I have had a nightmarish experience with online mobikwik help professionals. The level of service is amazingly poor given that it is an online wallet and one would expect them to be able to at least handle errors due to technical glitches promptly. It all started on 4th august 2018 when i made an ola booking and cancelled it via mobikwik however the mobikwik app froze and till this date it's blocked 1980 for ola booking (Blocked not debited which means the transaction wasn't processed at the end of mobikwik) and additionally ola via mobikwik is bow inaccessible for me as it keeps showing "please wait while we track your ride".
I raised a request (Ticket no. 8859479) for the same in the last one month they first resolved the request by messaging me how to book cab on ola, after pointing out that the error was about money incorrectly blocked they reopened and "escalated" to it after 28 days of escalation (Only god knows what escalation takes so long to process) they closed it again referring to transactions before the one that's causing the problem and informed me that the issue is resolved. Then when i sent them another bunch of screenshots so show how they were wrong they inform me that the transaction is processed with no reference to which i had to point out to the people that the transaction log clearly indicates that their claim is false.
Their response so far would have been hilarious if it weren't for the little bit of money involved. I am a big user of various wallets and onlieb portals like a lot of people but the absolute incompetence of the "help" in mobikwik is beyond belief. You are a mobile wallet and are seeking to supplant traditional banking channels only thing that defines you is a robust it platform and effective customer complaint resolution mechanism, but sadly the you are lacking in the latter massively. This is not a one-off as my attempts to get kyced on you wallet also showed me. I hope this catches the eye of someone who has the common sense and autohority to resolve this.

        In a past days i was install app mobikwik and enter their upi sending money new user program they promised to give 100 cashback for send 50rs to new user and its limited to 5 user to earn 500 cashback that time .and iam follow thier terms and conditions very carefully to earn cashback but now this company cheat me to add new condition after closed thier previous program..and now compony bring same program with new conditions please help me to give cashback rs500 for sending 5 user this company not only cheat limited to me but there are so many peoples.. you can check the current rating on the playstore of this mobikwik payment app..

          As per Google search result for CPPC SBI Belapur I contacted given Manager's NO [protected], where I person named Dipak Kumar claimed to be Manager of SBI branch taken my card No and Registered Mobile No.. alongwith OTP. Then I realised after he fraudently debited RS 9999 from my account, it was a fake No. The transaction is made though MobiKwik platform having transaction ID OTHPG 931114 ZES*MOBIKWIK NEW DELHI dated 31 August 2018. Plz arrange to refund the debited amount.

              I applied for credit boost on mobikwik and got 10000 credit but as soon as i got it my amount was debited by 1000 rs saying that wallet debit against bank transfer recovery and when i asked customer care they said that it was recovered for incorrect credit of successful transaction dated 18/02/2017 i mean on that day my wallet was debited and i got the same amount in my bank how can they deduct money after 18 months this is cheating i also told them to cross check my transaction history and verify whether the amount from my wallet was debited or not

                  I received call on 27th august 2018 from mobile no.[protected] from someone, who said from sbi bank, saying my reward point will expire within 3 days and asked my credit card no.

                  He has made 1 transaction for rs. 50, 000/- on[protected] at 5.33 pm at zes*mobikwik. Please do the needful and stop this transaction and refund money, at the earliest possible.

                  Please help to get money back as this is my 3 months salary.

                    With ref to mobikwik's response to ticket #8757638 dated 18.07.18, i received the confirmation on 19.07.2018 that w. R. T. #order id 56762ced586af, transaction was unsuccessful, hence amount has been added back to my account. The amount was to be credit within 7-21 days.

                    This was also reaffirmed by their mail too.

                    However, when amount did not get credited to my account till 03.08.2018, i again raised ticket #8852720 on mobikwik help requesting to expedite the refund.

                    I received reply on 06.08.2018 from mobikwik advising me to contact merchant escalation centre at [protected].

                    I contacted the above no. On 06.08.2018, but as it was after 7:30 pm, i was informed by ivr to contact between 10 am to 7 pm.

                    On 07.08.18, i got a call from merchant escalation centre ([protected]) referring my call, where-in their executive enquired about the issue. When i explained the issue, he said my issue is not supposed to be raised at merchant escalation centre. He advised me to send an email.

                    Accordingly i sent an email on 07.08.2018 explaing above added,

                    Since 14.03.2018, i am following up with mobikwik and also raised numerous tickets earlier on same subject, but with no solution (Unfortunately every time "issue resolved" appeared against the tickets):

                    06.06.2018 ticket #8528957
                    17.06.2018 ticket#8577052

                    I escalated the issue and for this ticket #8644441 was generated on 28.06.2018, but still after 5 months, the issue has not been resolved and money not refunded.

                    On 09.08.2018, i got an email reply from mobikwik that decision is in my favour and amount of rs 2420.32 is being credited in my account.

                    I waited and waited and till date ie 27.08.2018, amount has not been released by mobikwik.

                    When i tried to raise a fresh ticket through cuatomer help today, it said "user is diabled".

                    Mobikwik is not refunding rs 2420.32 a tually paid to them on 14.03.2018, but not showing in my mobikwik wallet inspite of continous follow up aince last 5 months

                      On aug 25, 2018 i added inr 2172 in my mobikwik wallet. But, only 172 was added in my wallet.
                      In history, it shows inr 2500 added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against bank transfer recovery" and inr 2000 is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any response.
                      Please do not play with our money. Please refund my money

                        Mene 98 ka recharge kra tha mere bsnl no. Par lkin transiction failed aya aur mere account se balance deduct ho gya mene wapas try kra aur vapas balance deduct hua aur screen pe aya mobikwik will refund 98 ruppees later when i check transiction history it shows only for 1 recharge but balnce is deducted for two recharges and when i take help of coustmer support they do not reply me

                          I received a call saying they are verifying sbi credit card and about redemption of rewards point. I was convinced that the call is from bank as they stated exact detail which i only provided to bank while applying for the card. But i fell prey to those fraudsters. I provided card details for verification and unfortunately shared otp also. My sbi credit card was used to pay for 2 transactions amounting to 20, 000 from mobwik. I tried reaching out to mobwik customer care to try cancelling the transaction but they are not available over weekends. Request a call back as soon as you see this and i'll share the details of my card

                                  I have a mobikwik account with my mobile number [[protected]]. I have made a payment of rs 2, 891 to book a airline on 8th jul through mobikwik. However, i had cancelled the booking with makemytrip on 10th jul. The merchant has processed the refund on 10th jul itself (Attached photos). Mobikwik suggests 2868 is refunded to bank. But that it's been more than 40 days, the mobikwik has not refunded to my back/cc. I've put a request through the mobikwik app (Two tickets are raised, ticket #8961782) but i never got any acknowledgement email or any reply.

                                  Also mobikwik's customer care number doesn't work. There is no way you can contact them.

                                  It's unbelievable that mobikwik is handling customer complain so irresponsibility.

                                  Please process my refund of rs rs. 2868 immediately to my cc account!!!.

                                    On 16 th August I have send money to my friend through mobikwik, 4 times. That 4 times my money got debited from my bank acount but my friend did not get balance, when i checked mobikwik it shows transactions are in pending state. I have taken help to mobikwik but they assured me wait till 48 hrs from the transaction date. But today 22 august 5 days are over after transactions, I did not get refund. Please help me before

                                      Sir recently i transacted some money to a person (Through mobikwik) who was going to give me a product for my money! But that person took my money and blocked me now i am very sad.

                                      Is there any possible way i can retrieve my money? Please sir/ma’am help me!

                                        Bharat bill payment has not updated my bill with the operator and mobikwik also not forwarded my money they are giving me complaint no. But not resolving my issue which is to update the bill with the operator. Very pathetic service am receiving with mobikwik, if they cannot update my bill with operator or they are unable to do this, just refund my 583/ rupees to my bank account as soon as possible.                                         I applied IDEA398 as per offer i got the message that you will get 398 and got message code applied...and the money is deducted from my account but didn't received any recharge yet.plz do the needful. i am first time using this app and messed up by this app this is total fraud...do something otherwise I'll raise complaint against you.

                                        I added rs2300 from my bank account to mobikwik wallet. The money is deducted from my account on 10th august but not updated to my mobikwik wallet... And i am filing complaints regarding the matter from my mobikwik app but it is not processing... Wat to do...?
