After adding about 3000 in my wallet, my account is disabled with no information. I've writter to [protected]@mobikwik.com however there is no reply on my emails.

There is no direct number that i can reach out to mobikwik people and raise my concern. This is really pathetic.

Request you to please look into this and escalate to the right channel to get this issue fixed.

    Money deducted from my bank account but not yet credited into the mobikwik wallet 4 reviews i. Nagaraju on 6.4.2017 submit a complaint dear, i recharged my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs.4200/-. The status of the webpage shows invalid, but money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet. Reading all the reviews here, i am very much concerned, kindly refund my money or atleast credit it to my wallet. My email id is indukuri. [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected].
    If refundedm pl. Mail the details. Thanks in advance. Kindly do the needful.

      My primary number has been lost...and i am not able to get otp and login...so help me in these two problem...that how can i change my primary number without otp...and how can i login if i forget id and password
      I have transfer my money from one account to another amounting rs 300 but surprisingly it is not credited to wallet where it was suppose to be transferred. Mobikwik team is giving stereotype answer everytime in response to ticket. This company now seems to be a cheater gang.
      My primary number has been lost...and i am not able to lget otp and ogin...so help me in these two problem...that how can i change my primary number without otp...and how can i login if i forget id and password.

        I have paid electricity bill through mobikwik app and after getting their message of successfully done. I came to know from mseb site that the bill was not paid even after a week and have to bear the late fees because of their mess and they said to refund the amount in wallet, what a waste and above their offers sucks. Even if you get supercash, one can utilize only 10% of that amount for one transaction done that to above 100. Well i would really suggest everyone to be aware of this fraud app.

          I have registered with getdataentry.com under mobile number [protected] and transferred successfully rs. 425 to [protected] for order id 553f351437bae through mobikwik on 10 july 2017 between 1 pm & 3 pm
          After payment i was supposed to get a message with my transaction id to proceed with getdataentry jobs. Instead i got a message message from mobikwik which reads as follows :
          Voda sms received rs 425. Use code l00t99 & get flat rs. 15 supercash on recharge of rs.99 or more. Click: tiny. Cc/loot99 t&ca

            I have been trying to explain my problem to the customer care for the last one week but i'm vain.
            I added 11794 to my wallet through my credit card and only 8048 got credited to my mobikwik wallet. However, my credit card was charged for the entire 11794.
            I've been trying to convey this to mobikwik that either add the balance to my wallet or refund the amount to my credit card. There has not been one proper response from them. Useless customer service.

            There is no response from mobikwik . In the mean while a guy with a phone number +[protected] calls me up and hacks my email id for credit card info . This guy is based in Delhi and used a Linux os.

            The scamster called me from the number given above . It was a delhi number with a strong UP/ Bihari accent . He told me his mother is a hooker and he needed money to support his family . He also told me he wasn't sure who his father was Because apparently he scammed his mother and this guy was born .
            I added money but not able to use it. No contact number nothing. Only way is to submit a ticket. That too they will resolve it without even reading it.

            Exactly . Something similar had happened with me . Their customer care doesent resolve a thing. They write irrelevant stuff . These guys are cheats for real . I mean I have my credit card statement to prove that these guys are at the wrong but there is no way to get in touch with them except for the ###### ticket system which is of no use . But I guess we must keep fighting .. on every possible FORUM to nab these thieves .

Please note that it takes 2-3 working days for the details to get updated at the biller's end. P. S - make your bill payments at least a week before the 'due date' to avoid late charges.               I have add money on 7 July 2017 at around 7 pm from syndicate bank 1st added 3200/- and 2nd added 100/- both time money debited to my account but does not reflect in my MobiKwik balance please refund me 3300/- for both the transactions at your earliest. and there is no phone no or customer support no for your site.

                  I was doing a mobile recharge from tata docomo site and it asked me to do the recharge via mobikwik only. Hence i have added the required amount in mobikwik wallet at the same time but finally the amount was deducted from my bank account and recharge got failed. Mobikwik wallet also showing 0 rs balance.

                    I cancelled my ticket but they messaging me that i have completed my journey and i told i will send you my exact location where am i. I am still at same source location and before bus departed i already informed mobikwik that due to rude behaviour i asked them to cancel the ticket. They dont want to refund so they start spreading lies that i have completed my journey and i asked to fetch my location detail or i will provide you

                        I am trying to recharge bsnl 3g pack of rs.333 from my mobikwik wallet but i am getting an error at the payment portal as "please enter amount in multiples of 10". Is this a joke by mobikwik?! Its like withdrawing money from atm machine. How can i recharge with any other amount if the bsnl plan is of 333. Then later i get this message as "you cannot do transaction with same number with same amount within 10 minutes. Please try after 10 mins". This error has persisted even if i try after a long time. I have enough wallet balance for the recharge. Please look into the matter and let me proceed with my recharge asap. I need this recharge badly. I have also contacted the mobikwik customer care but have got no reply till now.

                            I have booked 3 tickets using MobikWik from Delhi to Manali in Himachal Heights Travel's Bus for 21 June and the boarding places shown were Majnu Ka Tila and R K Ashram. The latter was near to us and we opted the same as boarding place. Around noon we got a call from operator that due to "floods" caused by rains the BUS WON'T BE AVAILABLE from R K ASHRAM so we have to reach Majnu Ka Tila by 5:30 or 6. The R K Ashram was only 15 min away for us and the boarding time was 5. Now we had to travel 2 hours to reach Majnu ka Tila and in very short time. However we felt it is okay as we had to reach Manali for a trek we booked. Then when we reached there they were making us board on some metro feeder bus to some border and the buses will be available only from there. This was not the first time as one of the friend in my group came last week he said they are doing this everyday. We called the numbers given to us and those who called us but none answered. Finally someone gave us a lift as we refused to hop on the metro feeder bus for 15-20 km and demanded a refund. When we reach there we had to board on some bus named SUPREME. Not Himachal Heights Travel. Also the seats we booked were not given accordingly. Ours was 21, 22 and 24. But funnily there were atleast 4 groups who had seat number 21 22. This has been repeating for a very long time and I think the buses are not provided according to the bookings made. This is not the first time I am encountering this issue with seats and buses while booking from MOBIKWIK. Atleast the boarding points were same earlier but now they are also providing wrong information regarding that. We have contacted MOBIKWIK regarding this but they are yet to respond(waiting for more than 2 weeks).The private bus organizers are adjusting the passengers according to the availability at last moment only. The passengers in the bus we travelled have booked for different buses. Attaching all the photos of the buses and numbers called. Please do take some necessary actions to ensure quality and assurance.

                                  My mobikwik wallet no: [protected]. I initiated a transaction for Recharge of my dad's Airtel Chennai Circle mob no [protected]. Transaction Id: EN[protected] on 3rd JULY 2017 following which Rs. 349 was deducted immediately but that recharge never happened. I waited for a couple of hours, nothing happened and now after more than 4 days, the amount is still not recharged. I have been complaining to Mobikwik for the past 4 days without any action from their end. They gave me an operator id - 00000-[protected] using which I contacted Airtel, but they are saying that no transaction was made towards the particular mobile no, and that the operator id is invalid. I am very disappointed with Mobikwik as I am Writing to them for the 10th time with no proper response. They don't have any 24 hour helpline which I can talk to, but only have an app based query system and thus takes a lot of time to get a simple response. I would like to get a complete refund to my Mobikwik account ( linked to my primary mob no [protected]) immediately. Pls help me solve this issue at the earliest as my dad is not able to make any phone calls for the past 4 days . Hope other consumers are not put to trouble like me. Thanks

                                    I had booked a bus from Trivandrum to Bangalore for July 23 today on June 25 Transaction Id: 4N7ADJ16F0MIZ8O8 Transaction Id: 4N7ADJ16F0MIZ8O8 for bus ticket seems is not booked, as i have not recieved either sms or email confirming ticket booking.
                                    Kindly refund both my credit card as well as from supercash on priority.

                                    Have raised ticket 6697247 and 6724811 for this issue, but getting irrelevant responses.

                                        Sir, i am requesting to you look this matter. I raised complain against mobikwik on 2 jul 17 regarding return of my money which mobikwik app done 3 recharge on same number amount of 349*3=1047. Neither they return my money nor nor called me. On 05 jul 17 they blocked my mobikwik acct without my knowledge. It request you to check this company they are manipulating with people. Thanks subhash chand
