I tried to book a train ticket from irctc via your payment gateway (Mobikwik, bank zaakpay) on 13 november 2017. Transaction id [protected].
The ticket was not booked due to technical error. However the amount was debited from the bank account and no refund process has yet been initiated. We tried to contact mobikwik but the contact no is unavailable. Seems many consumers have similar complaints about the site. Pls look into this and resolve the issue. Thank you

Planning to file a case. Shall deal with this legally. Gtta teach them a lesson
Mobikwik is a fraud site. People be careful. Do not choose their gateway for any payment.

      I recharged on 11 november 598 rs on mobikwik online, before recharge i was called customer care, and conformed, if i online recharge 598 rs, i getting 300 rs cash back my account. That's way i recharge 598 online, according mobikwik police, whoever recharge more then 598, they getting 300 cash back. But still amount not add my account, even i complaints mobikwik customer care, but they not response me proper way, that 's i want raising complaints here, plz refund my amount.

        I have made a transaction on mobiwik app to recharge to my jio no and amount has been deducted but recharge not done, and tried to log a complaint in help center as suggested but no use no operator id given and where do i register.
        There is no customer care no the no which shared that's ivr its only suggest to log it in help center that already tried which is of no use, there is no way out to reach a person to at least to inform the issue.

          Its been just two day i have been using this app called mobkwik.they have fake offers giving its user fake offer and bad customer service.to avil the offer i need to be new user is the reply of the customer care reply but its been just 2days i have been using this app.its my third time now the customer care wont reply.the company offers fake offers

            I transferred rs 2650 for electricity bill for ajmer vidyut vitran limited on dated[protected]. But still bill not paid. Now bill increased to 2747 and in my mobikwik account balance is zero now. Means money deducted but bill not paid. Not able to contact mobikwik customer care. Their customer care no is non functional. Plz help to recover my money.

              I am ravi shankar gautam. I had some issues with icici bank debit card online payments and complaint to the bank. Some body by name rahul tripathi had called me up from phone number [protected] posing as icici bank employee and asked me share some details of my account in order to resolve issues, some of which i shared after which i got suspicious and stopped. He has made two unauthorized purchases through mobikwik on 18 november2017 on 3.33 p. M. For rs. Inr 1, 250.00

              I am available at mobile number [protected] for verification.
              Please refer to my complaint number[protected] to icici bank.

              Kindly block the purchase so that i can get my money refunded to my account.

                Hello sir,
                I just opened my wallet after a few days and then i came to know that my account has been disabled for no reason. Atleast you should inform the customer about whatever you do in their accounts. I dont understand how can such a big company do like this to us. I have money in my wallet. I want you to resolve this issue as soon as possible as i need the money urgently. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                  Hello,

                  After purchasing credit i only received an email of acknowledgement 24 hours later. I then purchased recharge of prepaid bsnl and 2 days later am stiil waiting for the recharge on my phone.

                  This is preposterous! This kind of service has an immediacy required. Now i'm trying to contact them and put complaints in form of tickets and again 24 hours later and when tracking the ticket it is still 'in progress'.

                  Now i've written a complaint demanding reimbursement.

                  Please do not use this company!

                  Just tried to call +[protected] for Customer Care as given here on this page and the call does not complete. Can you please update this phone number?
                  Last night I tried recharging my electricity bill, but transaction failed saying down due to maintenance, today I was trying to login via OTP, OTP comes but whenever I put it says something went wrong. kIndly help
                  My account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been disabled and i am unable to login to my account. I am getting the OTP in my mobile number, but it says that 'Login failed 3 times'. Please do the needful. As i am unable to create a ticket in their site.

                        I order pizza twice thru mobikwik on 13.11.2017 at 17:38, 17:50 n got confirmation message from mobikwik n mail from dominos, but i rcvd only 1 order, after complaining to dominos, they r saying that they rcvd only 1 order, i complained mobikwik they r saying from ur side order confmd, so mobikwik asked me to take written from dominos that they rcvd only 1 order, n dominos bareilly is not authorized to do it, nobody is tkn responsibility, blame game is going on. I paid for pizza twice, 230rs each

                          You are a mobikwik wallet account holder which has been registered by yourself providing details. You have also agreed to abide by the terms and conditions for operating mobikwik wallet account.

                          1. It has come to our notice that yourself have used mobikwik wallet account for illegal transactions whereby you have illegally transferred a sum of rs. 9000/- (Rupees thousand only) to your bank a/c no's.in multiple transactions through fraudulent use of imps facility. The said transactions are listed below in table: a for your reference.

                            I have done recharge on my bsnl number of himachal pradesh circle from mobikwik app from my phone of 20 rupees topup three times on different dates withtransaction id: bsn[protected], bsn[protected] and bsn[protected]
                            Instead of recharge of 20 rupees topup, 20 rupees sms plan was done on my number. Amount of 60 is dudected from my mobikwik wallet
                            Revert the transaction and refund the amount to my account

                              I transferred money from my bank account to mobikwik. Money got cut from my account but mobikwik shows 0 balance.

                              I tried their customer care and wrote email as well. The customer care number is a fraud as it gives absolutely no guidance nor lets you speak to any executive.

                              The email was sent back to me saying their inbox was full.

                              I want my money back or i am going sue them. Absolutely zero customer satisfaction.

                                  I received call from mob. No. +[protected]/[protected] someone who said from icici bank, she said my reward point will expired within 3 days,
                                  And asked my credit card no.

                                  She made two transaction total worth of rs 20000 (Rs 10000 each transaction). Please do the needful and stop these two transactions (881061 and 688136) at the earliest possible

                                      Have a mobikwik account with [protected] this phone no.
                                      I am unable to login to my account since 9-august-2017. Whenever i am trying to login it is throwing below pop up even though i am getting the otp
                                      "you failed to login 3 times".
                                      And after this when i am entering the otp, i am getting another pop up
                                      "otp entry not found"
                                      And some time i am getting new popup
                                      "invalid cell number".

                                      I have mailed thrice and there is no response, there is no proper customer support number, where we can call to raise the issue.
