Again the same set of copy paste answer it is not the perfect of the reply's you have given to me as it has been more than 1 day now as the issue is still persistent please provide the better solution to the problem

Namaste! We understand that your money was deducted but bill was not paid. Apologies for the inconvenience. We checked and found that it has been successfully initiated from our end. Please note that it takes 2-3 working days for the details to get updated at the biller's end. P. S - make your bill payments at least a week before the 'due date' to avoid late charges. Please this is not what i expected from mobikwik without going through the chain mail you are replying the same thing again and again i think i might have escalate this matter further up so that you understand the seriousness of the concern that i have raised regards,
