I have used mobikwik app to do my recharge but as i have enter my card details then the process is not done successfully and the amount is deducted from my debit card. And the recharge is not done and there is no detail about the recharge. And as i contacted to company's help on app message but didn't get satisfactory response, and the customer care no. Of the company is also not working. I have details about the money deducted by company...

I have contact them to remind that till date there no recharge by them. The mobikwik asked me to contact idea office to make sure about recharge but they said they did not received any amount from mobkwik for the same. Mobikwik — fraud transaction with my ßsbi debit card


I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place yesterday, using my sbi debit card. I got a call from the number [protected] the person claimed that he was calling from the sbi and that my atm card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As i not have much knowledge about the internet banking process,...

Mobikwik app is disable my account([protected]) in my wallet balance is
Rs. 3100, i contact mobikwik customer care but he didn't respond.. So many members faced same problem. The mobikwik founder cheat every indian. Please block this app and arrseted him.

I already complaint but didn't solved my problem.
arround 50days iam waiting but mobikwik not responded. please help me...

On date of transaction 5 jan 2016 sum 2500/- i added to mobikwik wallets ([protected]) but debited from sbi account [protected] and passbook entry confirm that show on date 06/01/2016 but still neither refund my account not updated my mobikwik wallets
Bank manager confirm that and me advice to requested directly to mobikwik representative but mobikwik not reachable or not responding sir...

I made transaction to bank after that my account is disabled from 28/09/2017
I have a balance of rs 53 and i tried to contack them but mails are bouncing back and customer care number are put on ivr... Due to that my salary account is blocked im unable withdraw a single a rupee... Im suffering a lot for my food and petrol and im unable to pay house rent please resolve my problem...

But this bus got broken down near sillod.
And not complete my journey to pune.

I booked my bus via mobikwik on 24th of october of hans travels. I booked ac bus and they provide me non ac bus.. I was shocked when bus came. They said ma'am this is only your bus. None of the ac bus are coming. They triple charged me. Please uninstall mobikwik and never get the services from hans travels. This is the 3rd time hans travel disappoint me. You can check my ticket also.. It is clearly saying that i have booked a/c bus....

Sir on 4th of october and 20th of october i had redeemed my sbi points up to 4000 but the amount has not come to the wallet please look into the matter seriously as it has been so many days, this is the worst service provided by your side because whenever i call there is no response from your side i have auth code also but no calls came from your side this is really bad and i need solution quik as possible...

I have paid rs. 4462.00 against electricity bill on 17.10.2017 through mobikwik ewallet to pay electricity bill at jvvnl, jaipur. But this bill is still lying pending at jvvnl, jaipur. When i try to make contact at customer care serviceof mobikwik, all customer care numbers are not working. I want to refund of rs. 4462.00 from mobikwik ewallet.

My account got seixed by fir done by one mobikwik system private limited in sector 53 thana gurugram,
They requested me the amount transferred to my account and i have paid the amount on 10 october, still they are not defreezing my bank neither replies on mail nor sends me the noc and receving receipt of payment, account is my loan account, now my emis are due to the seized account please unfreeze my account...
