Hello, i'm bhavin from mumbai.

I have 2 compalints.
1) my recharge wasn't as displayed on the plan chart. It earlier said that i'll get 180 rs. Talktime on 160 rs. Recharge but i got 132 rs. Talktime on 160 rs. Recharge.
2) mobikwik is worst service provider ever with worst concept of supercash. I couldn't redeem my 300 rs. Supercash.

      Hi,

      While booking irctc ticket amount of rs 2355 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet and ticket was not booked. Irctc app is showing amount is refunded to mobikwik but still it is not credited to my wallet. I want my refund back. Niether mobikwik customer care is replying on my mail nor they are picking on the customer service phone no. Mobikwik support is not even replying to my mails
      And the no's they have given are useless.

        My uncle (Mr. Rangaswamy) received a call from [protected] on 28/12/17 saying that mr. Rangaswamy's debit card number has to be changed, since mr. Rangaswamy did not have much knowledge on banking transactions he had said to that person "there is no need for him to change the debit card number, because he hardly uses his debt card". But that person kept calling for multiple times from two different numbers ([protected]/ [protected]), mr. Rangaswamy on his intuition taught it was some bank people. They collected the atm card number and started making the transactions, at a certain point they had to get the "otp" number which certainly they even got that after calling more than 20 times to mr. Rangaswamy. With no knowledge on sharing the otp he had shared the details, which made the scumbags steal a cash of rs.1, 10, 000.

          This is to inform you that yesterday i. E., 30/12/2017 at around 3:30 p. M., there was 1 fraudulent transfer of rs. 9999/-, from my bank account to mobikwik wallet o[censored]nknown criminal.

          The details of my bank account are:-

          1. Bank name - canara bank, branch - khasmahal main road, jamshedpur

          2. Account number[protected]

          3. Name - mrs. Minati mitra

          4. Contact/registered number - [protected]

          The details o[censored]nknown criminal:-

          1. Contact number 1 - [protected] (Seems to be switched off since yesterday)

          2. Contact number 2 - [protected] (Seems to be still active)

          Request to immediately bar this transaction, and help me recover the amount.

          I have initiated simultaneous complaints/processes with:-

          1. Canara bank customer care - freeze account/atm card

          2. Local branch manager - telephonic communication of the loss (Formal in-person complaint to be lodged tomorrow i. E., 01/01/2018)

          3. Cyber crime cell jharkhand (Dial 100)

            1. Super cash money is totally fraud. It is just like virtual amount without usage for customer. There no means to earn super cash as it is also has expiry
            In actual 100 /200 earning is just fake earning as usage of fund is limited in it
            2. Suddenly bank transfer charges changed 5% from 3 %
            3. Instead verification of kyc my name is not showing in transfer rather showing name o[censored]nknown

                  Mobikwik has a feature that when you shop something using Mobikwik Wallet you get Cash Back. So that cash back is our money. But they they don't return the money to the wallet. They return it in the form of Supercash. The fault in the Supercash is that whenever you are making a payment you can avail only 10% of the available Supercash Balance. So as the amount of Supercash decrease the amount to avail (of supercash) on payment decreases and a time will come when you are can avail only negligible amount of Supercash to the Payment and another bad factor is that this Supercash is only available for 3months. Our money is available to us only for 3months. We can not transfer this supercash to bank account or any other wallet. So if someone has say 500 or 1000 Rs. stucked as Supercash and he is not able to use it for 3months all of his money is gone. And is taken by Mobikwik. And for other example : because of 10% of the supercash balance availability lets say a consumer uses a lot of it but he can not end it practically. Lets say 1Re. Is left unused. And millions o[censored]sers are using mobikwik and they all leave their 1Re. because it not possible to end. That means Mobikwik gains or we can say steal Million of Ruppess just like that.
                  So please take action against it. Make this stop.

                          Dear sir, here i am mukesh bansal. I processed bus ticket from jaipur to udaipur on 26/12/2017 at 10 pm via mobile no [protected] but ticket was not confirmed on concerned bus operator when i reached there and money (400) was also deducted.
                          I request to mobiwik director to refund my ticket expenses (400) and my tempo charge (200) in ideal manner.

                              I was trying to transfer money from mobikwik wallet to my bank account. But my transaction has been failed. I tried thrice and money deducted thrice times. Total amount is ₹1236. But still i didn't get cashback. Nor get any message from mobikwik company about transaction failure. Please give me my refund as soon as possible.
                              I am not blaming to your company. It happens. I already registered a compaint but still it didnt solve. I tried to contact customer but didn't get any response. I don't know what to do?
                              Even i am so tense. I can't sleep right now.

                                    As i booked irctc ticket and paid the amount of rupees 419.41 on 26/11/2017.
                                    Due to my personal problem i cancelled my train tickets. Later after some time i got a message from irctc that i we'll get amount of rupees 200 as a refund for cancelling the ticket..

                                    Till now i didn't receive any amount in to my mobikwik account.
                                    So i request the authorised person do the favour and refund the amount as early as possible...

                                      Hello,
                                      Two days back i was paying my electricity bill of rs 3720 through mobikwik. The money got deducted from my account but it showed transaction failure and my bill was not paid. My electricity bill is a red bill and i am already late in paying the bill. Please refund me my money by today as fine charges are getting added day by day will you pay that fine?
                                      Also if transaction got failed waiting for 7-10 days for a huge amount is not acceptable. Also i got no revert after posting my problem when it was mentioned that i will get the reply in 24 hours.
                                      Please try and understand that its neccessary for me to pay my bill otherwise my electricity connection will get deducted, i don't want my christmas to go without electricity at home. Its featival time and you are doing so much of delay.
                                      I am attaching screenshots of my bank deduction money also the failure message by mobikwik.

                                      I did so many mails but got no revert. Please help.

                                        I WAS MAKING A PAYMENT OF 6129 BUT THE TRANSACTION WAS FAILED AMOUNT IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT I STILL DON'T THE IT CREDITED IN THE MOBIKWIK ACCOUNT NOR IN THE GATEWAY WHERE I WAS MAKING A PURCHASE . PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY ...
