge my complaint and asked for correct benifecciary name, account number and ifsc code. I promptly provide that information. Since then there are no reply from them, nor i able to ask for any details as their help section i can't write anything, nor they have any contact number or any support mail id. Already wrote mail to my bank but they told me to contact mobikwik only. Need my money back asap.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
