I booked the bus ticket for delhi to udaipur from rishab travels than i canceled it again within 10 mins and as per the policy terms mentioned on the site, you have to refund me the full amount but the amount which i received was not full, mobiwik deduct some amount.

I already registered the complaint about it and talk with your customer support about this.

Please refund me the full amount as soon as possible.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I paid my bsnl landline bill through MobiKwik of ₹646 but 3 days are over and landline is not recharged yet. They are not responsing and not refunding my amount my landline no is[protected]. And MobiKwik registered no is [protected]
SIR, I HAVE TRANSFERRED Rs. 500/- from my mobilkwik a/c to [protected] (also mobilkwik) transaction no 554Yc09a8fd79 on 20.07.17. MONEY DECTUCTED FROM MY A/C BUT NOT REACHED. PL REFUND MY MONEY. THANKS

      Hi,

      This is regards to a complain on harassing customer. I have raised my complain to mobikwik on 20 jul, 20179:57pm, as i was unable to do recharge on my number however instead of solving my query they keep on closing my concern without giving me a resolution.

      I have recharge more than 1000 times using mobikwik on [protected] (Airtel-mumbai) and now from last few days i was unable to recharge again. When i raised this to them, they reverted back by stating its
      Due to a system up-gradation and will get fixed soon and later on second day they reverted me back saying the issue and error is from operators end not from mobikwik.

      1st false commitment - about system up-gradation
      2ns false statement - error is from operators end not from mobikwik

      If the error is from operator end, my recharge would have unsuccessful even from a normal distributors who recharge using their phone which they use for a recharge.

      If recharge can be done by them how it can be an operators issue.

      Would request you to please look into this as i feel they are blindly replying without proper investigation and harassing to their customer's. If you check twitter or any social website there are 100's of complain ob customer's which is still unresolved.

      I would request you to please take strict action and fine them for harassing and also compensate to all customer's on this.

        Order no # 553clf185ec2f4. On 8/7/17 i made a payment of rs 289 to wow momo food store with vendor code of aaal36711. After the payment was sucessfully done by barcode scanning, the store manager refuses the payment and tried to convince that they already stopped working with mobikwik hence they are not accepting it anymore. He is blaming me that why i didnt i ask him before the payment was done. After that i again had to pay it by cash and was telling to contact the customer care of mobikwik to get the refund. So plz refund my amount if possible asap. Thank you.

          Mobikwik worst service ever. Yesterday i recharged my jio number [protected], with rs.399 but money deducted from my bank account and recharge still not done. I am continuously reporting this issue but not any satisfactory reply made by mobikwik team. Please refund my money back as soon as possible. I will never recommend mobikwik to anyone because i faced that type of problem twice in a month.
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I made a payment to make my trip of the amount 9579 Rs using Mobiwik wallter but they are saying they have not received the same . hence kindly refund it ASAP.

          If not refunded ASAP would like to take this up legally and file a dispute as well..

            This is to inform you that i have paid my electricity bill twice through mobikwik & as per the offer i got cash back but it is showing in super cash back now i m not able to use my super cash back amount & your customer care numbers updated on website it fake. You are making fool of the customer i will never suggest any one for this side very pathick services you are providing to the customer.             I tried to recharge my jio Mobile number [protected] with an amount of RS 399 with my mobikwik by payment gateway of Punjab national Bank net banking. It has deducted from my account but I don't received the recharge. 399 is big amount for me and mobikwik customer service is not responding
            I am recharge my jio sim in my account deducted money but not recharge my jio. This is my jio number[protected] please respond my complaint.

                    I had paid my electricity bill of rs 10220 through mobikwik app on 15 th of july 2017 and they said that it will take 3 working days for update on bses rajdhani bill dest then i was regularly checking on bses but they didn't update. Today is the 4 th day. I complaints so many time but they always answer it will be update then i call customer service and they put me on hold for 27 long mins i am very much disappointed from mobikwik services i want either they update my bill or refund my amount. Plz support me..

                        Today I tried to book 1 railway ticket, but suddenly that transaction was cancled hence ticket was not booked, I confirmed from IRCTC. Even though my money in mobikwik account was deducted, I tried to contact them but no response for mails and calls, really worst thing happened with mobikwik. I have 4 customer care number but even single number was connected. I tried to contact them through mail and through thir app but no response from them till now.

                            After adding about 3000 in my wallet, my account is disabled with no information. I've writter to [protected]@mobikwik.com however there is no reply on my emails.

                            There is no direct number that i can reach out to mobikwik people and raise my concern. This is really pathetic.

                            Request you to please look into this and escalate to the right channel to get this issue fixed.

                              Money deducted from my bank account but not yet credited into the mobikwik wallet 4 reviews i. Nagaraju on 6.4.2017 submit a complaint dear, i recharged my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs.4200/-. The status of the webpage shows invalid, but money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet.                                 My primary number has been lost...and i am not able to get otp and login...so help me in these two problem...that how can i change my primary number without otp...and how can i login if i forget id and password
                                I have transfer my money from one account to another amounting rs 300 but surprisingly it is not credited to wallet where it was suppose to be transferred. Mobikwik team is giving stereotype answer everytime in response to ticket. This company now seems to be a cheater gang.

                                  I have paid electricity bill through mobikwik app and after getting their message of successfully done. I came to know from mseb site that the bill was not paid even after a week and have to bear the late fees because of their mess and they said to refund the amount in wallet, what a waste and above their offers sucks. Even if you get supercash, one can utilize only 10% of that amount for one transaction done that to above 100. Well i would really suggest everyone to be aware of this fraud app.

                                    After payment i was supposed to get a message with my transaction id to proceed with getdataentry jobs. Instead i got a message message from mobikwik which reads as follows :

                                      I have been trying to explain my problem to the customer care for the last one week but i'm vain.
                                      I added 11794 to my wallet through my credit card and only 8048 got credited to my mobikwik wallet. However, my credit card was charged for the entire 11794.
                                      I've been trying to convey this to mobikwik that either add the balance to my wallet or refund the amount to my credit card. There has not been one proper response from them. Useless customer service.

                                      There is no response from mobikwik . In the mean while a guy with a phone number +[protected] calls me up and hacks my email id for credit card info . This guy is based in Delhi and used a Linux os.
                                      That being said mobikwik is yet to respond and continue to be the thieves that they are

                                      The scamster called me from the number given above . It was a delhi number with a strong UP/ Bihari accent . He told me his mother is a hooker and he needed money to support his family . He also told me he wasn't sure who his father was Because apparently he scammed his mother and this guy was born .
                                      I added money but not able to use it. No contact number nothing. Only way is to submit a ticket. That too they will resolve it without even reading it.

                                      Exactly . Something similar had happened with me . Their customer care doesent resolve a thing. They write irrelevant stuff . These guys are cheats for real . I mean I have my credit card statement to prove that these guys are at the wrong but there is no way to get in touch with them except for the ###### ticket system which is of no use . But I guess we must keep fighting .. on every possible FORUM to nab these thieves .

                                        Again the same set of copy paste answer it is not the perfect of the reply's you have given to me as it has been more than 1 day now as the issue is still persistent please provide the better solution to the problem

We checked and found that it has been successfully initiated from our end. Please note that it takes 2-3 working days for the details to get updated at the biller's end. P.                                         Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have add money on 7 July 2017 at around 7 pm from syndicate bank 1st added 3200/- and 2nd added 100/- both time money debited to my account but does not reflect in my MobiKwik balance please refund me 3300/- for both the transactions at your earliest. and there is no phone no or customer support no for your site.
