false deduction of money

I have used mobikwik app to do my recharge but as i have enter my card details then the process is not done successfully and the amount is deducted from my debit card. And the recharge is not done and there is no detail about the recharge. And as i contacted to company's help on app message but didn't get satisfactory response, and the customer care no. Of the company is also not working. I have details about the money deducted by company...

maxgetmore points

I redeemed the maxgetmore points in the mobikwik wallet and my points got deducted from maxgetmore account but i didnt recieved the wallet balance in my mobikwik account. I tried calling mobikwik but they are not giving phone support called on this number several times ‭[protected]‬. issue about primary number

I have an mobikwik account remaining 320 balance in this account. I can't any recharge in any number. I want add my primary number or want to receive OTP password in register email address because I have lost my registered mb number. so I can't success any recharge in my mobile number. Many times I tried to call mobikwik customer service but no any reply got said issue...

Rs. 3100, i contact mobikwik customer care but he didn't respond.. So many members faced same problem. The mobikwik founder cheat every indian. Please block this app and arrseted him.

I already complaint but didn't solved my problem.

debited amount not refunded by using sbi netbanking

I made transaction to bank after that my account is disabled from 28/09/2017
I have a balance of rs 53 and i tried to contack them but mails are bouncing back and customer care number are put on ivr... Due to that my salary account is blocked im unable withdraw a single a rupee... Im suffering a lot for my food and petrol and im unable to pay house rent please resolve my problem...

bus booking issue/they charged extra

I booked my bus via mobikwik on 24th of october of hans travels. I booked ac bus and they provide me non ac bus.. I was shocked when bus came. They said ma'am this is only your bus. None of the ac bus are coming. They triple charged me. Please uninstall mobikwik and never get the services from hans travels. This is the 3rd time hans travel disappoint me. You can check my ticket also.. It is clearly saying that i have booked a/c bus....

regarding money transferred to my wallet

Sir on 4th of october and 20th of october i had redeemed my sbi points up to 4000 but the amount has not come to the wallet please look into the matter seriously as it has been so many days, this is the worst service provided by your side because whenever i call there is no response from your side i have auth code also but no calls came from your side this is really bad and i need solution quik as possible...

electricity bill payment through mobikwik

I have paid rs. 4462.00 against electricity bill on 17.10.2017 through mobikwik ewallet to pay electricity bill at jvvnl, jaipur. But this bill is still lying pending at jvvnl, jaipur. to unfreeze my bank account
