I have not received my transferred amount of 500 in my bank account yet.. Reg mob no.[protected].. Transaction date-20/09/2018... I have many times try to contact but no any response almost 22 days i don't received my transferred amount so plz solve my problem quickly.
I have also send email but not any response and don't get a call. And no any send a response.

    I am a senior citizen veera raj s living in theni alli nagaram theni taluk, theni district tamil nadu india. My work place is now islam patti about 30 km east of theni.
    My registered mobile no. Is [protected].
    Iam a regular user of mobile ik app for my money transaction. For the last 6 months.
    Mean time i was paying rs. 3115/= for the electricity bill on 08.10.2018 to the uislam patti eb service connection no. [protected] i paid electricity bill. At that time the app wallet amt. Was rs. 472.25. And as per the apps direction the balance amt. Of rs. 2642.75 was paid from my my bank of india theni sb account no.[protected] and it's ifsc code is bkid0008281. But after an half an hour this transaction was said to be failed and all the amount is refunded vide mobikwik app invoice no. Mk[protected] dated 08.10.2018 at 1.00 pm.
    But the amount was not reached and said to be retuned to the bank. But even after 4 days this was not returned. So please find my account truly settled early. Pl send me reply urgent ly. Thank. You one and all.. Veera raj

    Thanks to Mobilkw ik app and the company has kept their promise that the amount will be in to the bank within 7 to 10 days. It is done and the amount is settiled in time and as the company says the cash is safe with. Mobikw ik.

      I got a loan using the boost credit in the mobikwik mobile app. Also made the payments on time through ecs facility. Post i paid all the outstanding and got
      Confirmation adrya brila finance the loan account is closed from there side and mobikwik needs to close it in the app. I started asking the mobikwik team to report the iussse and reslove it but to my surprise the customer care executive are ignorant and not aware of what the process they need to follow. One is asking for noc and other says we are yet to get the noc from adrya brila finance. I wrote an email to nodal officer of mobikwik to hoping the issue will be resolved but yet again a suprise. I don't even get acknowledgement email saying i sent to the wright email id. That's post that there is no reply on the issue. My mobile number [protected]

        5000 amount deducted from account

        From past 2days i am getting worried about this transaction & am not getting connecting call of toll free number if my issue not resolved today i won be give a police complaint on this bajaj finance company.

        Someone withdrew money from my account through mobikwik. The amount is 4969rs and 1999rs and the transaction id is dthpg[protected] dyhpg[protected]. I am expecting a positive action from your side. I have been complained police as well. It was a fraud transaction and your company was involved in this because this transaction had done through mobikwik. So please give a keen observation on this complaint and i am lookind forward to you for a positive reply. Reply me as soon as possible because it is a matter of trust for mobikwik

          I didn't receive 15% cashback on purchase from limeroad through mobikwik. My product is of rs. 510 and it showed on the screen while purchasing that by using mobikwik, i get 15% cash back. But even after placing of the order and making payment, i did not receive any cashback. Kindly give me the reasons for the same. And if there is some issue, then clear it first and give me my cash back.

            I had done shopping on 29/9/18 from grofers for rs1020 and paid through mobikwik. It was promised to me that i will received the voucher for electricity bill worth rs 500... And will received the same by 04/10/18. I was waiting for the voucher but didn't receive it.
            I think mobiqwik is fake as this was my first transaction.
            Please do the needful so i trust again on mobiqwik.
            Hope u all will reply as soon as possible.

              Today (8/10/2018) i have tried to add sbi rewards point to mobiwik wallet,, but my sbi rewards point deducted but not credit balance in mobiwik wallet.

              Total rewards point-53622 = rs 13405.50,,

              I have received authantication code-9272834,

              And contact sbi rewards point customer care they tell me to contact mobiwik customer care,, and provided this code,, they do help u,,,

                Sir/madam, i have complaint against mobikwik as i have complaint further also. Sir my money is not refund by mobikwik and also no one reached me from their ward. They have message me to refund but didn't refund. My message to invoice summary is mk0100731yw1 my amount is13650rs help me to have my money back to my account. Sir the problem was that i have recharged tatasky ddh it was wrong unfortunately the amount was filled to much as i have mention above sir i requested them to refund my money and they did it. I was recharged through mobikwik now they are not reversing the amount i have recharged on 22nd but now the time i don't get money back. Sir help me to have money back in my account.

                      I have requested for kyc to mobikwik customer and i have raised ticket but there is no response from them kindly help me regarding this.
                      I have raised 2ticket it needs to be responsded in 24 hours but till now there is no response.
                      They don't have contact number and they don't have immediate response for their customers.
                      I have requested for a kyc i have tried it n number of times they said kyc agent will contact you soon till now there is no contact from kyc and even i have raised ticket in the mobikwik it said 24hours of response till now there is no response from them and i didn't get kyc agent details till now it has been more than 24hours i have been trying it but those people are not responding. I kindly request you to look into this issue.

                              Mere mobikbik wallet a/c [protected] se dusre ke mobile pe 1500 ka recharge hua hai. Par maine recharge nahi kiya hai, pichle month bhi 1500 ka recharge hua tha. Use bhi maine nahi kiya, har month bina mere security code or bina otp ke recharge kaise hoga, agar aisa hota raha to mere wallet pura ka pura khali ho jayega. Bas mai request karta hu ki mere wallet pe cash return aa jaye. Or mere wallet se mere permission ke bagair kisi ka recharge na ho...

                                I wrote this complain before, but i was responded that the same the complain will be responded to resolve after several days. What is the meaning of this? Does this mean i should forget abt it?

                                  On 29/09/2018 done a recharge through mobikwik payment solutions.
                                  Transaction Amount 1300.

                                  but by default through Mobikwik app transaction gone for Airtel postpaid. I'm currently using the same number under my Name. Complaint raised with BBPS who's the biller under mobikwik bill payment section. Complaint already raised with the concerned payment gateway, and these are my complaint number. This is the repeat complaint: AP[protected], and this is my previous complaint(AP[protected] registered without getting refund against failed payment they have marked my complaint as resolved. This is issue is discussed with both mobikwik and BBPS on facebook page and everytime they are saying the same thing transaction was successful. Contacted Airtel Nodal team Uttarpradesh west for the same issue:

                                  [protected] is a Vodafone Prepaid Number o[censored]ttarpradesh West this is not a postpaid number. Just because of the technical Glitch recharge through mobikwik app gone for Airtel postpaid for the same given number. Same number that is in active state can't be used on two different network provider. That's not possible. I've already contacted with Postpaid Team, and Nodal Team of Vodafone Prepaid and Airtel Postpaid, but not even a single operator has received payment against the given Reference number: BBPS Ref ID: MK010073zrj2, Txn Ref ID: MK[protected].
                                  Yesterday also just to check all this by making a payment amount of 10 rupees to the same number([protected]) as Airtel Postpaid, and under operator circle Uttarpradesh west with in 11 minutes time frame. Amount gets auto credited to My Paytm account. Have a look on all the attachments attached to this email for your reference.
                                  kindly, check and refund balance to source.

                                  due to technical glitch Mobikwik app transaction gone for Airtel postpaid. I'm currently using the same number under my Name. Complaint raised with BBPS who's the biller under mobikwik bill payment section. Complaint already raised with the concerned payment gateway, and these are my complaint number. This is the repeat complaint: AP[protected], and this is my previous complaint(AP[protected] registered without getting refund against failed payment they have marked my complaint as resolved. This is issue is discussed with both mobikwik and BBPS on facebook page and everytime they are saying the same thing transaction was successful.

                                  [protected] is a Vodafone Prepaid Number o[censored]ttarpradesh West this is not a postpaid number. Just because of the technical Glitch recharge through mobikwik app gone for Airtel postpaid for the same given number. Same number that is in active state can't be used on two different network provider. That's not possible. I've already contacted with Postpaid Team, and Nodal Team of Vodafone Prepaid and Airtel Postpaid, but not even a single operator has received payment against the given Reference number: BBPS Ref ID: MK010073zrj2, Txn Ref ID: MK[protected].
                                  On 05/10/2018 just to check all this by making a payment amount of 10 rupees to the same number([protected]) as Airtel Postpaid, and under operator circle Uttarpradesh west with in 11 minutes time frame. Amount gets auto credited to My Paytm account. Have a look on all the attachments attached above for your reference.

                                  Today did a recharge on my number [protected] that is of Vodafone Prepaid. Have a look on the images attached to this complaint. Clearly showing successful transaction of Vodafone Uttarpradesh West, but Mobikwik and BBBPS are saying transaction was successfully done to Airtel Postpaid that's totally Fake.

                                    I was tried to transfer 4000 amount from wallet to my bank account but actually what happen wallet is debit by 4000 + charge but bank account is not credit.
                                    Invoice in mobikwik app also not open.
                                    Please check and take required action.
