    Hey i just added money to mobikwik wallet and i then went to transfer it to my uncle's bank account but when the transaction was completed when my money ws debited i founded that i wrote wrong spelling in the place where my uncle's name should be written but now my money is also debited and money is not transfered because i wrote wrong name i tried contacting mobikwik but they will respond very late and till that time i cant wait fir my money to get refunded really very bad customer support.
    Really mobikwik doesnt have any means to contact them and they just a system to create ticket and that ticket is getting replied something after 10 days because i did that before 12 dats and it git relkied after 12 days so what can we expect with them... Worst... Support... Its creating bad affect among customers please i need help... Dont know what will happen...

    कस्टमर केयर के सारे नंबर गलत बता रहे है।।
    आप सभी से निवेदन है कि इसका उपयोग बन्द कर कन्ज्यूमर कोर्ट मे इसके खिलाफ प्रकरण दर्ज करवाये।।

    Hello dear friends while posting you complaint on consumer support please be aware that after posting your complain and if he calls you and asks you to get you registeret mobile otp never ever share the otp...their are people among us who are doing like this asking for registeret number and then asking for mobikwik otp and then they will simply tell you to add money dont do that...
    Be aware that if someine calls from consumer complaints really he will never ask otp from you...The posted query on consumer complaints will may get resolve early or late but they will not ask or mobikwik will not ask for same this happned with me and i have again lodged complain to consumer complaints and they are looking to it please be aware...

      Yesterday i was trying to make the payment worth 20000 but i could not make as it has limit
      Then i tried to add the the money from family accounts
      But still i could not make because it was saying user reached maximum limit to receive
      This way i could make the payment and later on i found my account is disabled.
      I have more than 10500. And mobikwik disabled my account
      Not able to contact them as they don't have any support mails.
      Please ask mobikwik to solve the problem and refund my money if they don't enable my account
      Please solve, i will not make such transactions again. As it's risky to make payments with mobikwik and they don't have any direct care service

      Just now I received emails asking my mobile and those people called me
      Asking my transaction
      Credit limits
      He got my credit cards details

      Then he tried to make the transition worth 10000 and then 1000. He was trying to transfer those money to Ola account

        Why there is a buffer to use super cash? It's our money only which we have got through cashback, then who the hell are you to tell us when to use & how much to use. I would consider it a fake app because then our precious money gets stuck in super cash & inspite of having 1000 super cash i can only use 100? Non-sense & bull #. I am uninstalling it right now & giving one star & going forward never gonna use it again anywhere.

          I have an account with ur wallet bt number registered got misplaced and i have not registered email in it.. I have 6000 rs balance in it. I just want it to get it transferred to my bank account... I can give u the transaction details took place when my debit card debited for crediting in mobikwik wallet...             Hi team, this is gopi krishna j from hyderabad booked bus ticket to bangalore its pnr:ts[protected] on 23/06/2017 and am unable to cancel through the mobikwik portal and same in mobile application as well and there is no customer care number provided to call, as per available information rasied ticket in that application but no response from them and no call also. Kindly refund me the 75% of money that i had paid (Rs 790) as that is the mentioned timeline and percentage of the cashback am going to get if the ticket was cancelled in that time.

                Neither the customer call center of mobikwik is providing any response, neither can i generate a complaint ticket as my account is being blocked.

                  I am facing a problem while recharging or paying any bills, the screen freezes as i click on 'confirm payment'. I have 1124/- in the wallet & my app and my phone is updated. Your app is not letting me transfer back the money to the bank either so revert all my money back to my card

                    I wanted to add only ₹600 to my account but accidentally ended up adding ₹6000 now in order to send the money back to my same card/account they are charging me ₹250 processing fee. I had raised a complaint but haven't heard back anything on it yet. I do not need to transfer money to a different account but to the same one from where i had added the money. I do not want to pay the unnecessary charges

                    After updating my contact number I immediately got a call from a cell phone number and it was not one of those customer care numbers, the person on the other end was not professional at all but was very convincing that he was indeed from MobiKwik. He asked to open below URL : https://www.rbipaymentauthorisation.com
                    Which if you open you will see that it does not look a legitimate RBI page but a very cheap copy he was asking me my account details and also asking me to enter my visa secured pin on that page for authentication.
                    I feel this portal is not safe at all and other people who are looking to take advantage can also access your pvt information which should not be allowed. There should be a direct communication between the customer and the company with you guys in cc.
                    I strongly urge you to please investigate this matter. The phone number that he called me from was : +[protected]

I added some amount on 06/06/2017 but it has not been updated im my wallet and the amount has been deducted from my account.I have not got my amount back even after 15 days.The ticket no of that transaction is showing 6624030.I want my money back soon.The customer service of Mobikwik is very bad.I have not got my amount till date.When I wrote complain about thus to Mobikwik feedback, they told that your issue has been forwarded and will recover soon but as already mentioned it has not been updated in my wallet.So please arrange it as soon as possible.

                        Here is my complaint on mobikwik site.
                        I made recharge to my aircel number on june 10th, money was deducted from my account and recharge was not successful.

                        And created ticked for the issue (Ticket id # 6640438) and it was still "in progress" status

                        Created one more ticket for the same issue, but didnt get any response.
                        Even sent email to mobikwik and didnt get any response as of now.

                            Hi i have 20000 in my mobikwik wallet, when i am trying to transfer money from wallet to bank account, i am receiving a pop up to enter senders name. There is no such option to enter senders name. Can you please check with this or please deactivate or delete my account and give me my money back. Almost everyone is complaining the same. The customer care numbers are not at all working. It's the worst application ever.

                              Ticket pnragb9yr3w operator pnr[protected].
                              Im unable to cancel my ticket from bangalore to madurai travel date 20 june 2017.
                              The site says something went wrong. I have attached the ticket screen shot. I have already submitted a ticket in mobikwik site but no body responds.
                              The customercare number only plays a recorded voice and asks to raise a support ticket.

                                      I am sending you my request for solution for my issue.
                                      I added money in my wallet on mobikwik application.
                                      They deduct the amount from my bank account.
                                      But not updated the balance in my wallet.
                                      I am sending you screenshot for related my issue.
                                      I have already contact with them but they are not provided me any sufficient solution.
                                      They are asking for email, phone number transaction number, date and time.

                                      They know everything about my registered emil phone number also.
                                      And they also mention transportation number and date in the reply. But nos they are just taking so much time for time pass.

My bank told, they received money received clerance from mobikwik . So if mobikwik received money but till they not given rs 1210/- on my wallet .
