I had given order for electricity bill payment but it had been failed i don't know what was the reason i ordered on 13th march i received email that you will get refund of ₹790/- within 7 to 10 days but uptill now i didn't get any amount. Everyday i open app but it shows under progress. My invoice no is mk[protected] dt[protected]. I don't know what to do. Why they are so careless our honorary pm says go digital. I paid R.S - 230 through mobikwik wallet for buy a purchase from eBay. But this purchase I return and eBay refund my money 23/03/18 but mobikwik can't not refund my money in my wallet . eBay refund reference no is LMBK[protected]. Plz help me to get my money as soon as possible. My mobikwik wallet no is [protected]. Why I not refund my money ?

    On april 4, 2018 i added inr 5000 in my mobikwik wallet linked to mobile no [protected]. But, only rs 1 was added in my wallet.
    In history, it shows inr 5000 added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against bank transfer recovery" and inr 4999 is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any response.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      On march 14, 2017 i added inr 5000 in my mobikwik wallet linked to mobile no [protected]. But, only rs 1 was added in my wallet.

      During recharge the money was deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. Please refund my money as soon as possible within 3 days. Even during recharge there is no slow connection​ the app needs to be improved.

        Yesterday morning i initiated transaction of rs4000 with processing charges rs120 which is rs 4120 in total to canara bank account but it's failed and no response or even invoice is not there for that particular transaction. It's more than 24hours and i logged twice help tickets but no reply yet.

        When will this be resolved and when will the money be refunded?

        I added 5000 Rr in my mobikwik wallet which I am not able to utilize they asking for kyc update and when ever I trying to update my kyc its not happening I try to contact with customers care many time's but no response from them. It's really a fraud company I ever seen.

          I have made two transactions to BSNL on 02 March 2018 from Mobikwik. Both failed. But the amount not credit back to my account even after 1 month. No response for the ticket registered on the customer care service (Ticket #8110996).

            This is regarding my order towards grofers where i paid 1505/- through mobikwik.
            Transaction failed and order could not be placed but mobikwik deducted my money and did not refund it even after more than a month.
            I have repeatedly raised a ticket but of no use.
            I need my money back. Mobikwik has not shared any customer number on app where i can connect with them.

            Please help.

              I have transferred an amount of Rs 2060 to my bank account yesterday but the amount is not yet credited, while I look for the invoice it is said no invoice is found against the transaction history. Kindly look into the matter it is almost 24 hrs.

                Hi,

                Done a myntra transaction via one mobikwik. Transaction failed but money deducted from account. It's been more than 10 days and no response. Complaint raised via their chat service but no response.
                Their service is the worst one i ever encountered with. They don't have a customer care cell where we can raise complaints. Their chat support is is worst.
                Requesting all to remove the mobikwallet the worst one ever came across.

                Multiple complaints raised all of them showing in process. No updates.

                  Today 2nd april 2018, i did two transactions (Of rs 600 and rs 100 respectively) for adding money to my mobikwik account wallet linked to my number : [protected] but the money didn't update in my wallet although it got deducted from my sbi account, in both transactions.
                  Please look into the matter and make the refunds as soon as possible. These kind of issues are pretty annoying.

                  The Terms and Conditions o[censored]sing Supercash were different at the time o[censored]sing the coupons (in Dec 2017). But they have changed the terms later on, and I cannot use the earned Supercash now (March 2018). Hence My Supercash of Rs 467 got expired.

                    Please do not download mobikwik - it keeps on giving supercash to make people fool as there is no where we can use them - its just a eye wash and luring customers by saying 100% cashback - # mobikwik

                    When i tried to register for kyc with aadhar via manual check it says no service, when i try to use it in any local kirana shops and petrol pumps they say mobikwik cheats even vendors and not pay them as well - looks like brother of nirav modi and vijay mallya - end goal is to cheat everyone and close the business one day with people money

                      On 21 march 2018 i tried to pay bill for the ca no. :[protected] of rs. 20231. The company deducted 20000 from my bank account but the transaction failed. The transaction id is: tpddl[protected]. I had to pay the bill through freecharge. It has been 10 days and i am yet to receive a response or refund. The customer care service is not reachable. Kindly help as the amount is very large.

                        On friday march 30, 2018 i had accidentally recharged an amount of 349 ₹ for an unknown vodafone no. I lost my money.. I request u to refund me the amount or forward the amount to my actual mobile number:[protected].. Instead i wrongly typed [protected].. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible since i am using mobikwik for all my recharge purposes and i trust mobikwik a lot.

                          I prateek gupta booked a hotel daksh junagadh, gujarat on date 28 march 2018 timing 11 pm of amount 3512 through mobikwik app via cleartrip and booking id is [protected]. The address that mobikwik mention of hotel is totally wrong it is not in junagadh but 80 km far away from junagadh. I call several times to mobikwik customer care but there was no response at all. So i want to register my complaint and resolve my problem. I want my refund money back.

                              My mobikwik is registered in email [protected]@gmail.com. I have 164 rupees in my wallet, but whenever i want to recharge page open to register my adhar no. Due to recent senstivity and adhar linked to my bank account. I don't want to register my adhar. So, i am not able to spent my money from mobikwik wallet. I have registered myself for convenience not to share my sensitive data to your website. Please let me use my money or transfer it to my account. I don't want to share my adhar no.

                                I have opened mobikwik account for the payment of medlife bills. On 24/03/2018 i have transferred rs.5000/- from my icici bank account for the payment to medlife bill.

                                On 27/03/2018, when i am trying to pay i got a message that :

                                "sorry user is disabled"

                                My money is with them.. I want the same back into my account.

                                  I became dissatisfy to this service as my wallet is not yet upgraded or my kyc not yet updated forwhich my money with rs.10000/- is blocked since 1 month. After so many reminders the customer care sent the mail that "mobikwik is not servicing your area and we will reach out to you as soon as we have presence in your area. Once we start the services then we will let you know about that". There is no notification came during the installation/download of the application

                                    I have added Rs. 1001/- to my wife's mobikwik account on 16/03/2018 but the amount is deducted from bank & wallet is not updated by mobikwik, in this regards many complaints have been made but i have not received the reply of any complaint.

                                    Only status has been shown, resolved. i want to intimate to the [protected]@mobikwik.com but the mail box is full hence mail was not delivered to them.

                                      A purchase of 12, 800 was cancelled and the amount refunded by the seller. Mobikwik was contacted to refund the money back to my bank account. I have not heard back yet. Why is mobikwik holding my money and why do they charge a fee to transfer. Its a refund. Not a transfer. This is what we call daylight robbery.

                                        I had booked a bus ticket online through mobikwik on 18th March, 2018 by Royal travels Raipur.
                                        The scheduled time of bus was 11:40pm at Bhilai, powerhouse bus stop.
                                        The bus didn't arrive for hours at the stop we had immediately turned to agency which was closed n when contacted the agency they said they didn't got any notification about booking.
                                        When the bus wasn't scheduled to travel why it is on mobikwik n Red Bus.
                                        The agency isn't initiating any refund after several complaint through mobikwik n even contacting the owner through Instagram.

                                        Expecting a refund since a month, tickets were cancelled from the side of Travel Agency with MOBIKWIK acting as the payment medium. Already lodged multiple complaint tickets on there web page. But have not been contacted for the same, unresolved tickets are also showing resolved TAGS. Super agitated.
